Dr. Kukulich is warm, friendly, THOROUGH, thoughtful and PROFESSIONAL. She helped me figure out a plan that involved different facets of medical care that addressed my issues without using unnecessary medications. We explored plans and milestones within those plans to establish progress for extended healing, and made sure that I knew we would reevaluate the plans if we were not satisfied with the progress. She checked in with me a couple of weeks after the initial visit to see how things were progressing. I was less than impressed with her nurse, however, because this person did not hold the same sense of urgency that Dr. Kukulich does with her patients. I trust Dr. Kukulich and would recommend her without reservation.

This review is solely on today’s experience and it has COMPLETELY lowered my rating overall of the practice our family has been with for going on 18YEARS. My daughter was seen at urgent care a week ago, got better and is now sick again. UC said to call her ped. We are on vaca and just needed something to get us through to Monday when we could get to an apt. They refused bc she has been healthy and not seen since 2018. So she now has to suffer through the remainder of the weekend and she is miserable. Also note she has zero allergies and I faxed in a list of the meds she’s taken before for the same situation, and she’s gotten the same cough/congestion before. Obviously I’m not the only one unhappy with this practice, as almost all locations are 3.2 or lower. And this one is a 3 and now going to be less with this one star review.

This place will just cancel your appointments on you with less than 24 hours notice. Unprofessional and unreliable.
