Expect to wait an hour plus if opening an account or to speak with someone about a loan or any problems. Checks take FOREVER to clear for new customers. The last check took two weeks to process. Called to get a replacement debit card for myself, canceled not only my card but also my husband’s. Thankfully he had his other cards with him when he was paying for gas. When I asked about it instead of apologizing and admitting they made a mistake explained they had to cancel both. Which doesn’t make sense, his card has different numbers on it. Applied for a personal loan and was denied even though I have zero debt and an excellent credit score. I think I need to find another bank.

The tellers are wonderful and have had any problems there with any of my transactions theyre always there to help with online issues as well. Can you come pick at work thank you ladies and gents. Tani

The most ridiculous bank ever. Waited in line for an hour just to be told they have NO MONEY. I couldn’t pull any money. How do you run a bank without any money?! Such a waste of time. I do not recommend this bank. Absolutely ridiculous.

Waited in line over 30mins In the sun just to get in and wait another 10-15 mins In line. What’s the point of the atm teller when you can only deposit, get cash or cash a check, what a waste of time. I’m considering changing my bank because this is unacceptable and only two live tellers

Unless you have hours out of your day to waste then this isn’t the bank for you. I’ve waited almost 2 hours to see a notorie. One banker was just walking around instead of helping the long waiting line and the one other banker who was working spent hours laughing and joking with the one client. Never again!

Suncoast Credit Union Lehigh Acres, Florida has been Our Family Bank for nearly 15 years. That run will shortly come to a close. We are moving our Mother North to care for her. Thank you Suncoast for being there for us.

We started using Suncoast about three years ago and we are very pleased with the service. I will agree with some reviews that the wait is indeed longer than one would expect. I hope they address that in the future.

I have used this branch since 1995 for my personal checking/savings, and now that I own a very successful small security guard business, Suncoast Credit Union was an easy choice for me to bank my business there, everyone is highly professional, attentive and always ask if there is anything else I need, at the end of a transaction, even the security guard that works there is very professional. They all deserve 10 stars.

I have had a terrible experience since day one of opening this account! Never got my debit card or checks when I opened account. Finally got just the debit card with no pin... requested another pin about ten days later...got the first pin but it wouldnt work and never got the second pin. Omg lol... so I go to the branch..sign in computer didnt work.. place was packed!! Finally got my pin!! Later I went to the ATM and both were down! this place is a joke!!!!!!!

Big surprise: the ATM wouldnt accept my cash deposit, only checks. There is ALWAYS something wrong at Suncoast, especially this one. I hope another credit union opens up in Lehigh. Id definitely switch!!!

The worst bank to bank with. Always busy. If you have a issue your unable to speak with someone; unless it is business hours. No 24/7 call service. Worst place to have a car loan with they add fees will be playing for the car for 7 years.

Waited on my son for 45 minutes and no one has even talked to him. Worst bank ever. Now it has been 1hour and 1/2. He is still waiting.

Every time I come to this horrible place where people have to wait for more than an hour. Worst experience ever. Customer service sucks and they act like they don’t know how to deal with professionalism and in top of that the criticized each other worker. This place should be closed permanently.

Rose marie was great help for me today she got me approved for my loan. She was nothing but nice and supportive and actually talked to me like a person and not a another customer. 2-13-18 CP

I just want to know why on a monday when people have to take care of thing at the bank its closed at 4:00 pm when there are supposed to be open till 5:00 pm.

Trying to do online banking is at times a nightmare. Other then that I would have give it 5 stars.
