If I could give this store NO stars, I would! I never come away with a good experience from CVS. I also believe theyve been overcharging me because of people in that store not wanting to properly do their job! Also, I was so insulted by their pharmacist on duty, Adam today. He almost had me in tears after I got off the phone with him. I was trying to explain to him that I felt there was a language barrier between myself and the customer service clerk in the pharmacy. I wasnt trying to be discriminatory because she spoke with an accent...far from it! I asked her about my insurance on file and she was saying, yes, we already have your insurance, I asked how many insurance policies were there because I have two. She just kept repeating that the insurance was already on there. I asked if she had my one insurance which should be my primary and she kept repeating the information on my secondary insurance for drug coverage and telling me to call the insurance company. I told her that I want to give her the information for my primary because it obviously wasnt in there. She wasnt getting it so I asked to speak to the pharmacy manager. So in digressing everytime I ask to speak to the pharmacy manager He/She is never there. So I asked for the pharmacist on duty. When I spoke to him, Adam. I barely got one whole sentence out before he was completely talking over me and wouldnt listen to my concerns or what I had to say. He was VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT!! I have called to CVS corporate to lodge a formal complaint. As a 30 plus year airline retiree I know good customer service and unfortunately its almost extinct! But its none existent at this particular CVS Pharmacy. Please folks save yourself some headache and take your business elsewhere!!

I work for a doctors office, prescriptions are always sent to this pharmacy and patients call in and say that their medication isnt ready even after a week has passed. I call for patients and I get rude service and always get hung up on. When all im trying to do is help patients. This happens very often with our patients, I do recommend on going to a different pharmacy. They will waist your time going in and checking if the prescription is ready.

The staff here is extremely rude and dismissive. Not upset that the medication I was prescribed was not available when I needed it, not upset that they called me and left a recording saying that it would not be in until Friday; 3 days after it was prescribed.I was very upset that I sat on the phone for over an hour before hearing that my medication was not going to be in until Monday.The tech on the phone offered many excuses as to why. Blaming COVID, blaming the shipping company, blaming short staff however never offering a solution to the problem. He was getting frustrated and it was obvious by his tone he really could care less whether I received my medication or not. This CVS has 1 star because zero stars is not an option. Looking for a new pharmacy.

It takes over 50 minutes to drop off a prescription through the drive thru and the same amount of time to pick it up. If you need a medication right away you might want to go somewhere else to get it. Also, I tried calling the pharmacy a few times to check on my sons prescription and someone kept on picking up the phone and hanging it back up. This happened like 5 times before they decided to pick up and answer.

*DONT FiLL RX HERE* Trash place just like you would expect in Lehigh. Literally about ten cars everytime in drive through or inside line and 2nd lane always broken. If you have to go here make sure to carve out a huge portion of your day.

This is the only CVS in Lehigh and the only 24 hour CVS within about 15 miles so, of course theyre going to have long wait/hold times and be out of products/scripts. Im not sure what all these other people in the comments expected...The closest CVS to this one is the one on 82 and Colonial which is out of the way for a lot of people, and it is not 24 hours. The staff is always nice and pleasant when I visit, and I know to always expect to wait at least an hour or 2 before my script is ready. So, if you need a script quickly then choose a different CVS, otherwise, expect to wait. I think they do an excellent job considering the amount of customers that go in and out of there each day.

Was there last night around 2am and the overnight cashier up front had to be the best cashier we met. He welcomed us immediately to the store, and not only told us where we could find a item, he lead us to where the item was, and because of the construction he didnt want us to get hurt so he went and grabbed the item for us, and went back to price check it. He then walked back and checked us out with a smile and asked if we needed anything else. He deserved 5 star rating. Best worker I ever met. Thank you for the m friendly service.Driving thirty minutes to a open cvs in the middle of the night for a contact case was not on our agenda but he definitely made it worth it

If you suffer from low blood pressure this place will raise it quickly for you, careless employees, slow service, long lines, out of basic medications all the time, hours of hold on the phone. They lost my prescription twice in few weeks, gave me estimated 24 hrs to have medicine in stock and its 8 days now ???? THIS BRANCH IS A SHAME TO THE CVS NAME. I wonder if they have someone unqualified running this pharmacy?! Or the pharmacy manger is trying to bring it down on purpose. Unfortunately my work insurance force us to use cvs. Or I wouldve moved to another pharmacy on a heat beat.

