Poor customer service, not enough employees, bad actitud.

My prescription called in by doctor at 2:30 p.m. Wait 2 hours and absolutely nothing is being filled so I call they have no idea about a prescription come to find out they dont even check their voicemail from the doctor. So my doctor calls back again about the prescription and speaks to a young man who says they are working on it now at 4:30pm It is currently 6:00 p.m. and nothing is happening so I call back again and now they say they have no prescriptions for me. I said my doctor called twice now and spoke to a young man She apparently goes to ask him and he says oh yeah I never got a chance to scan it in So the earliest it will be ready will be 8:30 p.m. Im so glad Im not on my deathbed this is the worst customer service ever! They are completely clueless and now I see by the reviews that this is a long-term problem that doesnt seem like itll ever be corrected. EDIT... Just called back at 6:39 the pharmacy tech who answered the phone says no it still has not been scanned in She sends me to the pharmacist and the pharmacist lies and says it is scanned in and maybe my app is just glitching but yet the pharmacy tech couldnt see it on her computer system attached to the same thing.

The customer service that I received from this store was just terrible I was there the other day just like any regular customer when I noticed someone start to follow me around the store realizing it was the store manager named Lis I asked for help on looking for a few items I was met with a terrible attitude and no help I went to the pharmacy and received better help from a young lady named Adriana wonderful customer service thank you

Rocio is the best! We needed refill one emergency prescription and she took care and prepared everything with her team in 5 minutes! She always smiled and showed professional! Thanks

I give 2 stars because employees are doing their best . But this pharmacy has a very important problem with the management. No one should be wating more than 10- 15 minutes to pick-up a prescription. Is insane to wait 40 minutes in a drivethru. People has things to do. I place my orders through the app, and pay it online in order to makes it easier but no way!! Always we have to wait tons of time.

Simple in and out for envelops needed to ship. Dont have to go through Walmart lines.

If I could have rated with no stars I’d rate it zero stars. The lack of customer service & communication with the Walgreens pharmacy is by far the worst. They currently have me on hold have yet to speak to any going on 20+ mins they pick up the phone to quickly put me back on hold I guess to reset the clock. This is aggravating and very unprofessional. The common courtesy would be to say hey we’re a little busy hold times may be long. They have answered and put me back on hold more than 10times now. I really hope the director of this department or whoever is in charge does something major to turn this pharmacy around because as now it sucks.

Worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to. They are regularly sssoooooo slow the drive through is backed up to the street. inside there are usually always multiple people waiting for meds. Even the cashiers are very slow and have a long line formed. Avoid this Walgreens if at all possible

I hate this Walgreens cause at the Pharmacy they just have one person working and Ive always had to wait 1 hour, 50 minutes, 40 minutes. They should hire more people.

If I could give zero Stars I would in fact I would give negative five. The level of incompetence at this store is astounding. Im speaking of the pharmacy portion of the store I cant say about the other part. I believe they need to fire everyone and start over again. Perhaps theyre just lacking good leadership as theyre all running around bumping into one another not knowing what the other ones doing. Every time I fill my medicine its one inconvenient huge headache. I am seeking another pharmacy and Ive been going to Walgreens all my life and I will not deal with them anymore because of this location.

Unfortunately a negative star option isn’t available………..lucky them. The Pharmacy dept is absolutely, by far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been in. And having to use them for the last 7 years, it wasn’t just a bad day for them. It’s ALWAYS been horrible. There must be a place on the hiring application that says “You must be lazy, slow, and have no dive in life” to apply. Because EVERYONE in the pharmacy dept is obviously not in any kind of hurry. And don’t complain, or ask for a manager………..that just gives them the excuse they need to completely stop and stare into space until a “so called” manager wanders over. There’s always a line, and the “Express Pay” option never works. And why would it???? That store has no idea what the word “express” means.

This Walgreens has me standing in line for an hour or more twice a month. Please hire more staff in pharmacy! The line almost goes to the makeup section.

Place is slow and rude. They dont have a clue what they are doing. Prescriptions are sent in not to get filled out until you are and give insurance information and then they tell to come back to pick up in 2 hours. After waiting for a hour and a half to come back and waiting again. This is a place not to come back to ever.

Dont go here. I am prescribed a controlled substance and the pharmacist pushes my date to pick up back a day every month. I get a phone call, voice-mail, and a text message my medication is ready to be picked up only to get through waiting on line for a half an hour to be told I cant pick it up until the 31st. How would a 30 day supply last me 31 days. I need to start looking for a new pharmacist.

