I have been going here for over 10 years. The staff is incredible.. your not just a number but feel like family. Whst is equally impressive is the cleanliness. You will notice how clean not just the waiting room is, but every room. Its all of these details that truly add up to a great experience. 3 crowns and 10 fillings later over the years. In addition to the high quality, friendly service I received, I have a few comments about my dental visit today.First, I was not told ahead of time that the visit would be two hours or more. I did mention this to the two people at the desk when I checked out. It seems people coming for their first visit are supposed to be told that it will last at least two hours.Also, I asked as I was leaving about whether the company had any written materials describing member benefits. It seems I was to have received the brochure describing the wellness program. I do now have one, but would not if I had not asked for information.Finally, I did not receive my free, special toothbrush and floss.

Five stars is not enough! Coming from a person terrified of all dentists due to a traumatic experience when I was younger... The Dental Co of Leesburg is now my favorite place to go. A true hidden GEM! The decor when you walk in, BEAUTIFUL! I would say it makes you feel right at home but it’s actually better!!! I needed an emergency visit due to tooth pain, called and was brought in the very next morning. Was seen by Dr. Long and his assistant Rachel. I absolutely adore them, i didn’t want to leave. Professional, friendly, comforting, knowledgeable.. we laughed so much I forgot I was even in pain. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

They are so patient with my child who is not entirely cooperative. They take their time, communicate with him, and accommodate him (within reason). He leaves feeling good about visiting the dentist. Its a special place!

What an amazing dentist and team! Dr. Hoang and his staff made sure every question I had was answered. I thought my experience was great! Lobby looked very nice, though I didnt spend any time there. I sat in an office for less than 5 minutes and was given a gift (thank you). Talked with my hygienist about what was important to me and then walked to the room with the patient chair and got my teeth cleaned. Chair has a massage option which is really nice.They took pictures of my teeth and we discussed my specific needs. I met the doctor and he seems very down to earth and more focused on my experience than how to bill something.Overall I would recommend this to my friends and family.

Have been coming here for years, all of the staff are so courteous. Adam has been my hygienist for several years and he is funny, warm and kind. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to anyone!

My root canal at Dental Co. of Leesburg was the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The procedure was flawless and I felt no pain. Everyone was kind and funny and did everything to make me feel comfortable. I will go there for all future dental work. Highly recommend.

I’m definitely always nervous to go to the dentist, but as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an incredibly friendly receptionist! She introduced me to the whole front office staff and took me back to their consultation office where a gift bag was waiting for me. Within 30 seconds the hygienist, Brittney, came in and was the super sweet. She explained everything thoroughly and then we went back to the exam room. She explained went through everything in great detail and answered all my questions. Dr. Wollman was incredible as well. Super kind, patient, easy to speak to, and he did a great job explaining everything. I have found my forever dentist! A+++

Brittney the dental hygienist is the best I have met so far! She makes you feel very comfortable and welcome. Her personality is great! She is smiley, happy, and bubbly. What a wonderful and pleasantly surprising experience I had today with Dr. Wallmann and Gabe . They were very warm , welcoming and incredibly detailed and transparent with me . I came to Dr. Wallmann from my last dentist whom I asked to show me on the x-ray what is the problem, I was told i need 6 years of radiology degree to understand it .Whereas Dr Wallmann and Gabe went to great lengths to educate me . Been a client of Dr. Huong since May 2020. Ive had considerable work done, including wisdom teeth extraction today. Could not be more pleased with all of my experiences! Dr. Huong has amazing bedside manner and all the assistants have also been great. The work is pristine and they go above and beyond to make a client feel comfortable. My wisdom teeth extraction made me a but nervous to do without going the oral surgery route, but I could not have asked for a better experience. If I could give this company and its employees and performance more stars, I would. Highly recommend!

