Margaret is such a sweetie. She is always there and such a friendly face. She is the epitome of what customer service is in an employee. I’m not sure how long she’s been here but I’ve been here for over 6 years. Every time I stop in, I see her, she always brings a smile to my face. Employees like her are hard to come by!

Zachary helped me today at check out and his customer service is phenomenal! Keep it up you going places man.

This pharmacy is the worst!!! Have had the girl ringing me up ask me if my cancer meds were for allergies (hippa), another in the drive-through asks me if i have any long term health issues in front of a car load of people (hippa), tell her i need a rx for my son give daye of birth to verify and i am handed my rx for pills instead of my sons liquid antibiotics that i asked for and most recently i went in to purchase liquid sudafed and was treated like an inconvenience and made to wait while they asked a pharmacist if they were allowed to sell it to me?!?! Why is this pharmacy so unprofessional??

You have an employee at this location loudly speaking out against mask wearing, FYI. Telling customers they dont have to wear it if theyre vaccinated. Her opinion may be valid but is also unsolicited and may make people feel uncomfortable.

Scripts are never ready on time even when they have a full day to fill.

I am 3rd in line for a flu shot and have been waiting to get my shot for over 30 minutes! This seems like an extremely inefficient process as people are being called up to the window 3 and 4 times before being taken back to receive their flu shot.EDIT: Still waiting 1 hour later. They havent even given me the paperwork required to complete prior to the flu shot!If you value your own time, I suggest getting the flu shot somewhere else!!

I had an issue that required store managers involvement. After speaking with Reshad who was very nice and helpful he called the manger for me. Josh was super polite, courteous and helpful. I was very impressed with the level of customer service they provided. Unfortunately, that’s not the case in the store near where I live . Thanks you gentlemen for a job well done and understanding that this kind of behavior brings the customers back to your store.

Having pharmacists and pharmacy technicians as professional, experienced and knowledgeable coupled with outstanding customer service skills provides a customer like myself to have complete faith in ones overall health compliance, safety and well-being. I am truly grateful for all your expertise. You ladies, at Walgreens(Sycolin Road) are one in a million.

This pharmacy is awful. Don’t waste your time because you will waste a lot of it. My wife always goes here because it’s close to her parents. NO MORE!! I figured out what they do. It’s such a small space and they don’t want to make prescriptions that take up room that people don’t come pick up. So..they don’t fill your prescription until you get there. My wife waited for almost an hour at her parents before going to pick up with a daughter with the flu and a two year old. She was told it would be a few more minutes which turned out to be 15-20 minutes more. Only reason rating looks high is because people (probably friends of employees or employees themselves) are giving 5 stars with no comment . This place is a joke and will not get my business period going forward. Bye Felicia!

Every single employee that has checked me out at the front register has been friendly, polite and upbeat. I think every time how I need to write a review because these people deserve it. Keep brightening up people’s days!

Very slow service they need cashiers that know what they are doing!

Wouldnt sell me zyrtec through the drive thru. Despite no policy preventing this. Just didnt want to. I have three kids I had to lug in as a result. If you put drugs behind the counter 2 feet from the drive thru window you should sell them through the drive through. Thanks!

Chronic pain patients beware: this location harbors a pharmacist who will work to deny you your painkillers.COMPASSIONATE CARE ALERTJennifer B at the Walgreens (424 Sycolin Rd, Leesburg, VA 20175) (STORE #10690) has on two separate occasions refused to fill my brothers script for Tussionex cough syrup, claiming the quantity excessive ven though she is aware that it is a months supply and that my brother has had this script filled by one of 4 other local Walgreens each month for the past 4 years. She demanded to speak with the prescribing neurologist first to verify the script, which I did not allow her to do bc I know she would have tried to persuade the doctor to reduce the quantity. Just the phone call itself would have been a major burden for a busy doctor, which would have had the effect of discouraging him from writing similar scripts in the future.Pain patients are customers too. And they have the power to take their business elsewhere. From the looks of things, this pharmacy does not do much business. I have not seen another customer at the pharmacy on the two occasions I was there. I wonder if Jennifer B has anything to do with it.Jennifer B is not a doctor. She does not know my brothers medical history nor the medical conditions that warrant this prescription.

Second time Ive been here where their prices are significantly higher than elsewhere. I.e.: Dr. Neils Neti Pot at this Walgreens was 21.99, on Amazon its 13.98.. I went with Amazon and waited one day. I asked the store clerk if they price match and she shook her head. Sad that you have to over-pay for items that you need ASAP, especially if you are sick.

Like all other Walgreens. Has what you need at a good price. This one happens to be new.

Nice employees and a good selection of random stuffs I randomly need.

Rude lady at checkout. Will never shop here again. Went home and moved all our prescriptions to another companys mail order service.

Best pharmacy in the area, hands down.

Once again the worst customer service imaginable. I dont know why I bother calling in prescriptions because they never have them ready anyways. When speaking to the manager the blame is put back on me. Ridiculous that I have to drive to a different Walgreens to get my prescription, that I called twice about, just to get it on time.

The pharmacy & staff are amazing.
