This location is nearest to my work, so i use it for convenience, but i wish the staff had nicer attitudes. i dont like having to call for any reason, the hold time is absurd, and i always end up with someone whos rushed to get off of the phone.. it feels like im bothering them. today i called to check the fill-date of a prescription.. the woman who answered told me the last date i had filled it.. so i said thank you, can you please let me know the next fill date and her reply was well, wasnt it a 30-day supply? i just didnt think the tone or the question were necessary since she had the date right in front of her and could have simply answered my question. i know how a calendar works, but i can often pick up a day or two ahead of schedule. it was a legitimate question and she made me feel like it wasnt.

Every time prescription called in( hours beforehand) am told will be ready in an hour. Had one called in the day before and was told will be ready in an hour!! Today standing in line inside for pickup ( after coming back in an hour) the cashier helped the customer ahead, then walked off and started doing something else. Left me standing there 6 minutes. One of the pharmacists finally came over and helped me. I was polite to him and HE was courteous. If my partners insurance didnt require CVS I would NEVER walk through their door again.

Pharmacy team members were polite and efficient. I didn’t get the pharmacist’s name (red hair) but she was particularly friendly and very patient with me as I presented a bunch of coupons that needed to be entered.

Customer service is terrible. I walked in. Then asked the guy, an employee, where are the scissors. He said “oh it’s somewhere in school supplies”. I noticed he was on a telephone call. So i walk aimlessly around trying to find the item. I then go to checkout. Another customer is waiting at the counter because that guy is still on the phone. So now we both wait 7-8 mins for him to finish his phone conversation. As he rings up the other customer he tells me I should use the self checkout. So after all that, we decided he doesn’t want to serve me. Absolutely unfathomable.

AVOID THIS CVS PHARMACY! They have the RUDEST techs who just make up rules as they go and speak to you like a dog. I’ve been doing my prescriptions through CVS since I was 13 and it just gets worse every year. This location takes the cake though. If it’s going to take you TWO days to refill a prescription- the least you could do is have halfway decent customer service. Especially the older woman with the raspy voice. No one is saying your job isn’t hard or that you don’t deal with out of line people- but being hateful to the nice customers who are just trying to navigate your broken system, is uncalled for. I suggest corporate cleans house and starts over.

Im shocked to see all the bad reviews when googling their hours. Ive had nothing but great customer service here. Ive been to this CVS about 5 times and used both the pharmacy and regular checkout. Experiences with both have been great. Items needed were always stocked, very friendly & helpful staff.

Went in to grab some cold medicine (Sudafed). I had a picture of what I needed to make it easier as its kept behind the counter. The young man up front looked at the picture took a quick glance and said he didnt know if they had it and his manager was on the phone. I asked if they had anything similar, he then shrugged his shoulders and said he didnt know he was new. I went up front and spoke to a manager she barely said a word and appeared annoyed I asked for help. However I went to Walgreens and was in and out in less than 10 minutes great customer service. Wont be back to CVS.

No COVID testing? I checked on CVS websites and the closest location is at 95th and Antioch. And they dont even offer rapid testing. I mean seriously there are like 100s of FDA EUA approved rapid test kits out there.... why......

Pharmacy told us 15 minutes until prescription would be ready...left & came back an hour later to be told after we waited in drive-thru for another 10 minutes that they are still working on prescription. I see why the reviews are awful!!

The one time I actually remembered to use my CVS extra bucks rewards I didnt have my card . I showed the kid behind the counter the rewards I had earned on my phone.The kid behind the counter said I had to have a card or my phone number. My phone number wouldnt work when he put it in so I didnt get to use my $5 CVS extra bucks rewards. I think if a customer doesnt have a card and if theres something wrong with the computer and their phone number wont go in then the store should swipe a store card or something thats good customer service. Not letting a customer have the rewards is not !!!!!!! Especially when I had proof that I had them !

I have used this store for 20 years. The pharmacy is great, the front end person (she has dark hair and glasses is rude. Why dont you teach customer service when you hire people? I will not be coming back to shop.

Jennifer was extremely rude. She helped me in person, but when I called later to report the behavior, she answered the phone. When I asked to speak to a manager, she said that she was the manager. I told her that it wouldn’t do any good to talk to her because I was calling about the service I received, but she was the one who helped me. She said, “Yeah, sorry,” and hung up. Absolutely ridiculous.

