He has trained my whole family, from core and weights for me, to total fitness with my wife, to flexibility and mobility training for my older in-laws. He is highly capable to train you regardless of age, gender or capability level!

A good trainer who knows what my goals are, and works with me to help me reach those goals. I have worked with many trainers in my local gym in the past, and none to them measures to Noels skill, knowledge, and professionalism. Yes, hes that good of a trainer.

Noel has a full gym in his basement with a private entrance. He also can come to your home. Youll find that he is very in tuned to his clients needs. For instance, several of his clients are affected by hot flashes. So, he went out and bought a huge fan and is very adept at moving it around to keep his clients comfortable when working out. I renamed it a MenOFan. He has a great sense of humor, is very encouraging and is always changing routines to keep things interesting. I highly recommend Noel.