6 employees inside the pharmacy most of the time you need to wait one hour or more if you are lucky to pick up a medicine you need to come to the pharmacy several times during the day or sometimes few days always have a excuse I recommend everyone every person trait to buy in your local pharmacy no in CVS or Walgreens I have my mother and my father with medication and I can guarantee CVS or Walgreens don’t care the patients the only care the paperwork and the store outside face please read that and compare local pharmacy

How can a pharmacy place you on hold for 45 minutes repeatedly? Had Publix pharmacist try to call to transfer script. They also were on hold for 45 minutes. Absolute worst pharmacy customer service. It took two days to get an antibiotic and 4 phone calls. The Dr emailed the scripts. What type of manager allows a medical business to be run this way?

Doesnt seem like the pharmacy really cares about incoming calls. Couldnt even take the time to answer and ask if I could hold. After 20 minutes of waiting with not a single person answering I had to give this review. Most CVS pharmacys are well maintained and they are over all a great company this one is Garbage. We always seem to have a problem no matter what its for. We will be transferring all medications to Publix so we can at least get some decent customer service.

Im thankful for Jose Q and his excellency. I was unable to get reli on strips for my grandma at Walmart, because the pharmacy closed at 7PM.So then, I contacted CVS at this location, but they were so busy they couldnt answer at the time. I ended up going to the store in person, and they didnt have what I needed.Although, Jose made my night by recommending me to alternate items, that works equivalently.All items purchased were right in my budget, and because of Jose Q I thank him!Now my grandmother can check her sugar levels with our new CVS brand products.Thank you!

No. After happily using CVS Pharmacy at 14240 Tamiami Trail N, Naples, FL 34110 for years, I transferred my prescriptions to this location (11300 SR-82, Fort Myers FL 33905) when I moved to Lehigh Acres, assuming that the level of customer service would remain intact. I could not be more wrong. This store was packed; it seems to be the local hangout for whatever reason. The employees here are rude and disinterested. The pharmacist was uninformed. Ill go elsewhere.

Constantly issues with this pharmacy . I get a text saying scripts will be ready on the 12th I don’t care when they’re ready just don’t tell me a date and then not have them ready or only have one of the two ready put the other on hold and mark it that I have to call the pharmacy to fill the other . Makes absolutely no sense why every month if it’s not my scripts it will be my wife’s never fails . I’ve never had so many issues and given them chance after chance and they consistently screw something up every month .

We have used this CVS facility for many years. The employees have always been extremely helpful. The store is usually busy, but they are always happy to see us. The store has carpeting throughout, making walking more easier as Im getting older.... one of my favorite places to shop.

I switched from CVS on state rd 82 to lee Blvd in Lehigh fl in September. I couldnt believe it could be worse than the one on 82. Man was I wrong!!!!! These guys are WAY worse. Countless times they mess up what prescriptions are needed. They fill all the perceptions that are sitting in the system without checking whats needed. Then when you go to pick up what is needed they arent ready. What is ready is what you told them you didnt need. I am as frustrated as it gets.

