What a great way to burn 850 calories. I work in the area and go 2 times a week. It is quick and challenging workout. The ownership group in this location is great at customer service as well.

I’ve become so much healthier and stronger since starting at OTF. The coaches are awesome and encouraging and I love the the instant feedback from the technology. Would recommend to anyone!

I am a mom of three and have not worked out in nine years. I gave this a try because lots of my friends do it and have done it for years — I am more than pleased with this entire facility from the front desk to the coach to the owner —everyone has been absolutely awesome!! I feel like I can finally do something for myself and I’m really excited to continue to work out at Orange theory. It is the best 45 minutes of my day, besides hanging with the kids of course :). If you are thinking about getting back to the gym —try Orange Theory you will never, ever regret it!! The first class is free so it doesn’t hurt to try!!

I was in town for a work trip and visited this studio. I had heard great things about Coach Derek...and he did not disappoint! OTF is always an awesome workout but the coaching definitely makes a difference!

I was visiting from out of state and enjoyed my visit to Lenexa. The cheerful front desk staff made an effort to welcome each and every person.. Coach Mandy was helpful in the weight room and encouraging on the treads. Another great day at OTF!

Great place. My home studio is in Allen TX but am in Kansas this week. The team at the Lenexa studio was very welcoming and made me feel at home. Thank you for the great workout today. I hope to be back there more this week.

LOVE this place! Mandy and D-Rock are the best coaches around. Great workout, be prepared to sweat. So glad I found OTF Lenexa.

I love OTF and this location helps perpetuate that feeling. The coaches and staff Ive worked with have all been very friendly, positive and encouraging. Each station is numbered so theres no more competing with others in the class for the best spots like it used to be back in the day. The treadmills (and all available equipment) are very nice and new. The workouts pack a lot into a short time, but I always leave happy with the workout that rarely gets boring. If youre looking for a way to get motivated and actually earn something from your workout, I highly recommend giving OTF a try.

I like the accountability that goes with signing up for classes. If I know that I have a scheduled class it motivates me to go. Ive had other gym memberships in the past, and Id go strong for the first half of the year then lose motivation. Orange Theory has had me going routinely for almost a 1 1/2 years.The coaches are also a big draw as they demo all exercises, provide motivation, and are available to answer questions and/or provide recommendations on tailoring the workouts if one has an injury, or other health concern. The class time options are also a huge plus with a variety of morning and evening options. As a medical professional I go in early and have unpredictable shift lengths, so evening classe options are much appreciated. I do wish there were more weekend options, since I shift rotate through them. But I understand that the staff needs breaks to, and when Im not working a weekend a morning class works just fine. Im very appreciative to the staff at the Lenexa Location, and recommend Mandy as an amazing, compassionate, motivational coach. Thanks Lenexa Orange Theory for getting to to go All Out.

Probably the biggest otf gym I’ve been too. Always extremely clean and the staff is excellent. The trainers are great and nothing is better than completing an otf workout. I can’t recommend it enough.

Had a great experience at OTF while visiting Lenexa for a wedding. Everyone in the class was very nice, the coach (Mandy) was super supportive and the studio was clean and organized.

These people blare music at 5am with no regard to their surrounding. You can hear music, the mic, everything. Zero respect for their neighbors and people who need to sleep. And frankly, if you need orange lights and someone yelling at you to work out, you’re doing it wrong.

Go all the time.
