I purchased the 12 week nutrition and workout plan from Nick and let me tell you by far it has been great!! I have done many meal plans and workout plans from some big names in the industry and just talking and actually being one on one with Nick has been great. All these big named people you purchase plans off of just want your money, they give you a 4-6-8 week plan and that’s it there’s no follow up and if there is it’s a follow up with someone from there team.
