I had a physical with Dr. Boudreau and she was absolutely lovely! She worked efficiently, was attentive, and gave good guidance on what was needed for my visit. I had blood work done by Claudia (I believe this was her name) and she was very kind and gentle, I barley felt a thing. Will be visiting again :)

Dr Boudreau and her staff were very patient and answered all our questions. Erica at the front desk is very knowledgeable and helped us figure out all our benefits. Overall it was a fantastic experience.

Everyone is very knowledgeable and proactive. I thought I may have broken a toe and I did. Even though the orthopaedic practice said they were booked up, the office of Dr. Boudreau called them and I was seen that day! It has completely healed which may not have been the case if we waited. Dr. Boudreau also developed a perfect combination of otc allergy medicines for fall seasonal allergies that was both not overwhelming and effective. For the first time in years I could breath easily in the fall! She is the best!

This is the health provider you are looking for. Great quality of service, excellent facilities, great staff, and superb aftercare. Recently, I needed medical care and decided to make an appointment here, and I was happily surprised by the advanced level of care I received here. The whole experience from entrance to the friendly receptionist, highly qualified nurses and doctors, and then the aftercare and follow up procedures. They really care about their patients and I experienced that first hand. Thank you!

I just moved to the area and was delighted that Dr. Boudreau took me as a new Medicare patient. I have seen her once in person to establish her as my Primary Care Physician and once with a telemed visit. She and her staff are responsive, friendly, and easy to talk to. I look forward to a long relationship!!

Im pretty disappointed in this office. I was prescribed depression medicine by this office and it was time for a refill. My pharmacy called and called the office for the refill and never got through. I tried to call the office and they were closed. The next day when I called I was told they will not refill the prescription because I havent been in the office in two years. Because of the pandemic I am unable to take off work to go see her. I politely asked if there is anyway they could do a virtual consult during lunch as I am strapped and really cant afford to take time off work. The receptionist said the only appointment we have is 9AM on Tuesday. Ok I tried to understand and asked her to please talk to the doctor so we can figure something out because it is very unsafe to go off depression medicine cold turkey. I havent heard back at all and the receptionist did not act compassionate or like she cared. So I went into Vita family portal because I remember Dr. Boudreaux saying I can message her on there with any questions. I messaged her, and also found a message I sent a few years back that she did not respond to either. Im very disappointed at the lack of care of refilling a depression medicine and allowing a patient to go off cold turkey. Especially in a pandemic where the mental health is the most at risk. The lack of compassion for someone with depression is very upsetting.

Left Kaiser and joined Anthem for medical insurance so needed a new GP. With a strong understanding of the field (two doctor sisters, daughter just starting her residency, I know what to look for. On paper Dr. Boudreau has it all - Penn State (BIg Ten, GO!), Drexel, chief resident, and West Point/Army background (daughter MD married an Air Force officer); but in person she is even better - brains and caring service! During this Covid virus and dealing with issues that arise (two follow ups to Emergency Care runs) she was fantastic. Go, you will be in excellent hands. An example, I was dealing with a neurologist for headaches and in talking with Dr. B she inquired about my eyeglasses. Do to Corona (broken pair, replacement delayed) I realized I was wearing an old (and very out of date) prescription. I ran to the optical shop (Lenscrafters Tysons - a separate shout out for Corona management) and my headache has disappeared. That general overview of you care management is essential and you could not be in better hands than Vita.

LOVE Vita Family Medicine! The office is comfortable and doesnt make you feel like you are in a doctors office. It is a great one stop shop! I can get my blood drawn, have my visit. Dr. Boudreau also sees my children and they have a cute little kids room, so my kids actually like to come and play. They are always on time. I have been back several times and will be referring all my friends there.

I was looking for a smaller office with a great primary physician. I had been going to a larger practice but always felt like another number. When I arrived at Vita, I was greeted promptly and didnt wait at all to be seen. Both the nurse and the doctor were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I had blood work and the nurse did a great job, didnt go home sore at all. I would absolutely recommend their office. The office is modern and super clean. I felt like the doctor listened to my concerns and made sure I was on track with all my tests. I only wish they had told me about their spa services!

My family really appreciated Jennifer Boudreau as our doctor; she was knowledgeable and we trusted her. She has recently refused to take Tricare Insurance and has us see her nurse practitioner, Erica Shackelford. NP Shackelford on several occasions has forced treatment plans on several members of our family with complete disregard to negative side effects and our lifestyle preferences. A good doctor should work with you to create acceptable treatment plans not obstinately push their own agenda.

I met Dr. Boudreau several years ago when she treated my daughter. I was immediately impressed with the care and attention she gave our family and before long, she was my regular doctor as well as my daughters. When she moved her practice, I followed and have never looked back. Vita Family Medicine is her new practice, an all new office where patients are treated as friends. I love the way the doctor takes the time to explain things and doesnt just order tests and prescribe medicine. She has always been flexible in making time for our family when we need to see her, and she has always been patient when dealing with us, even when we are sick and whiny and annoying. Shes young and fun, but the service she provides is the old fashioned family doctor with personalized service. She remembers our names and our problems and she treats us with care.I would recommend her to anyone who is tired of the emergency clinic/anonymous care trend where health-care is treated as a fungible commodity, and especially to anyone with children who need a great doc!

I have been Dr. Boudreaus patient for quite a while now. I have even had Kathryn as a nurse many times at a previous office as well. Once I heard they opened a practice together that was near me, there was no question as to where Id be going for appointments now! ha They have always been phenomenal to my family and I. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!!

Extraordinary family medicine practice in Leesburg, I would say the best in Loudoun County. Beautiful facility, excellent service, on time, highly capable and talented Dr. Boudreau. I could not have been more pleased with my visit. I am now a raving fan and will go back!

Omg this lady doctor really jacked up my lips. i have had them filled every year for a decade. she only pricked it in 4 spots to add the filler which i felt was weird and now i have a very noticeable bump, grooves, and one side of my mouth is huge. i tried to get her to fix it, even offered to pay for another tube wholesale or at a discounted rate and she refused. i would pay extra and go somewhere else, otherwise you will look deformed like me!