First of all I want to be upfront and say that The Dental Company of Leesburg is not just my place of employment, but they are also like family to me. Today was different than a workday as I had the opportunity to sit in the chair and experience what my patients experience each and every day. For many of you, you will write this review off as if it has no merit, but believe me this is genuine and comes from the heart! Savanna and Dr. Hoang took such good care of me. I have been in the field for nearly 30 years and my temporary has an exceptional fit. Anesthesia was comfortable and they were constantly checking to make sure that I was oK throughout my visit. After 30 years I have sat in many chairs with many dentists and I could not be more proud of where I work and who my personal dentist and dental hygienist and dental assistants and all of my fellow staff are! I have been a client here for over 10 years. The service is impeccable. The interpersonal skills of the entire staff are immeasurable. They are warm, friendly, patient, and inviting. I never have been pressured to have cosmetic dental work done - this is a big plus for me. Dr. Wollman clearly loves what he does and it isnt about a profit. One bonus of visiting is the awesome atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. The dental office is beautiful with up to date technologies and innovation. I wouldnt visit any other dentist in Loudoun County.

I met Dr. Wollmann two weeks before I became his patient. I was under another dentists care and on a Saturday night noticed that my crown fell off and my tooth was hurting and was very sensitive . I wasnt able to get in touch with my own dentist, but I was in pain that I was desperate to find some relief. I remembered that Dr. Wollmann was a dentist. I reached out to his wife if he can help me or direct me to somone that can help me at 10pm. Next thing I know I was speaking to Dr. Wollmann. He asked me if I was in pain? When I said yes, with no hesitation he told me to meet him at his clinic in Leesburg at 10pm!! I knew when I met Dr. Wollmann for the first time that he was my angel. He helped me and made sure I was not in pain for the rest of the weekend. I was blessed for his kindness and I know it was Gods grace that we met on that Friday two weeks prior. Thank you again, Dr. Wollmann! On top of that my hygienist Brittany was the BEST!!! I think my family and I found our forever dentist💗

My family and I have been using this dentist for a few years now. They are friendly, experienced and knowledgable. They explain all the procedures and prepare estimated costs for you so you are not surprised. I have had routine cleanings as well as filings done and they were all great.

Im terrified of the dentist. A major surgery I had a few years ago (six screws in my face) has not helped my longstanding anxiety about people coming near or touching my face and neck. I have been extremely luck to find a practice that is so diligent in their care both of my teeth and in my general wellbeing. The efforts they take to make sure I am well during visits is always superior and commendable. I have never felt taken advantage of for the up selling of products, every action is explained to me thoroughly (down to how dentin and decay work) and the staff goes so far as to tell me what direction they will be moving and where and how the next touch is coming. I cannot recommend a practice enough. They are patient, thorough, exacting and very kind.

Very impressed with this team. Each member a professional with excellent communications and client care skills. Greeted, given a tour, and then an initial exam and cleaning. Each team member did their part of job and coordinated with others flawlessly. I honestly believe each cares about the client and engages on a human level too. They presented a rational and prudent path forward.

State-of-the art equipment, staff and treatments. We have been going here for years; however, now that we are retired, it is becoming very cost-prohibitive to continue with this group. We will try to hang in as long as possible because we trust them implicitly.

Had an excellent experience here. Procedures for safety during Covid-19 were thorough and made me feel very comfortable about my safety. Office updates including air purification, safer and easier X-rays, and even massaging chairs all made this one of the least stressful dental appointments I’ve ever had. My technician Cheryl explained everything thoroughly and did an excellent job. Highly recommend this practice.

I’ve had Dr. Kokel for years as my dentist. When she moved away, I was concerned that I would not find a dentist like her. She was very caring and always had nice things to say about her patients. A short later Dr. Hoang joined the practice with Dr. Wollmann. I have to say Dr. Hoang is GREAT! He’s very considerate and thoughtful. Such a nice gentlemen. Young and talented! He takes his time to explain what he will do and is very patient. I’m thrilled to have Dr. Hoag as my dentist.

I LOVE my dentist! I woke up this morning with a backache but didn’t want to cancel my teeth cleaning on short notice. Not only did they do a painless job for my checkup, but the nurse gave me a heated neck pillow for my back! I felt much better afterwards. First time patient: Great experience all around. Reception was friendly, and Adam the hygienist made me feel at ease (nice to have human interaction again!). Good music and screens with soothing images made my day. I liked how Dr wollman explained areas of strength and weakness relative to my oral health.

