Ive been coming here since May and Kiki is amazing! Ive never had a Brazilian wax before and have been coming back monthly ever since I started in May. Kiki makes me feel so comfortable and does an awesome job! Book an appointment with her, you won’t regret it!

They are so nice and helpful. Honestly when I first went I was nervous since I never was waxed before. My waxer was wonderful and so nice. I’ll never go to anyone else. I’m so happy I found this!

Front desk is very rude. I made an appointment online and was not seen until a good 20 plus min or so after my appointment time. Front desk also had her food all over the desk. Not clean or a good image. Never once apologized for being behind sechdule. Once the waxer finally got to me she was rushed she asked if I wanted side burns done I told her no I am not sure. And she goes straight into removing some of them. And says oh I am just going to take a lot off. Not asking before wax applied. I paid for a full face in the end she did not do the eye brows I said are they not included in a full face. She said no that it is extra and has detail such as shaping etc. In the end she did them but did not shape or trim them. Never asked if I wanted the nose nostril or neck done which is part of a full face. Talked to the respensioniat the manager which rude as well. When you asked for a review from me I told you everything and offered me $5 off my next visit. That is a joke because eye brows nose and nostril is more then $5. I spent $61 and was rushed and service that were charged for not done. And not done professional the ones that were done. I will not be coming back.

Staff has always been super friendly and amazing. They make you feel really comfortable from your first visit through every following visit. Would highly recommend this location. My technician Emma is awesome and does a fantastic job!

It was my first time and I had Kiki she was amazing!

I wish I could review how my first waxing experience went, but I can’t. And I can’t because my appointment was cancelled 1 minute before my appointment. Meaning I already walked in and let them know I was there and they said the waxer wasn’t there yet and they would contact me. I got a text at 8:59am that there was an emergency and the waxer couldn’t make it. Very disappointing because I came from Jersey and I needed it before my vacation and that was the only time that worked for me. They tried to reschedule another time, but it just was inconvenient. I understand things happen, but I wish they would’ve done more.

They dont have enough staff, its 1 waxer in the day and 1 in the evening. The waxers themselves are all pretty good though. Its just hard to get an appointment because there always only 1 person on duty.

I just left this location super upset. I used to go here pre pandemic and thought I had some sessions left on my wax pass. So last week I called to check on my wax passes and schedule an appointment. I spoke to the receptionist on the phone about both my eyebrow and brazilian wax pass and asked to make the appointment. Well apparently they only made the appointment for the Brazilian. I realized when my waxer mentioned only the Brazilian, so I asked and she said thats all I was scheduled for. But she said not to worry that there were waxers available after my appointment. So after my appointment I asked the receptionist and she said the only appointment available was at 7. It was 5 and my original appointment was 4:30. I am heading out of town this weekend and could not wait. I dont know why they didnt try and make right the mistake they made in not scheduling me. An eyebrow wax does not take much time. Now I get to go away this weekend with bushy eyebrows. And I have an uneven number of each passes now. I will not be going back to this location.

Do Not Take their service without a written service order/price. Front desk was very misleading about their pricing. No pricing posted in store. All documentation was followed with “but this isn’t the update price. Price was reportedly only on their computer. I requested a written price quote and they were unable to provide so I left. I asked these questions up front because a customer checking out was arguing over a bait and switch price with them.

DO NOT got to Ashley. I had to get a Brazilian wax 3 times in one day since she did not finish my session 2 times. The waxer who eventually fixed me up at a different location also told me that Ashley broke hair and that I still visibly had hair around the area, also the owner Justin is extremely rude/unprofessional and owns the Feasterville location as well.

European Wax Center Langhorne is amazing. Always clean and the staff is very friendly. Delricka and Emma are top notch and always your go to when you need something waxed! I have been coming here for awhile now and they don’t disappoint! Pick Delricka or Emma! I love them!

I have been a long time customer of this location. I have never had a bad experience. Most recently I have been going to Emma and just love her. She is professional courteous and keeps the appointments light and friendly. Would highly recommend this location and Emma.

The turnover rate here is ridiculous. Just when you get comfortable baring it all to a waxer, you show up to find they walked out/resigned. During covid the managers charged an extra $2 per session to cover their mask cost. I don’t know any other business that did this.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a wax center. Ashley was very unprofessional and asked me to turn on my stomach for a Brazilian?? Weird. And then there was still hair left over.

Wonderful place - would definitely recommend! My eyebrows have been looking fabulous for years thanks for Emma. A little pricey but I have a pass which makes the cost super reasonable. Always super clean and welcoming. Very professional.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here, specifically don’t go to Ashley I don’t believe she’s a professional waxer and I still had hair after my appointment.