Got stranded in KC without my medication because of a snow storm, so I needed to refill a prescription with a pharmacy here in town. Was on hold for quite a while, and then the woman I spoke to was rude, kept asking me the same questions over and over and interrupting me, and insisted that I needed to have my doctor call them. I had already spoken with my doctor and my normal pharmacy who both told me I needed to have my new pharmacy contact them first. After arguing with this woman and getting nowhere, I hung up and called the Walgreens on the same street. No hold, very kind customer service, and refilled my prescription with no fuss. I’ll be doing business there from now on for sure.

I’m loyal customer for 20 years and attempted to use inside printed coupon machine the manager Heath Murphy and Rasila were not professional for not honoring their coupon at the counter. I had good experience with pharmacy who honored the coupon.

Only go to this location as it works with my insurance. Generally, I have not had many issues with the pharmacy. The pharm techs have always done a good job of setting realistic expectations of when I can pick up. They do seem understaffed, at times, but have done a reasonable job at keeping it all together. Ive only had one unpleasant experience, particularly with an individual, and they no longer work there. So, as of this moment, I will continue to utilize their services and hope it continues to go well.

Answering the phone rudely and saying yeah theyre very very very very very very very very very very very busy when asked why Ive been on hold for 20 minutes with the pharmacy is not good customer service. You should have some common sense/decency when interacting with the public as part of your job.

Ive gone to this location for years... For the most part it was fine. However, in the last year this has changed. The pharmacy staff is swamped, so getting your prescription is a chore; I had to wait 3 times even though I called it in at 8AM. Once to get the prescription, but it wasnt ready;, once waiting for it to be filled and lastly youre told to wait in line again once its ready... Really? I mentioned this to THE manager and he agreed with the practice.. if your looking for efficient CVS.. Go to the one in Target, behind Oak park Mall.. youre in and out! The manager at the CVS at Plhum is a huh huh manager definitely not customer focused. BTW part of my review was deleted so im adding it back. I was yelled at by the pharmacist because I questioned him. With regard to Covid 19. He told me to stop listening to the news and to listen to him as he is the health professional....

The wait times for a script are horrendous. It doesn’t matter if you call ahead or if the script is sent hours before you go to pick-up you will always wait. I have been told my script will be ready, wait in the drive-thru for 20-30 min to be told it’s not ready, almost finished, and to go to the back of the line again to wait on at least 3 occasions. I have even tried going inside, only to wait again for 30 min to an hour. I really like CVS but this location is awful.

I live right by this CVS and I have no insurance so I have to use coupon codes for any script and every time I drop off a rx Ill tell them Im using a certain coupon and they always have the total more than what the coupon says and have had to wait 15 more minutes for then to reprint it with the correct prise and they are very rude when advised of such mistakes. Poor customer service and total lack of caring for the patient. Going to drive to another location from now on, tired of being treated like this.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We moved to OP in the end of Oct. This was the closest CVS, so we started using them for the convince. Now, we lived in Olathe for 7 years never had one problem with our local CVS.This OP CVS as has the worst pharmacy customer service, both in person and on the phone. The front staff acted like I was waisting their time and inconveniencing them. The pharmacist, really not much better. I have never had a problem getting my prescription filled, I have had the most difficult and frustrating time getting one prescription filled that I can not be without. Odd, never had any problem with this prescription with the CVS in Olathe. However, this CVS seems to have nothing but difficulty.Now, they are only getting two Stars because of their extremely polite CVS pharmacy manager that actually took the time and effort to listen and talk with me about my concerns with the Pharmacy Staff. I truly believe she will address this matter immediately. She was very caring, compassionate, and professional. I really appreciated it.

Do not ask the pharmacy any questions over the phone. I called this morning to ask a few questions about a prescription of mine, the ladybeas totally ride and short over the phone never even got the information I was looming for because I had to hang up she was so DISREPECTFUL. I will never go to this location again. It deserves the 2.6 stars of not lower in my opinion........ I call another pharmacy later at that and they tell me not to take the pills I had and they they would switch me out with new ones. Although the lady on the phone gave me 0 information when I asked her a question about my damaged pills. I also notice so many one star ratings with similar problems.. they nerd to clean house and restart.

