I just got my wisdom teeth extracted/removed this morning at this place. The staff are amazing. So sweet and considerate.I enjoyed my conversation with the Asst Doctor before the surgery and like many people mentioned here, Dr. Moose is the best. I went in this morning, fully prepared that there will be a lot of pain and I would take time to recover. Although every persons body is different, the clean surgery aided my quick recovery post operation. I have very less swelling and pain currently. I would hundred percent recommend this clinic/doctors office. Thank you Dr. Moose!

Dr. Moose and his staff were exceptionally accommodating given the Covid-19 situation. I felt an extreme amount of pain and needed to have my wisdom tooth removed. I was able to make an appointment the same week I called. Before having the tooth extraction procedure, I met with two of Dr. Mooses staff for X-rays/prep for the procedure and both were very friendly. Overall, the procedure went very smoothly and I really had a great experience. Thank you Dr. Moose and your incredible staff!

I had one tooth extracted was quoted pricing upfront. During the second visit I was informed of potential additional charges. I decided to speak directly with Dr. Patel and he assured me before the procedure that what I had already paid was all I would be responsible to pay. Imagine my surprise when a month later I get a bill saying I still owe $500. They resubmitted the claim and today told me I still owe them additional money. When I asked Nancy the office manager if I could speak to Dr. Patel she said “Dr. Patel has no say in what patients are billed”. I find it hilarious that she actually believes her decision supersedes his when his is on the door:)smh So by now you can figure I wouldn’t recommend this practice to anyone and if you do decide to ignore this review and go here good luck with the billing.

I had my bone graft and implant placed by Dr Moose. The whole team was highly professional and friendly. They worked with me to schedule a convenient time since I couldn’t miss work. Dr Moose explained everything to me from start to finish. It’s been several years since my surgery and everything is holding up just fine. Overall I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend Dr Moose and his staff!

Dr Patel and his entire staff are incredible. From my initial phone call to my actual procedure I was treated like I was the most important patient. I will definitely go back and refer my family and friends.

Dr.Patel recently extracted my wisdom tooth, and it was such a pleasant experience. He had excellent chair side manners, listened to my concerns, and his staff made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Dr Patel is fantastic. He performed double jaw surgery on my daughter with incredible precision. He has access to the latest digital planning tools and is extremely detail oriented. My daughters orthodontist said that Dr Patel was accurate to within one millimeter, resulting in very little ortho adjustments after surgery. If you are going through jaw surgery, you want to use the best. Dr Patel, in my view, is that doctor.

Apparently promoting services and providing services at this facility are two separate things. I guess theres just not enough money in helping a teenage girl whos suffering with TMJ. Rudest phone call, you could tell how high up in the air her nose was and her demeaning behavior was not appreciated.

My son had multiple teeth removed in preparation for getting braces soon. Dr. Patel and his staff are wonderful! They calmed his fears, and recovery time was minimal. Great with kids, highly recommend.

I have had oral surgery with Dr. Moose and was at work the next day. Office staff was great. Everything was explained to me and I had all my questions answered. Highly recommend.

I had Ultherapy treatment for brow lift. Gaynor was amazing. She took her time to explain everything and was very thorough. Very pleased.

Gaynor is a true professional. I have seen her for IPL facials (and in fact I drive across two U.S. States, shes that good!). She is thorough, gentle, explains the process each time and takes time to ensure I am happy with that days results. Definitely recommend her.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Dishonest staff who will lie to you and trap you to take treatment that will not be covered by your insurance. After telling them that I brought my own xray they still forced me to take the xray and told me not to worry about it when I told that if that will be covered by my insurance. On my way out, the receptionist stops me and ask how I like to pay $120 which was just a visit to schedule my wisdom teeth extraction. I work hard for my money and donate generous amount of money to charity. I hate when someone tries to take my money with dishonesty and lie.

If it wasnt for the laser hair removal this place wouldnt have such a good overall review. I was quoted that the initial visit would be a free consultation.. Was charged $90. I brought my xrays and was told its ok we still take an xray and you wont be charged for it. It is included in the free consultation. Was charged $120 for xray. Was told that my supplemental dental insurance would cover everything except for the sedation. Had to pay that ($402) on the day of procedure. Charged for 45 minutes of sedation to pull one tooth. Insurance says the negotiated fee for 45 mins is $324 was charged $675. Negotiated fee for pulling tooth is $148 was charged $286. Negot. fee for bone graft $325 was charged $380. They didnt submit the correct documents so insurance paid $0. Got a bill for additional $404 after paying $402 on the procedure day. The estimate from the staff was half of what Im being billed for. Do yourself a favor and dont go here !!! Incompetent people.

Had to wait an hour longer than my scheduled appointment time before Dr Moose saw me, but overall good service.
