The Gym and locker room is kept clean at all times. I typically workout in the mornings and the gym is always clean when I work out. Gabby does a great job keeping the gym floor clean along with maintaining the bathrooms. Thank you for your consistent hard work it is much appreciated!!!

This is a great gym however they recently got new ownership and slowly destroying the gym. They canceled all classes and raised the prices. What’s next? Please don’t mess with a good thing.

This has been my family gym for almost 5 years. Weve loved it here until the change in management. Sadly, its not what it used to be.Edited:Jason at the front desk is wonderful, sweet, and helpful. Ann with childcare is top notch, although I havent seen her much lately. Sadly, its the management that is rude to both staff and members. Lots of people have left (staff and members) which is a shame because it used to be such a wonderful, family-oriented facility. However, when you treat people poorly they tend to not stick around.

I called to cancel my membership in May and I was told I had to come in. I went in to cancel and apparently the person filled out a freeze. The gym continued to charge my card for 3 months. When I discovered the mistake, I called and emailed. No one got back with me. I called again and left a message. My wife called. We were never able to speak with a manager and was finally told that they would NOT refund or credit the money. I was shocked and told the person I would not be returning ever and she said ok. Thought I would post this so others would know to check they there membership is not just froze if they ever try to cancel.

Been going to this gym for about 2 years now, for $25 a month this gym has all you need. Many different machines and lots of weights. A basketball court open to public when not in use. Friendly staff, and those that workout there have been friendly too! Some gym equipment could be looked into updating possibly but this is a great gym!

I got a 3 month membership here because the hours were so good. But last Saturday I tried to go at 9pm, but it was locked and there was nobody there, even though they advertise that they are open until 10pm. They have a keycard system, so I dont understand why they dont use that when there is no worker at the desk.

One of the best gyms I have been apart of! Very friendly front desk staff. The trainers are very knowledgeable and friendly. Two full basketball courts that are typically rented out nightly and on weekends. The fitness areas are clean and have very nice equipment. They have Olympic weight platforms, free weights, a Smith machine, cables machines, numerous other machines, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and treadmills. They also offer childcare and fitness classes. It is never packed elbow to elbow like the bigger more popular gyms.

I was there for a 4 day basketball tournament. There was plenty of parking and the restrooms were clean. There are only two courts in the building, but it is super loud inside. The building is on the backside and there is no signage to guide you to the location. My GPS had no problem with directing me to the proper building.

Came here for basketball practice with my little one. i had a fun time. And the coachs were great. 👍 see you next week.

Well equipped exercise rooms and fantastic classes! A great child watch and kids gym - very family friendly!

Im a vendor for CCF. This place is always clean and well ran. Good selection of equipment and very nice gymnasium. CCF is a great place for a great price.

Very reasonably priced at $25/ mo, really decent strength training equipment. They have 3 Olympic platform/squat racks, plyometric boxes, a variety of plate stack-machines and universal cable machines, a smith machine and leg press, and cardio equipment (if youre into that). They have a few classes but I havent tried them. Theyre always pretty full, so they seem popular. Basically if all you care about is getting a decent workout, skip that expensive mega gym down the street, you know the one, strife-time or life-crime or something, and come here. Its always pretty quiet. I feel bad keeping this super secret workout spot to myself, though. :)

Good workout center especially for the money. Good childcare too.

I used the equipment and classes at this gym to lose 28 pounds. My husband and I are were on auto pay. My husband decided not to continue his membership. I called and his portion of the auto draft was discontinued immediately.

Nice facility but when two basketball games are going the buzzers and whistles from the other game are confusing. Needs a better sound barrier wall to divide.

Dont ever sign up for auto draft - youll NEVER ever get them to stop it no matter how many calls you make or messages that you leave.

So busy! Difficult to get in and out and the acoustics are bad.