Been transferring scripts here due to insurance change. It has been one of the biggest nightmares I can remember. Took over a week for them to get mine figured out (kept dispensing the wrong amounts and discovered they had the wrong details in their system - they later admitted they had made typos) and then gave me the WRONG SCRIPT - pharmacist tried to defend it like it was no big deal and refused to let me talk to pharmacy manager.Now, I have tried FOUR times to transfer my daughters scripts there and each time they have no record. Last time I came down, in person, and handed them everything they needed printed out, including her records. I call back 4 days later and they have no record of this, including where these notes with her personal information might be.Every time you call there are huge wait times. How in the world can I trust they are going to get the job done right and safe?

Cashier attempted to rip my drivers license out of my hand without permission when my birthday was clearly visible. All over an attempt to purchase over the counter medication. Aggressive and wildly inappropriate. Management has made 0 attempt to reconcile this assault other than sharing their regrets.

This store does not honor the coupons correctly on your CVS card. I had a coupon for 40% off any one item in store. It was still in date and I read up what I could use it for before I made my purchase.I bought something at regular price and was told I couldnt use the coupon because it was a sale item. The sale was for buy one, get one 50% off. I was purchasing a single item at regular price therefore I was not taking advantage of the sale price and should have been able to use the 40% coupon I had.I was told by the manager Jennifer in a VERY snarky and rude manner that I could not, as it was a sale item. I hadnt been to a CVS for months because of other endless issues at this store but thought I would give them another go as they were trying so desperately to get me in the door with their coupon. Walgreens gets my money now. Theyre at least ethical and reliable with their business practices.

I loved this pharmacy because it was 24 hours, and filling meds overnight is a lot more convenient for me. Unfortunately this store decided to ditch being a 24 hour store, and the only other 24 hour CVS nearby decided to close their pharmacy overnight. Im now giving my money to Walgreens and avoid CVS altogether. Day and night.

Pharmacy staff are BEYOND slow. Every time I go in (why I still go, I dont know) it takes an extra 10 minutes to do the most simple things, like refill non-narcotic, non-scheduled medicine and pay, even for medication with no copay. Drives me crazy.

This store is so slow. I have been sitting here for 15 minutes waiting for my rx that was sent over around 1pm today.I came here on Tuesday to pick up some meds bc i cvs kept texting me letting me know theyre ready. I let the lady know i do not need them I just need my allergy med. She tells me it will be ready the next day I recieve a text from them telling me 3 rx are ready for pick up. Seriously wish theyre was another cvs closer that I could go to bc it seems that they have no idea what theyre doing here.

Jennifer F, whos name tag indicates shes on the management team, was incredibly rude and acted as if my purchase tonight was a huge inconvenience to her. I had recently switched to the mobile receipts and asked how to transfer my discount coupon to my card and she loudly made a display about I should figure it out on my own because its easy and then embarrassed me by loudly announcing my coupon expired the week before. I just moved to Lenexa and visited this CVS location for the 1st time, but if this is how the Lenexa CVS does customer service, then Ill be finding a new store to spend my money.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. We have to use cvs due to insurance and it’s always a new issue with them and we end up waiting every time. Staff is not very friendly and always seems to be too busy to help with anything.

Pharmacists seem very bad at job. Maybe they are trainees or part-time but with exception awful . They had one pharmacist that refused to process insurance correctly. He is now gone howerever. I asked the pharmacist to order routine vaccines that a pamphlet said the could get and they refused.

I cant stand this pharmacy! I was forced here due to the insurance I carry. Their staff there is incompetent and barely speak English half the time! I asked a pharmacy staff member if they had probiotics for my breastfed infant while I was on antibiotics. She said just give him the kids version......um NO!! All were in powder form and had warnings stating they werent for children under 2. We went to Walgreens down the street and they walked my husband over to mothers bliss a liquid with a dropper meant for infants. They misspelled my name and wouldnt fix it. Granted it was my middle name but still. They are incompetent!!

Worst worst worst pharmacy ever, Henry has no clue what he is doing cant even confirm a refill from a partial date, Never go here unless you like being treated like garbage, cussed at by Henry floating Pharmacist due to unable to count 28 days let alone what a partial refill is, should have his license revoked asap!!!
