I just visited for the first time.The lady at the counter was VERY belligerent.Go back for the exam and the doctor was WORSE.Apparently they didnt like that I chose not to have dilation or some camera thing that was additional fee.Apparently they never attended a customer service seminarsSHAMEFUL SERVICE

Been working with Dr Eder to find a decent pair of contacts since February. I never had any problems with the previous brand (3 years) but when I saw him for the first time, he wanted to change the brand of contacts I had. That pair didnt work. Now in my third trial pair. He isnt the worst to work with but also not super talkative. eyeglass staff were great. Fitted my head and sized my glasses appropriately. Overall decent experience but nothing grand.

I love the selection of frames. Staff is helpful and Dr. Eder is great! I have gone here several times over the last 15 years. Always happy with the service.

I was a walk-in today, and the Dr. spent 20+ minutes helping me find specific type & size frames, and went over all the options. Best service Ive ever had, and although I didnt plan on buying today, I was sold, and glad to give my money to them, instead of some apathetic chain.

I went there as a child and left as a young adult because I wasn’t impressed with the staff. Now as a mother I recently took my children because their current eye dr was out on medical leave. I now remember why I left , I work in a health care office myself and customer care is a huge part of what I do. They pretty much have none, never understood why people work with people if it’s clear they don’t like them. There is no one there I personally dealt with that even genuinely smiles very disappointed, besides the attitudes they throw around. I will be searching for a new eye dr.

My husband and I have been going to Lebanon Eyecare Associates for years. Dr. Eder is excellent. I have had problems with glasses purchased elsewhere but I have never experienced any issues with glasses purchased here. I have used the return policy once when I did not like my glasses, also used the scratch replacement policy. I can afford very nice glasses here that have cost me twice as much elsewhere.

Ive been going to lebanon eyecare associates for years. They do a great job! This last time i went I didnt have to have my eyes dialated because they have a machine that can take hd pictures of your eyes instead for $35. This allows you to drive yourself home. The staff have always been friendly in my experiences here. Great place!

I used to come here years ago for many years. My husband had an eye appointment and while I wait in the waiting room I hear the staff talking about patients and being very in professional. Lady that works with the eye glasses talking rude about someone on the phone asking about what the cost would be for glasses.... She said “I am not an insurance agent” . Dr Eder is great but he needs to get the staff on board with being professional.I am glad this is not where I go anymore.

Ann at the front desk and the doctor were phenomenal. The lady I spoke to originally to order my frames was also amazing and very patient. This place would have had a five star if I hadn’t called back into the office an hour later to ask if I could switch the frames I ordered before it was too late. The sales lady that answered stated who I dealt with was no longer there and she couldn’t help me. This phone call was an hour after I had left the office, so I asked her if I couldn’t switch my glasses could I cancel my order and she rudely said “yep, I’ll let her know” and hung up. I had called back a few minutes later and spoke to the front desk and asked if I could pick up my prescription to take elsewhere and the lady at the front desk immediately tried to find out what had happened. She told me I could cancel my order but they would have to wait until tomorrow when the lady I originally spoke to was in. At this point it all seemed like a commission issue and the rude lady I spoke to didn’t want to fix the issue because she wasn’t receiving commission from me. Whatever the case, awful customer service. It’s a shame because the doctor is phenomenal and he should have better support on his sales side.

Staff isn’t friendly! No one greeted me when I arrived. No “good morning “ from Dr. Eder either. Dr. Eder has no people skills! He doesn’t want any explanations when checking vision. He wants either a yes or no response! I felt like he was treating me like a 2 year old! Unfortunately I already got my glasses and paid for them . I was in for contacts, which I have worn for over 45 years and never had a problem. Dr. Eder seemed annoyed because I wasn’t satisfied with the contacts he ordered for me! They won’t be getting my business anymore!!!
