Took husband to ER because was unable to walk or bend knee and in extreme pain. Bad idea to go to this hospital. One hour in waiting room to check in and get an ice pack, a man came out and asked a few questions, touched my husbands knee and didnt introduce himself before they took him into an exam room. Nurse came in and took BP then took him to xray. Once back in room nurse gave him drugs for pain and a brace and we waited. Finally same man came back and found out he was actually he ED doctor, told husband nothing on xrayand most likely needed and MRI and he will recommend another doctor in orthopedic to further treat. I asked them why not doing MRI and they said it was an expensive test. Then they told my husband he could walk out. No wheelchair, no help just bye bye. Awful experience and no answers!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a hospital! Room 4060 nurses were horrible!! Lisa in ER was amazing but seriously I felt like I was in a bad mental health movie! Most ghetto hospital and personnel. Unbelievable. The CNA, Deborah was a bully. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL!

We arrived at ER part of the hospital with my mom directed from her doctor with his written orders. That was at 1pm. She had pneumonia was very weak and cold. She did not get a bed until 9:20pm. She didn’t complain but the sadness in her eyes and in all the elderly patients waiting like cattle boiled my blood. There HAS to be a better way. When we arrived in a room at 9:20 the doctor showed up at 10:20 (attending nurse James was amazing). The doctor was quick and she still had not been admitted. By 1230am the nurse came back to check on her also letting us know that they were admitting her and was surprised the doctor did not tell us sooner. Bedside manner was absent We are our mothers advocate some other patients not so lucky Would be nice for your CEO to visit the hospital without formality so they can see how the er runs.

The worst experience! My 84 year old Mother waited 8 hours in the waiting room of the ER with other sick patients only to be sent home. Still having Shortness of Breath, arm pain signs of heart attack which runs in her family. What kind of hospital doesn’t run test to make sure she doesn’t have a blocked artery! Now she will probably get some other illness being exposed to all those other sick patients.