As a new patient, the hygentist was very nice and knowledgeable. The dentist gave me a clear understanding of what was happening with my teeth and set up a great plan going forward. This office will have all my business and referrals.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I am terrified of dentists. That being said, I have had nothing but utterly fabulous experiences with this dentist. Dr. Wollmann is so wonderful. Kind and understanding and gentle! There is never any pressure to get things done or push you farther than you are ready. All the staff are patient and supportive. I met Dr Hoang for the first time today and he was awesome too! Not quite ready to drop the terrified of dentists thing, but The Dental Co. of Leesburg is helping!

The Dental Co. Of Leesburg was great! The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Their virtual waiting room kept my interactions with other patients to a minimum and they have air filters in every room which made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the visit. I would certainly recommend them if you’re in need of dental care but have been hesitant due to COVID.

The staff and dentists here are amazing on any given day and now that we are in the midst of a pandemic, they are even better. They have all the safety features you can image and they are still taking great care of their patients. I had emergency work done plus a regular appointment and they took care of everything. I feel safe going here and as someone with loads of dental issues, I can tell you that they can handle anything and make you feel comfortable.

Dr. Hoang and Fariba are amazing. He was so gentle with my injections. The visit was painless and pleasant. I was able to listen to good music, hear good conversation and enjoy my visit.

Dr. Hoang is amazing! He’s incredibly nice, easy going, and every time I go I can’t feel a thing! Not even the pinch from the numbing shot! Every assistant they have on staff is smiling and super sweet, including their hygienists! Adam and Cheryl are the two that I saw, wonderful hygienists! Their front desk staff are incredible too, Marian always seems to be there when I’m there. Friendly and bubbly, makes walking into the dentist not so scary when she greets you! Even in the mist of this COVID nonsense; I felt safe, I felt that they truly cared and they should take pride in their work. Overall an incredible dentist office that I happily drive an hour to see!

Excellent Care and Service, from front desk to assistants to the best dentist. I have issues with dentist, finding one that I trusted was a real problem. That is until two years ago, when I was referred by a close friend to Dr. Kokel’s office. I was introduced to a dentist who traveled all over the world and treats those who have no dentist in their communities. Dr. Wollman is the Best, he calls and checks on you the next day. He has squeezed me in for emergency visits when I was in real pain. Then he ends up buying the dentistry from Dr. Kokel, Leesburg lost and gained a great dentist !!!!

This is the most thorough dentist’s office that I have ever been to. I feel good about the cleaning that they did on my teeth and the fluoride afterward. The staff is really friendly and will explain everything before they do it. I love the perks at this office - music, paraffin wax, blanket, etc to make you feel comfortable. I had no scraping with metal tools, they use sonic water to clean and rid the bacteria from under the gums, which is much more comfortable. Their referral program is great with gift card awards! Highly recommend Dr. Huang, Cheryl, Freja and all of the staff.

It is always such a wonderful experience at this dentist office! Aside from providing quality dental care, they offer a comfort menu that includes choice of music, aromatherapy, blankets, and even hot wax hand treatment. Everyone in the office is always so happy and excited to be there. They have implemented amazing health and sanitation protocols amidst the Covid19 Pandemic, including taking your temperature, offering hand sanitizer and gloves, and even have a top of the line air filter that adds an extra layer of security. Dr. Kokel and her team are the best! Ive been coming here for 6 years now and have received nothing but the best care! When I had an urgent dental issue happen on the weekend, Dr. Kokel came in on a Sunday to take care of it. The hygienists treat you like family and really strive to make your experience comfortable. Theyve taught me how to brush and floss properly for my mouth and fitted me with a guard which has improved my dental situation immensely!

Very conscientious of possible spread of COVID and felt very safe from exposure with their process. Otherwise same quality care as usual.

The folks in this practice are the kindest, most genuinely caring people in the field of dentistry that I have ever met. They were well informed, patient, gentle, and most importantly kind and empathetic. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They really do treat you like a member of their family.

Treatment was great everyone is professional and very pleasant. My only issue is the cost associated with dental procedures and treatment. Being on a pension the cost of a crown and a filling is in my opinion unreasonable.I see why people go without treatment and end up losing their teeth. I have insurance and even with that the cost is outrageous. I had requested nitrous oxide I lieu of nova cane but at almost $400.00 I will have to settle for the shot.I think I will have to seek another estimate to compare prices. Perhaps dentists in Winchester are more reasonable.

