Excellent! Immediately upon arriving the phlebotomist pleasantly greeted me and asked if I had an appointment and I said no, the website indicated it was not necessary. Despite being the only person working in the entire office she took me. She was really friendly and for the first time ever I didnt feel the stick. She was great running the entire office despite 5 patients coming and going!

My sons technician couldnt manage how to work with the computer. She didnt know how to find the doctor from the list. She took out more than one full vial of blood and still was trying to get one more vial for a test that does not require even half a vial. She was so dumb that she did not even realize that the blood flow stopped because the vial was full. The other technician had to explain her that the vial was completely full. Her stupidity caused my son puke right after the needle was taken out. DO NOT GO TO THIS QUEST SITE.

I was a walking patient who never been notified or noticed by the employee thereI honor the people who had appointments but I not everyone can make appointments for something urgentI waited for 45 minutes at waiting room and the employee let everyone who had appointments to go before me even I checked in beforeThen after I started to question how long!! She said that I need to wait more because people have appointments are coming and she had to take them first !!!!!This branch was the worst ever I’ve seenI’ve been with quest for more than 4 years and never treated this way

Office was very clean. Nurse called me back five minutes before my scheduled appointment. She was working by herself but was in a very good mood and very professional. Great experience

My daughter has a stomach condition and has been sick for a few weeks. It got bad enough that she ended up in the ER a couple days ago. I also have 2 other children distance learning due to Covid. All I needed to do was drop off a stool sample to Quest Diagnostics. There is one staff member working and she refused to take the sample from me “out of turn”, even after explaining that I have a sick child alone at home. She took all the walk-ins and appointments before me making me sit there for over an hour just to hand her a bag. This is not the first experience here like this. They are rarely staffed well and there’s always a long wait.

Inept...unresponsive and can’t seem to manage their mobile scheduling system. No one answers the phone or is at the front desk. I left in disgust.

Everything was fine with getting my blood drawn apart from the lady who did it made me feel very uncomfortable. I told her before I got my blood drawn I am not good with blood/needles and she started making jokes that she was going to close her eyes and just start poking me anywhere. For someone who is nervous with needles that’s the complete opposite you want to hear even if it is a joke.

Staff is friendly. Clean. The checkin process doesn’t consider the window time as scheduled window. I was late for 5 minutes and marked me as walk in, which is ridiculous. My blood was drawn at the end.

We went there for my child. Making appt was very easy. When I got there, check-in was super easy. On the big screen, it lets you know how much wait time is left. The staff were very kid-friendly.

The laboratory worker who attends is very spoiled does not treat people with respect, I dont just say it for me because there were previously 2 patients before me and she didnt want to attend to 1 woman who was Arab, she was rude and with me also for being Hispanic I dont know what she guess because she looks superiorly when she is a woman who doesnt have a good physical presence and especially her work uniform was dirty so she works in a laboratory, I believe that management should take corrective action in this regard

I am on the kidney transplant list and I need by blood drawn on a monthly basis. I have been going to this Quest lab for months, but yesterday I was told that they could not do my draw anymore. The technician just said it was her supervisors decision. I left and went to the other Quest in Ahburn to confirm the decision. The technician at this Quest was so nice and helpful, she called her supervisor and was told that they were able to do the procedure. I am very disappointed with the service at the Lansdowne office.

Poor service. Rude staff. The lady closed at 4:22 when they are supposed to remain open until 4:30. I was there at 4:10 left briefly to check to see if my appointment was covered by insurance and was promptly locked out at which point she refused to let me back in. awesome service guys!

Im not impressed with the rudeness of Jenny, the only person Ive encountered at this lab. Customer service and basic civility are lacking. Ill choose another location in the future.

I made an appointment on line a week prior to going in. The staff had me sign in, and, within 2 minutes after 11 I had my sample taken, and was out of the office by 11:10. So, it was fast. The nurse/staff was friendly and quick. All in all, I am extremely pleased.

Our 17 mos yr old needed to get blood drawn for allergy testing. First, we were told that due to her weight she would have to get blood drawn 3x to meet the allergy testing requirements. That meant coming back and getting it done 2 more times but we would have to wait 1 week btw tests.Then, when they tried to draw her blood, they poked her and could not find the vein. I was then told to come back with an additional person that could help restrain my daughter. Yes, she cried but she sat perfectly still in my lap and allowed the technician to try and draw her blood. I was actually shocked that my daughter was so calm. The technician refused to try again. Clearly, the technician was not comfortable drawing the blood of my toddler. At that point, there was NO WAY we were going to try again tomorrow. We ended up going across the street to Loudoun Hospital. They were able to not only draw the blood with no trouble but they were able to get all the blood needed for the tests required. Moral of the story - DO not bring your kids here to get blood drawn!

Our standing order didnt get registered properly. 2nd time around, nurse decided to draw the blood and check with doctors office. Gave her my contact info and told her to call me if she had any problem. Never heard from her so figured everything was in order. At my doctors appointment, I found out the blood was never tested and no one knew what happened to it! Company was supposed to follow up on the mess-up but never did. Customer service for you!The only reason I gave 2 stars is that the location is convenient. Just make sure your paper work is in order and when in doubt be on their case and dont trust their employes.
