Lots of equipment, I don’t feel out of place with my mom bod! Everyone is friendly . You can link up and work out with someone or be completely by your self , it’s always your choice! EVERYONE sanitizes the equipment of each use! Only thing is when things need repair it doesn’t seem to be high in the list of priorities. Same machine has been out of order for at least 3 weeks and when you sign up for a massage bed it’s always “only ONE of them are working , so you may have to wait a bit”

This gym is really maintained very well with for starters always being cleaned by the awesome staff. If you need assistance with anything staff are always there to assist or check something out. The staff are very professional, caring, pleasant people. The equipment is just what I need to try and keep my body in shape. Thank you to the ladies, guys, of this gym.Thank you all for your awesomeness.

Everyone sanitizes their area! Front desk is very helpful and welcoming especially early in the morning when I go!! They gym is quiet and people are focused on their goals! nice vibes!

Decent gym, good selection on equipment. Id give it 5 but it can use some TLC equipment could use some oiling , gym needs a little updating. Like door #3 of the tanning bed doesnt lock that a safety issue especially for females, the controls on the tanning bed half work and dont like the fan and they only have standard tanning beds. Everything else is great and this includes staff.

Transferred my membership from a PF in Philadelphia. The location is convenient for me and the staff and facilities are really good. Broad range of equipment that is well maintained and looks brand new. Customers are good about cleaning equipment after use as is the roving staff that keeps things wiped down. Lots of free classes. Nearly 24/7 open hours is great!

While there is a “newer” PF location that is about the same distance from my house, I always come to this location because of the staff. Lee, whom I believe is one of the managers, is an asset to their business as he is friendly to all customers, is always working hard to keep the place clean, and does a great job of anticipating customer needs. Really appreciate him, and the entire staff at this location, as they really do seem to love what they do, and that is tough to find today. Keep up the great work!

I wanted to say how sad I am to have to cancel my membership but until the doctor says it’s okay for me to resume, I will definitely be back at the Leesburg site. They have the friendliest, most helpful employees I ever experienced in a PF site and I have been to many. Stay Strong Leesburg ♥️

Great place to workout at, place is big enough for social diatancing being effective. Staff is polite and helpful. The gym is clean, doesnt smell like sweat, even the bathrooms are spotless and I have seen pretty nasty bathrooms at other gyms.

After a stressful cross country move, this place quickly became a source of calm and happiness for us. The staff is so lovely and welcoming; the best staff I’ve had at a gym. Always immaculately clean and never too busy. Always feel welcomed, thanks!

Clean, well maintained equipment. The best thing about the Planet Fitness in Leesburg has to be the staff. The trainers, especially Destiny (PF she is a rockstar!!) are top notch and take time to explain the equipment and exercises and are friendly and encouraging.

Always clean, equipment location is well thought out for the size of the facility. Staff is kind and welcoming. For my many years of coaching and fitness training, Im comfortable saying this gym has all the necessities to condition the body to almost any level of fit.

Poor service . They have been taking my money for over a year and I have not even used the membership . I’ve moved over 700 miles away, I called to cancel Only to have a young person answer and did not want to deal with the issue to have them hang up on me . They want you me to go to a post office and mail in a letter to cancel it. I offered to mail a letter with a photo id and that still wasn’t good enough. They are taking my money when there is not even a planet fitness within 60 miles of where I live . They have now done it again taken my money this month and I don’t use this place . That’s poor business everyone be aware . This is not the first time I’ve called to cancel either .05/17/2021 Mail in something. I have already done that. your staff they are all young and do not care to help. I am 50 miles away from the closet one. And to mail it certified is a joke. Your facility has once again this month charged me for something I am not using. This place take money for services not used in almost two years. they refuse to even stop the charges and are going I will have to close my bank account to get them to stop. YOU ALL ARE TAKING MINEY FOR SERVICES NOT BEING USED.And when I use to use the facility I was not happy then. Young workers on there phones not helpful at all. Poor Quality and poor customer service.