Called for a prescription they stated would be here the next day. Next day rolls around now they stated it wont be done because they dont have it... So let me get this straight you had it yesterday told us it would be done now you dont have it. And to make matters worse you told us to call other cvs stores to see if they had it. Which is breaking their policy. My step father needs his medications and you people do nothing but lie. Now we wait a week more because of people saying they have what we need and then the next day say well we dont have it now. You never answer your phone i was in line once you had two associates doing nothing and phone was ringing for 5 mins. Social hour was more important. I called waited 15 mins and didnt get even a hello it was answered and proceeded to be hung up within 2 seconds!! Great job teaching your associates how to be honest and be good at customer service. Called in my prescription at 10 oclock am this morning. The guy on the phone said it would be ready by 2 so I showed up to get it at 3:30pm. Come to find out my prescription wasnt ready and then I had to wait. You can pretty much forget about ever calling and speaking to a human since youll be on hold for hours at a time even when theres nobody there. Just left the drive-through after sitting there for 5 minutes finally proceed to tell me that lane is close move over to the other window not a soul in sight the pharmacy and still sat there for 5 or 10 minutes . This is the worst pharmacy EVER! Last time I go here and only went because its the only CVS in Lehigh. From now on I will just drive into Fort Myers. The staff here has lost my child’s prescription scripts numerous times and then act like its not their problem. It is! Because if you are filling RX’s for sick patients how dare you act like its no big deal if you loose the paper work leaving the patient with-ought their meds. My son is very sick and cant get his albuterol and antibiotics filled in a timely manner because of their terrible service. Dropped off RX’s at around 10:30am and here it is 5pm and nothing ready.... not only that but they lost the scripts. The worst!! I know plenty of people who say the same. THE WORST!!!

Apparently the staff here doesn’t know what an electronic signature is and told me it would be a long wait because they had to call the hospital to get an over the phone confirmation for my prescription I waited 30 mins which they still hadn’t called. I asked for my script back and that I would be going to a cvs that knew how to do there job. Amazingly enough the cvs down the rd didn’t have any issues with my script. Worst CVS ever. Today’s circus event will by last last before switching to Publix pharmacies. I dropped my script off at 10:30am told it would be ready at 1pm. My husband goes to pick it up for me at 6pm and it’s not even ready. So he waited in a twenty min line for them to tell him they have to prepare it. Then they say they don’t have one of them so they refer him to an over the counter medication. No one calls to tell me they don’t have it to give me the option of going somewhere else. I left the hospital at 5 am and started to call the store at 530 am. It is now 8:21 ...after 11 phone calls...going through a reception loop numerous times. Transferred twice by a live person only to be completely ignored. I finally get a manager on the phone and he wants to take my number and have someone call me back. The most insebsitive, inept and inadequate pharmacy I have ever been to. If someone is trying to reach a 24 hour pharmacy at 530 clearly Its an emergent issue and to be ignored and treated this way is completely unacceptable. I will never step foot in this store again.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Lets start off by saying that we had to wait 27 minutes in the drive-through. 27 minutes!! I had one prescription. Once I pulled up to the window, she made me wait for another eight minutes. I dont know why it takes so long to go to the back and pick up a prescription that is already ready for pick up. To make things worse, she gave me the wrong prescription. Needless to say, I will not be returning to CVS pharmacy. I will take my prescriptions elsewhere. What a waste of my time.

Im a regular customer there, and they always make sure my sure my meds are there on time, every month. Even my pain meds. And my doc has never had a problem reaching, or faxing them. I went into the drive-through With my mom who has Terminal four cancer and Waited for a very long time with only couple of cars in line. We went throw the drop off area for Prescription now we are the only car there now. waiting with not even a hello, nothing, so I had to back up waiting 15 mins to go into the other line before the person even acknowledge that we were there. 35 mins it took just to drop off something. The lady didn’t even say hello, she said “she’s busy” but she took my moms precautions and we left. The sick want a great experience specially only dropping off prescription, should be a easy transaction. It’s not a good quality-of-life when you have someone with a rude attitude that works with the very suck. bad day she maybe having but my mom should not feel like she’s bothering someone for her life saving medication.

I called them to swap my prescription from lee memorial. They said all was well and it would be there within 48 hrs. They never asked about my insurance. 48 hrs go by with no communication. I call and get handed off to 3 different people only to be told that they would call me back. At that point I went down to ask what was up. Turns out they dont accept my insurance. I nearly ran out of my meds because they could not be bothered to call me. I just swapped to Publix. This pharmacy is incompetent.