They should get zero! This is the worst pharmacy! You call and they put you on hold, I waited and was hung up on twice after waiting for almost an hour twice today! The other day I had to call them to find out the reason why my prescription was not filled, then call my doctor and insurance company myself because they couldnt message or call me to let me there was an issue. The worst customer service! Florida Blue is forcing customers to use Walgreens as their preferred provider and all theyre getting is horrible service and delays. Well Florida Blue is getting ready to get customer complaints about Walgreens! I dont know if its all stores, but this one absolutely doesnt care about the patient.

The store is good for me.. they have everything you would look for in your typical Walgreens. The cashiers are nice compared to the amount of people they check out, you have to have a little patience checking out. This is not express service, there’s a lot of customers in Lehigh and you might wait a little bit you’ll survive. Never used the pharmacy side so I can’t comment on that

Imagine, setting an appointment for 2:45 p.m. to have your first shot done. You have to make time and reconstruct your whole day because this has to be done and you only have a small window. Didnt you get here to Walgreens, and at 3:15 youre still standing in line while one person is trying to tell somebody how to fill out a sheet of paper. Totally disgusted and now I have to reschedule because they dont have any type of organization in place

I place an order of pictures yesterday supposedly to pick up in an hr, around 5 pm they send me an email that would be ready at 10:40 pm go there and it wasnt ready. come by this morning to pick them up and the store was close because there floor was wet. call the store to see if they can give me the pictures from the drive-thru and said no. to come bu in couple hrs. unbelievable and that only thing she could do is cancel my order.

Horrible customer service when it comes to getting your meds. You get hung up on stuck waiting on hold for really long time. Or even hung up on. Only switched to this pharmacy because my insurance pretty much forced me to. Stay away if you can.

NASTY FALL in a parking lot, Urgent care prescribed Ibuprofen 800 on Tuesday.I couldnt walk, so I couldnt drive to pick it up. Walgreens has the service but I needed to wait untill Thursday to be delivered to me, After 2 sleepless nights waiting for the pain medication, Walgreen driver showed up.I dragged myself to the door and driver asked for $2.85 from me to get the pain medicine. Ive told him that no one had mentioned that I needed to pay anything, insurance payed the medication and that I didnt have the Cash on me, only a credit card. He said he couldnt deliver it then.Then I begged him to wait for me to find change laying around the house because I really needed the pain medication, and he said he couldnt wait 5 min. and left!!!!Called the store outraged, and found no empathy nor compassion at the front desk. She said that they could not deliver the medicine untill next day now.I was like WHAT????!!!!!!! WHY???!!!and...SHE HUNG UP ON ME!Now Im in pain and in disbelief on what just happened!!Im stranded, not being able to walk and without anti inflammatory and pain medication!DEVASTATED, and HELPLESS

Customer service for the pharmacy is horrible was on hold for 49 minutes for the phone no one picked up or acknowledged that I was even on the other end drive-thru takes 45 minutes to an hour to get through it and then you get up to the window and they tell you you have to go back around after you just waited 45 minutes in line this is crazy and ridiculous they need to fix something

This is the worst Walgreens in the history of Walgreens I think. Just dont make no sense how slow the pharmacy is. I think they are just because its the only one in town and most peoples prescriptions are filled here. Please add another location or improve, for the communitys sake.

I have been on hold for over an hour. Called 3 times and was hung up on. Florida Blue is forcing its customers to only use Walgreens and this is the only 24hr location in my area, I live far and was trying to call to verify they have my prescription as I went to 2 others and they are out of stock. I am calling FL Blue to file a complaint.

Absolutely worst pharmacy ever! Run the other way to an independent!!! Staff doesn’t do their job, gives you static and sullen faces, but remember...diversity is our strength! Takes days to process anything and prices are the highest I’ve ever seen for my script.

Went in overnight one day my husband had a bad toothache there is 1 guy working overnight I feel bad for him he needs at least 1 more person with him ppl were stealing while he helps customers it is sad

0 stars if it was possible. I do not understand how my insurance is paying for others medications. Someone clearly is NOT doing their job and checking IDs and insurance cards. This has been going on for almost a year now. Already been reported for fraud. Not much more left to do. Angy beyond belief!

