SIX out of five stars. The staff was courteous and responsive to my special-needs. Dr. Bateman not a little listened, he explain things in detail and explain the reasons behind things. This was what I noticed from ALL of the staff. This office is well run and I had a high degree of confidence that they were taking reasonable precautions for Covid as well. I truly class act, I’m recommending my whole family go there.

Dr. Bateman and his staff are so friendly! I chipped one of my teeth a week ago and he did a beautiful job fixing it and offered to have a cleaning done while I was there. They were constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and if there was anything they could do to help me relax. It was seriously like a spa while getting my teeth cleaned up. I have never had a dentist experience so amazing. 15/10 would recommend to everyone.

Every procedure has been perfect and pain free. All the latest equipment and technology. Wonderful personalities from all the staff and Dr Adam Bateman. He is highly trained, skilled and professional in everything he does. His preventative suggestions and treatments have been so helpful to my teeth and gums. Updated X-rays and impressions have changed my previous experiences with other dentists. So happy he came back home, Utah, to practice and that our family is part of his clients.

After years of not feeling personally attended to at a specific dental practice that I won’t name here, I finally felt seen and attended to in a very personal way by the entire staff at Bateman! Dr. Bateman was thorough and explained in detail what he wanted for treatment for me and Kiley my hygienist was amazing and. Amy was incredible and got me all situated and Amber was patient and kind in working through my rough schedule to get all my appointments needed to get my dental health back on track!! I highly recommend this practice!!

Ive been impressed with the quality-caring people that have served me in this office. When the shade of my cap needed to be darker to not contrast in its setting, the change was made. That told me even esthetics were important and I could rely on your work.

Always clean and super sanitary! My appointments feel more like a spa treatment than a dental appointment! Dr Bateman and his staff are up to date on all the new technologies and I couldnt ask for more a friendly, genuine experience!!!

Dr. Adam Bateman is an outstanding dentist, and his staff is wonderful too! They are very caring and personable, and yet do outstanding dental work in a very gentle way. Since we don’t have dental insurance, they always seem to find ways to keep our costs down, which we appreciate very much! They make recommendations to help us improve our oral care, and are very positive and supportive as we make progress together with our teeth and gums. I would highly recommend them without any reservations! They’re awesome!

I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional. Dr. Bateman was knowledgeable and very informative. The entire office was very up-to-date with modern equipment and it has such a pleasant environment. You can tell everyone really loves what they do. I had such a pleasant experience with Dr. Bateman and his staff. I was very anxious about the appointment and my extraction procedure, but Dr. Bateman was very patient and spent a lot of time explaining everything to me, the staff was very helpful and extremely kind. Amy made me feel so comfortable. She got me a cozy blanket, cooling eye mask and also let me pick out some music. (LOVE HER) I recommend the laughing gas, it’s a great experience. I didn’t feel a thing! Dr. Bateman is so gentle. I never thought I’d say “I can’t wait to go back to the dentist” but really! Such an amazing experience. Dr.Bateman is a fantastic dentist. He really helped me understand why I needed to receive a certain treatment and told me the benefits of doing it as well. He is very skilled with numbing my gums and me not feeling the awful pain that Ive experienced elsewhere. Him and his staff genuinely care for you, which makes it extremely comfortable to visit and stay with his practice.

This office is super. The whole staff is very friendly and professional. Super clean, super quick, and they do a wonderful job. I had some crowns done on my front teeth and it transformed my smile and looks really natural. 100% recommended!

I even got my hubby to go who has never liked going to a dentist. They treated him so good & went above and beyond to meet his needs. My children also go there. I would highly recommend this office. The office is always an incredible experience. The dental assistants are always very nice and can chat with you while cleaning if youre into that. The chairs have massaging capabilities if you want it. Overall they offer great advice and have helped me turn my teeth situation around

Beautiful office with very welcoming staff. I felt super comfortable and was taken care of quickly. In the past I’ve sat at the dentist for more than half the day but Dr. Bateman values your time and works efficiently. I was in and out in 2 hours Or less with having an exam and fillings done. I have really appreciated the care and treatment I have received from Dr. Andrew Bateman and his team. They are very professional and so kind. Their office is very clean and orderly. I have had several cleanings, a crown and a root canal and all of the procedures went very smoothly. Dr. Bateman definitely cares about his patients and will ensure you are comfortable and happy with the outcome of your procedure. Janean is very patient and great at working out insurance billing. I have had cleanings by all three hygienists in this office and they are all so great! They are very gentle but thorough. The extra things they do to help with comfort puts them over the top! Cooling eye masks, blankets, pillows, tv on the ceiling with your choice of Disney Plus, Hulu and ESPN and noice canceling headphones. I would highly recommend this office to everyone who is needing a new dentist! Dr. Bateman is great at making sure you understand what treatment is needed, all of your options for treatment, and walks you through the whole process.

They also validated my concerns, looked into everything, and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand and that put my mind at ease. Dr Bateman has been my dentist for over 40 years. I trust him. He explains things well to me. After my children have grown up they have been to dentists in their area and complain that their new dentist is not as good as Dr. Bateman. He is excellent with root canals.

He is the best Dentist I know. I know and have worked with literally thousands of dentists. Im a Dental Lab Technician CDT and Dr. Bateman is the only Dentist that I go too. He is the only Dentist I let work on my wife and 3 children. My parents are also patients of Dr. Bateman. After 17 + years in this field you learn it doesnt matter how big and fancy the office might be or how many advanced degrees they may have, none of that matters if they dont love what they do and love helping patients. Hes an amazing Dentist who is also an amazing guy. He always has my complete trust..

My daughter had her braces removed an hour before her dental appointment so had very sore gums. She was NOT excited to be going for an exam and cleaning. By the end of her appointment, her whole demeanor had changed. At the end she said, “This is the BEST dental visit I’ve ever had!”Dr Bateman and his hygienist were fun, encouraging and accommodating, but still thorough and professional. My daughter as so happy to hear Dr. Bateman say her teeth were beautiful and that she’d taken great care of them. Something she repeated a couple of times, after we left.Office is clean and comfortable. Office staff is amazing. They blazed through insurance glitches promptly and with a smile.My husband was similarly pleased with his visit. After several bad experiences in a row with other dentists, I think we’ve finally struck gold.