Far by the worst customer service I have ever received! After waiting in line for over an hour (with an infant and toddler) I finally got to the window and was told that my prescription was not covered by my insurance so they had to give me a generic. I was fine with it but had a question. The pharmacist (Sara) laughed at me because I wanted to know if that was the only prescription that was sent over by my doctor. She responded as if she was annoyed and said that she would have to start over again to see and laughed. First experience was similar to this one. I will NOT be returning to this CVS and will have all my prescriptions sent to another pharmacy where I am not mistreated.

This is the most unorganized and unreliable pharmacy Ive ever tried to fill a prescription at. Seriously go anywhere besides here. When you try to get business done, they will leave you on hold for as long as they please. Tried to get preauthorization papers sent to my doctor from this pharmacy 4 times in one week, with NO success. The doctor have tried to reach out to this location and received no assistance. The pharmacy needs new management for the person who is currently in charge is running the place into the ground. Just got discharged from the E.R, with 3 prescriptions, one is a pain medication. I was told that it would be ready by the morning. I asked what time is considered morning and she said 9-10 a.m. I am in pain and there was noway I could wait 11.5 hours way. . I asked what the point of having 24 hours pharmacy? She proceeded to tell me that once her and other staff member leave it would only be the pharmacist and there is no way for him to handle the drive thru, phones and full rxs with in the next hour or even next couple of hours. She also said they have cut their hours and there was nothing she could do. I got my prescriptions back and now going to look for another 24 hour CVS, in Hopes it is not the same situation. I stopped going to this store because they never had my sons prescription in stock and minimum wait is 30-45 minute wait to pick up an RX.

They never answer their phone. They have your prescription all day and do not fill it. Then when you get there to get it and it’s not done they make you wait 20-30 mins to get it filled. Worse pharmacy we ever had to use.

This is the worst pharmacy in the history of mankind in terms of service. My own doctors told me to avoid it like the plague. I have finally given up and switched to Publix, which has incredible service. CVS should go out of business.

I went there Wednesday to get my twin babies meds transfer over there. I went in there today to pick them up and they couldnt find there name in the computers. So then she went through some transfer papers and find one baby but not the other one. That was at 3:30 pm. So I just called there at 9:00 pm and didnt talk to anyone til 9:50 and they still aint got it ready. They told me maybe tomorrow. I am gonna have them switch it to Wal-Mart tomorrow and I would recommend them to anyone

1 star is even giving too much. You wait at the window forever, not acknowledged and then they have the audacity to be rude. Terrible customer service including some of the Pharmacists. This is a pharmacy, ppl need their meds and some are really ill and for them to be so rude and unprofessional is disgusting!

Do not go here for prescriptions! I tied to have an Rx transferred from another pharmacy because of insurance and they said it would take 24 to 48hrs to have it transferred to Lehigh Acres CVS, I found this out after I droped off the Rx and called them the next day. Needless to say, they never got it transferred over, I had to call my Dr. to send a prescription to them in order for the Rx to be filled. Oh and trying to calling them is dang near impossible. Once, the Rx was finally there though it was ok receiving a refilled but if you have question dont call.

I like the atmosphere of this store better than the Walgreens not too far from here. myabe its because they use carpet. I believe the prices are on par with the Walgreens though.

Seriously Always get my prescriptions n my wife and childrens here and ever time they state that my wife or kids Medicade dont work just so I can pay out of pocket not nomore yall can kiss my ass goodbye my wife Medicare n Medicade doesnt work never does how it doesnt work if my wife just had a surgery dont understand remind you I done paid for a lot of medications expensive waste of money n waste of time waiting there to speak to someone this is worse cvs ever. Will not be coming back here any longer.

This place is awful. Would give 0 stars if possible. Staff in the pharmacy are extremely rude and pushy. I will never in my life step foot in this location nor will I recommend anyone to come here. Publix all the way!!!

I waited for 40 minutes at the drive thru and only moved a couple feet. The line next to me didnt move at all. This is the case inside too. Every time I have went I have waited at least 30 minutes just to talk to someone. This is unacceptable.