Wonderful service. Friendly staff, always feel welcomed and comfortable during my wax experience. All waxers do a great job. I have recommended all of my friends and family to go just because the experience in itself is worth it. ( and the ingrown hair serum is amazing!)

I’ve been to several different wax locations and used many different waxers for my brazillian. This was my first time at a European Wax Center and the experience was phenomenal. Karena was awesome! An almost pain free experience. Completely opposite of past experiences at other locations. Karena was very professional and the center was very clean. Highly recommend!

Very friendly, courteous staff. The front desk was professional and made me feel very welcome. Answered all my questions patiently. The wax technician was great - kept talking to me and letting me know what exactly she was doing. Had my back and chest done and so happy with the results. Will be back every month.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. I went in today for my first time and Karena was absolutely amazing. It was my first time ever getting this type of wax and I was super nervous. Both me and my sister see gabby! We love her so much that were even getting our mom to come see her for a wax! She’s super sweet and an amazing girl! Every wax I’ve had here is totally painless! She always recommends the best products for my skin and they always work. She’s 10/10 amazing!Update....I will NO longer be coming to get serviced here. Gabby is no longer with them and I’m beyond happy for her. This place has an insane turn over. The girls are poorly treated by the owners. I hope every single one of these girls finds a better work place. Also beware they own the Feasterville location too.

Ricka was AMAZING she get 10000000 stars. The place was clean, but the new receptionist & owner had no manners as my friend and I walked in. Even though she was training it’s common curtesy to greet everyone especially since it’s a 2.00 surcharge for COVID they made up.

I can’t say enough good things about Gabby!!! She’s super easy to talk to and makes waxing painless! My skin was super dry at one point and she recommended this body lotion that has changed my skin! I have been a regular customer at the European Wax Center in Langhorne for 2+ years. Never had a negative experience. I used to get waxed at a hair salon and now European Wax Center is my go to place. The place is cleaner and the experience more professional. They always try to work with my crazy schedule. I love how they always call to confirm my appointments in case I forget.

Delricka is the best! I’ve been to half a dozen other waxers there in the past, and I won’t see anyone else now. She is fast, leaves my skin undamaged and is fun to talk to during the whole process.

As someone who has been in the hospitality business my whole life, and who is continually astounded and disappointed by the disintegration of hospitality in all customer service these days, it restored my faith when I called the other day and had a lot of questions about services, and waxing in general (I have never gone to a waxing center, but my girlfriend *very kindly* recommended I go). Gillian (sp?) was SUPER informative, professional and, most importantly & rare these days, kind (and even funny). Imagine that—a customer service business where they actually care about the customer? Rare. Whoever owns this place ought to give her a raise—she’s a rare gem. Looking forward to coming in!

I would highly recommend Gabby for all your waxing needs! She makes the waxing painless and is so great to talk. She recommended the ingrown hair serum which has been a lifesaver. I wouldnt go to anybody else!!!

Ashley was soo good and made me feel soo comfortable 🤗 I was a little worried because I haven’t had a wax since I had my daughter but she was fast and kept the conversation going and before I knew it , it was over ‼️ She gave me tips on how to stay smooth and I will be back in 4 weeks .m

I love the style of waxing offered, but I have to give a lower rating because my waxers keep quitting!! I’ve gone through 3 now over the last 2-3 years. Most of the people recommended in past online reviews are no longer there. It really makes me question how the owner/manager treats these women, considering their high turnover rate.

I go to Karena and she is great! Does a amazing job and is very personable! The front staff is very nice too!

Ive gone to this place 3 times but Ive never had my eyebrows waxed there. Everytime I go, Im told theyre closed or closing in a few minutes and cant take me. I went this last Saturday and again, I was not serviced. Online it stated they were open until 8 pm but on the door it said 6 pm and then they decided to close early at 5 pm. So when I got there at 4:30 pm they said it was too late and no one was available to wax my brows anymore.

I absolutely love coming to EWC. Ive never felt so comfortable getting waxed before. Ive been going to EWC for a few months now to get a Brazilian. Compared to other wax places I find myself enjoying the soft type of wax they offer. Its a lot less painful. Walking in, I always feel welcomed by the front staff, definitely would recommend there waxing services to anyone in need!

I normally dont write reviews but I have started my wax journey again and thought I should share. I was fortunate to have Cassara as my wax specialist today. She provided excellent service! Cassie took her time and not only provided a great brazillian wax, she also provided great conversation and made me knowledgeable and guided me along my wax journey ! I would highly recommend Cassara !
