Dr. Steve was great. My husband and I worked with him in couples and individual counseling and he was able to remain honest and unbiased with us both separately and together. He helped us learn to be more honest with ourselves and each other by being able to point out issues that have been going on for years without us noticing. Now we are confident that we wont be moving backwards.

My wife and I saw Dr Steve for a period of 3-4 months. It was a hard time. We came out of the other side with an amazing new marriage. I was struct how every time Dr Steve was able to correctly identify the real issues at hand and provide good direction how to reconnect in genuine and meaningful ways. Dr. Steve helped to turn my marriage around and get my husband and I communicating again. He has an informal, conversational style which made it easy to open up. I am sorry to say that Dr. Steve is failing completely to be unbiased. Not acknowledging a clear behavioral issue by society standard and siding with one party. Please understand that I posted this both to inform the would be customer and to give a constructive criticism. No hard feeling. And my screen name is not my real name for obvious reason. My husband and I reached out to Dr. Steve for help at the lowest point in our life together. This very insightful and kind man helped us. Dr. Brown helped my relationship in a time of crisis. We just finished couples counseling with Well Marriage and both of us were very pleased with our experience. Unlike prior therapists who tended to start with childhoods and past history, Steve jumped right in to work on the stuff we were going through right now. He even took an emergency call from us prior to our first appointment. In this therapy, we focused on building our skills while trying out several tools that helped our communication issues. There was no delaying the end of therapy for us. When Steve felt like we were on the right track, he let us know and that was the last session! We left feeling confident and excited about this next chapter of our marriage.

It is not easy to decide who to trust to help with something as important as ones marriage. We have seen several different therapist during the course of our marriage. None of them reallllly seemed to work. Every once in awhile wed get a good tidbit of information , but overall it didnt specifically address our issues. Dr. Steve has taught us many good skills that we use on a regualr basis and will hopefully continue to use for the rest of our lives. Dr. Steve has definitely impacted our marriage for the better.
