We drive in from 15 miles away to have a fasting lab done for my 88 year old mother and they were just closing the door and locking it. ( The closing time was posted appropriately, we just didn’t know it closed so early on a Saturday. ) The clinic stayed open and took her in and were very professional in doing so! Getting an 88 year old out of the house is no small feat and we were so very grateful for their patience and understanding for our mom. Well done Quest!

I specifically booked an appointment at this location, for my 5-year-old son after looking at the past reviews.Im really glad that I chose this quest over the others. The lab technician named Abiyar along with her colleague did an amazing job in making sure that my sons blood draw was done quickly and without any issues. She was able to comfort my child and help him cooperate in getting the test done.I would certainly recommend this location for any of your testing needs especially if it is for kids.Please do ask for quiggles, which is a vibrator penguin device attached to ones arm to reduce the pain from a needle poke. Though we could not get quiggles, they did a really good job.

Catherine/Katherine is really awesome. She’s a sharp-shooter if I may call her that. I’ve had so many experiences where they always have a hard time finding my vein to extract blood. In fact, last may, I visited an ER in one of the hospitals in Leesburg, 4people tried before they finally got the right vein🤦‍♀️ With Catherine/Katherine, easy-peasy,just a snap of a finger and it’s done! Like magic! Wait time too is very short even without an appointment. So grear job Quest Leesburg!👏👏👏

The worst center i have experienced, Dr Requested couple of tests but they sent partial results after a week and they never take calls and they asked to send specimens again and which takes another week, even though they 24 to 48 hours and its part of their mistake.......again the The worst center i have experienced ever.

Excellent customer service. Was seen immediately (without an appointment). The tech was very friendly, professional, and accomodating with my baby and toddler I had to bring along. Environment was very clean and sterile.

This is the worst place to go for test and also when you are supposed to be hungry. They love to make you wait. Lady on reception has her own schedule. She disappears moment she patients approaches. If you like to experience hell this is definitely a place to go.

Amazing staff you are literally in and out of there. Im very afraid of needles Ive always had bad experiences but this place they are very well trained and you dont feel a thing. Thank you to the staff who are always on duty please keep doing an amazing job.

I used to dread going to quest diagnostics until I started going to this one. It literally blew my mind when I had an appointment time set up and I was actually out of there and done before that time! Even when I go for walk ins I wait maybe only about 10 minutes compared to the 30 minutes to an hour at other ones. The real kicker is that every time Ive gone in there has been only one person working and she has excelled a million times past any other quest I have gone too! Give that girl a raise!

They make you wait, also the front desk gives no clear direction, and the service is very poor here. Go to another location if possible.