I was referred by Gwen who works there. I was experiencing horrible tooth pain and over the weekend Dr.Wollman was able to help and provide me with some comfort. I’ve always been so scared of the dentist, so having an appointment gave me major anxiety. Dr Hoang and Fariba found the solution to my problem. They gave me a root canal and I didn’t feel anything, not even the needle going in. I can’t express how comfortable they made me feel and took amazing care of me. I will be going back now for cleanings and everything else. Huge huge thank you!

9/21/2020 I had a cleaning today with Cheryl, my hygienist. Cheryls gentle ways and friendly personality make my appointments very pleasant. Im going through the most stressful time of my life, and I know that I am snippy and impatient. Cheryl knows my story, and she is so patient and kind to me. The office staff are all wonderful, the dentists are great - sometimes I would rather be at The Dental Company than in my own home.Another great appointment today! The staff has changed but the level of care (and caring) is still fantastic.

I would particulary like to thank Savanna and Dr. Wollman for cheerfully and caringly handling my unanticipated tooth extraction of a tooth that broke while we were there for an altogether different tooth. The five pm appointment that turned into a three hour adventure put Savanna and Dr. Wollman home so late, yet that acted as if it was no trouble at all. They took all sorts of extra steps to make the emergency procedure as painless as possible, all while setting the bar for “pleasantry” at a new high mark. Dr. Kokel is the best dentist I have ever been to!!! And as a military family weve traveled the world and Ive moved over 20 times in my life, clearly Ive had many opportunities to try out dentists! Hands down she is the best!!! I HIGHLY recommend her!I usually dread going to the dentist, especially if I need a shot, but I can say without a doubt, Dr. Kokel can give me a shot and I wont realize she even started. Now I come happily knowing there will be no pain at all.The staff at the practice is welcoming, warm and very friendly. And they offer so many little extras, a warm blanket, drinks, music of my choice, aroma therapy and a smoothie bar!Tell your friends its a great place to get your teeth cleaned or fixed. And my veneers are fantastic, amazing, so beautiful!!!!I wish I could give this 6 or 7 stars!!!

Last week, was my first dental visit during the pandemic. I was quite impressed with the safety measures that Dr. Wollman and his staff have taken to make patents feel confident and comfortable during this time. Though I’m an hour + away from this office, I’ll never change dentists because of the excellent level of care that I receive. It’s obvious that the dentists, hygienists, and staff love their work and their patients! I want to give special thanks to Brittany Stotler, my hygienist, for her exceptional professionalism and kindness, and to Dr. Wollman for his expert knowledge and personable “chairside” manner!

I always leave feeling like I got straight answers from Dr. Hoang regarding what I actually need and what I can wait on as well as great customer service from the entire staff.

Warm and inviting, Dr. Kokel and her staff show genuine enthusiasm for their work in caring for their patients. My sons and I have visited other dentists in the area and found their office atmospheres to be cold and focused on the upsell.Dr. Kokel and her entire staff (every coordinator, hygienist, and dental assistant) could not be further from. They exhibit kindness and patience and have time and again shown non-judgmental compassion in providing dental care for me and my family.Dr. Kokel herself takes great care in explaining the dental treatment and care needed and ensures that her office is outfitted with the latest in dental technology. A quick response to my needs. I lost a filling, called at 6:50 PM and had an appointment for the next morning at 8 am. Hard to get better.

I am a very nervous dental patient and can work myself up to a panic attack. This is my third visit and they truly try to work with you. They take copious notes about your fears. Put alerts on your file. Have you ever been to a dental practice that gives you the option of a paraffin hand wax treatment or aromatherapy to help you relax. They are also very knowledgeable and collaborate with you on a dental plan. A first rate practice that goes the extra mile.

I have been seeing Dr. Kokel for 8+ years ever since moving to Virginia. Even after moving away for college and to NYC for work, I still come back for my dental appointments. She and her staff are so kind and caring, and each experience is better than the one before.She always takes the time to explain what she is doing and makes sure you are comfortable during the appointment.