I usually have a good timeAt this gym But this morningI dont know if they forgot to clean their equipment or they just dont care but there was blood all over every pieceOf equipment I wanted to use. The locker room was a mess, smelled liked a backed-up toilet but was really surprised me was when I went to tell someone, I was yelled at by the staff that if I dont like it I can go somewhere else

Did my usual 30 minute room workout with the step aerobics between the 10 machines, never crowded everyone is in a better mood with no masks, clean, well maintained very polite and helpful staff

Its a great gym but I dont trust the billing anymore I got double charge 3 hours ago and from the sounds of it I wont be getting this error charge refunded to me. Disappointed this happened i had just enough to pay my phone bill and they charged me double so looks like I wont have a phone thanks to this gym thanks for screwing that up PF!

Im a black card member, so I travel around and Ive seen the inside of dozens of planet fitnesses. The Leesburg facility is one of my favorites because of the design of their showers. You have two shower curtains, one in closing a pre-shower area where you can hang your towel leave your toiletry bag on a little built-in bench and undress and dress there if you want before stepping out in your birthday suit. But thats not all, each shower comes with its own disinfectant spray bottle, which you would think considering these times would be standard policy across the Nation, but let me tell you it is not. Ive been to some planet fitnesses that do not even have a single solitary disinfectant spray bottle in the entire locker room. So five stars Leesburg planet fitness two thumbs up!

I have been a member of Planet Fitness for ten-plus years at two separate locations in two different markets in Florida. Never have I seen cleaner, more organized gyms. Too, it has a great culture. Its a pleasure to have membership with Planet Fitness and I look forward to a great business relationship with their organization for many year.

The gym manager is terrible! I have been going there for the past 6 months and then one day I went in and she charged me 5 dollars to workout. I am a silver sneakers member. Then she had a smart attitude. My money spends anywhere! Would not recommend this place!

Paper towel dispensing in a pandemic, needs to be a lot less annoying with the pump lever action. Im thinking pull downs would be more efficient for the purpose.

We are able to exercise together and it is truly great. I have silver sneakers and all I had to do was join the Platinum program and my husband is able to go, too. I just have to pay $13 a month! They have trainers who help me and also the massage chairs are so wonderful! It is the first time I honestly look forward to exercising!

I have been coming here almost a year now and I have to say this location had the best staff!! I stopped going due to my schedule for a little bit and when I started coming back they were so wonderful and sweet. Never made me feel bad about missing and very encouraging to keep coming. This location is always very clean and they have plenty of space and machines. Sometimes I have to shower there after my workout and the bathrooms are always spotless. Great location. Superb staff. Def recommend this location!!

Always very clean, very friendly staff, and lots of equipment! They were always so attentive to cleanliness that it didn’t feel much different after the COVID shutdown. They closed down every other cardio machine for safety, rearranged s few machines, but lots of cleaner and paper towels everywhere. Very convenient location and hours.

The best gym I have ever belonged to and I have belonged to several through the years. Very clean and spacious. Trained staff.

This is a great location to go to I am rating this place 3 stars vs the 5 I originally gave it after the manager implied that I was lying about sending in a certified letter during the pandemic requesting my membership to be cancelled. I did receive an email from the regional manager stating that my letter was received. I would suggest to anyone planning on cancelling their membership to keep all documents just in case they dont update the information. Other then that incident (that I hope will be looked into after emailing the regional manager a strongly worded letter) the establishment is always clean and the front desk staff is ok.

Good variety of equipment. Staff is very friendly and keeps equipment in good shape. I have used several planet fitness gyms and like how they all are similar in set up.

Clean and well put together facility. Staff is usually very welcoming. Members can be quite odd at times and always has at least a couple guys that feel the need to draw attention to themselves, but cant fault the facility for a few jerks

I cannot say much for the work out equipment just because I have only been here to tan. But the tanning beds (stand up booths) are nice n clean. Got color after just 3 visits. They have 5 beds. Front desk people seem nice. They also have 4 hydro massager beds.

The nice young gentleman was ever so sweet. He replaced my card because I left/lost my old card (I didnt even ask, he offered to) and was very helpful with information. I wish I wouldve remembered his name. He worked Friday evening in Leesburg and I think he went to help work in Eustis on Saturday he said. He is friendly and excellent with all the customers I saw come in Friday night. Thanks for friendly, helpful service.