The pharmacist red flagged me in their system because I used their pharmacy to fill a prescription. Isn’t that the point of a pharmacy? Seriously! Do your job. You are nothing more than a glorified pill counter. Leave the important health matters to my doctor.

I called in a prescription at 8:44 in the morning. They said I could pick it up after 10. We left an hour and 10 minutes after I made the call. It takes us an hour to get to the pharmacy. They didnt even bother to call me and tell me that they were unable to fill it. So I drove an hour over to pick it up and an hour back for no reason. This is the worst pharmacy we have ever dealt with.

I have been a Walgreens customer for many years. Recently moved here from out of Stare and transferred to this Walgreens pharmacy. Unfortunately this pharmacy is not up to par compared to the others I have used. When dropping off a prescription, a 2 hour plus wait for it to be filled is unacceptable. The most I have EVER had to wait at a Walgreens pharmacy was 25 minutes! Understandable if there was just the one pharmacist; but not when there was 5 employees behind the pharmacy counter! Maybe this is the norm in Florida, but I don’t have time to hang around to find out. I am not satisfied with this particular pharmacy and will be transferring to a different pharmacy.

I have used Walgreens exclusively for 33 years. I chose Walgreens for the high quality service and expertise of all Walgreens pharmasists, I chose well. I have spent months traveling the country and have never had a single problem stopping at any Walgreens I saw and getting my refills or new prescriptions. Its wonderful and removes the fear of not getting the meds, like insulin, that I need at home or a thousand miles from home. Nothing but praise and appriciation for the Walgreens chain. Until I moved to Lehigh Acres and began to use the only Walreens in Lehigh. It is a horrible place. The pharmacy is woefully understaffed and undertrained. I have been yelled at by a pharmacist that my med was on National back order ( there is no such thing) and I needed to find another pharmacy. I have been lectured at lest four times about how my medications shouldnt be taken together, Ive been on those meds for over 6 years, stop telling me what I already know while seven people wait in line in that dirty store. Dealing with an insurance problem at this store is more difficult than teaching calculus to a three year old, except the child tries to cooperate before getting upset and verbally nasty .Walgreens is the best out there, this Lehigh Store fails miserably. I will drive the extra distance to any other Walgrees, I wouldnt stop at that Lehigh store for a bottle of water. Drive the extra distance to any other Walgreens for the best of the best pharmacy service. Stay far away from the Walgreens on Homestead, as far away as you can. Just a typical nice Walgreens. Walk in, get what you need, and walk out quick. Nice employees, and good when it comes to refilling prescriptions.

I bring my prescriptions to Walgreens and I’ve been waiting six hours to have my prescriptions, which is already an obnoxiously long time for prescriptions, and when I got there, they still didn’t have my prescriptions ready. I don’t recommend it at all.

This is the worst Walgreens I have been to in my life, and I have seen some bad ones! The staff are rude, inexperienced, uneducated and the pharmacist are even worse! Their is always something wrong with medication filled here, even though we have had the same medication for 10 years, they cannot get it right EVER!! Long wait times, the staff cannot multitask at all! Each person in front of you will have some issue with their prescription, so you know you will never just pick up like it should be! The staff treat patients horribly, and the poor elder suffer immensely from their lack of competence to do their job. The staff seem to make up rules as they wish! I have finally removed all my prescriptions from here and hopefully will never have to go back to this Walgreens! I wouldnt give them 1 star..

Pharmacy sucks takes too long CVS is way better

Overall I thought the employees were friendly. But I must say the service is extremely slow. And I do think the employees need more training because they are struggling.

The staff is hard to get along with challenging your prescriptions every time you have them changed. With insurance we have spent over $6,000 since the first of the year.... and they have no idea who you are when you come in.... I would rate the customer,experience. In addition every Rome of the ratings compliant above me, I have also been subject to..If possible please go to CVS or Publix, becoause its obvious they dont are about their customers.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy manager EVER, Ikechukwu E. Rude and ignorant, after receiving a defective bottle which had ants in it he refused to replace it after waiting for him to call me for 10 hours, for Antibiotics for a 3 month old baby!!!! And this was after the other pharmacist said she would replace it with no problem.

Not enough pharmacy staff. Went in to pick up a script because drive thru was 4 cars long, inside was just as bad. 3 people working behind the counter, 1 at drive thru, 1 at counter and pharmacist. 6 people in line and 1 hour later I was finally able to leave. People were nice but the wait is bad. They need more staff.