This place is definitely different than most gyms I’ve been to... staff is always nice and friendly, and always greeting with a smile. It’s finally nice to go to a place where people don’t try to tell you how to work out or how you’re “doing it wrong” (you know those people). Anyway, lots of machines always available.

A great culture of body positivity and promotion of no criticism. There is a poster or sticker everywhere stating that its a judgement free zone and thats great. It really got me when I went into the bathroom to wash my hands and was bombarded by a sticker that said you belong. It was good!

Well the website now says open and closes at 9pm. So what time do they open? I have tried to call their number and it says there closed, so which one is it? OPEN OR CLOSED, because the website has says temporarly closed forever and now it says open but doesnt say what time they open SMDH Well it is Monday, May 18, 2020 and the website says CLOSED, OPENS 5AM and I have tried to call and it says it is closed. They are still unresponsive and corporate tells u to call yoor local gym...

Dont dare try and cancel. Despite being able to sign up and pay your money online, they make you come in to cancel, despite living miles away. Thank God Crunch Fitness is coming to town.

Lots of machines and I love their massage chairs theyre like the one in the mall they also have the hydro massage which is water but you can change the force of against your body. I feel comfortable at Planet Fitness because theres plenty to do and plenty of rooms to go and change up your workout. And the price is so worth it $20 a month and you get it all and get to bring a guest for free.

All the staff is very nice here. I will return one day. Easy sign up, easy cancellation. Wish I had more time to go there. Very clean. Plenty of room even when its busy! The lunk alarm was great! Never had an unpleasant experience. Ill always be a fan of PF! I love the purple!

I joined PF a few weeks ago and made a commitment to get up early today to do one of the classes. First mistake, I put the class on my calendar 3 days ago and assumed that meant I was signed up. I was not. The trainer (and I use that term loosely) was just standing around at the front desk when I asked about my class. I was told that I was not signed up - in fact, no one signed up. He told me to work out for 5 min and meet him in the 360 area. When I went over, he had JUST STARTED setting up the area. I said a cheerful, loud good morning to him and he did not reply. The entire half hour with him was miserable. I too belonged to MVP in The Villages and the difference in their trainers/classes and here is night and day. Its obvious that James is not looking for private clients or he would be trying harder. The entire half hour, he said the bare minimum to me. I will never take another class with James. He has a sour attitude and I could have done what he did on my own.Other than that, the gym is fine. Lots of equipment and it is clean. Of course, the price is good, and for that, Ill keep coming back (but not to James).

Planet Fitness has anything needed in a gym by anyone other than a hardcore body builder. The tanning beds and hydro massage chairs are an added bonus for me. Recommended!

My wife and I joined PF about a month ago. The reason we joined PF was because the previous gym we went to - MVP - in The Villages was always very crowded and had to wait on to use the equipment. This is not the case here. However, the staff at MVP are heads and tails above your current staff. As a former of a franchise business I know how important it is to follow the procedure designated by the home office. The majority of Your current staff could significantly improve their interpersonal skills with dealing with your clients. My wife was at your facility today, August 16, using one of the treadmills. She couldn’t operate the remote for the tv and went to the desk area to get help. Unfortunately for her she walked past the corner of the desk to get help. There were 4 PF employees there. One of them turned to my wife and yelled “stop there” and put her hands up prohibiting her from going further. She was extremely disrespectful to her. No client should be treated in that manner. I encourage the owner to contact either me or my wife to discuss further. We do live in The Villages and are well connected. Thank you.

I love this gym. The employees are nice and helpful. They will stop what there doing to help you. The bad side is they take there time to get there monthly fee. The other thing is they give away pizza for free at a gym.

Another concept that I dont get. They are supposed to be a no judgement zone. But whenever you make any noise while lifting they honk the alert gadget. Will not waist money on this gym again. Try the YMCA in Tavares. Money well spent.

I like that I can go and do my own thing without someone hounding you for additional services. Love that I can go at any time, even when I cant sleep.

Do yourself a favor and choose another gym... like Not The Norm CrossFit across the street or anytime fitness by the mall. The staff is no help at all. After closing my membership I was continually charged 30 and 40 fees. The front desk is no help and will just tell you You need to wait for a manager to come in.... Save yourself the hassle and do not commit to this place because youll never be able to get out of it.
