We were told my 14 yr old son needed a root canal or a tooth extraction. We scheduled to have his root canal from a place that the Dr referred us too. The dentist is an hour away. First off the new dentist after an exam said he saw no tooth that needed a root canal maybe, minor irritation. They asked which tooth it was because Dr Clark didnt mark which tooth. After another xray and exam and confirming with Dr Clarks office on the right tooth.The New dentist couldnt find anything. So after trying give my son a root canal he didnt need and taking off work then driving over an hour for his appointment. I wouldnt recommend this dentist to anyone. In fact the opposite

This dentist and everyone that works here are so nice and professional. I am so happy to find an affordable dentist who actually cares. I had a molar pulled and not alot of pain. I am so impressed I will be going back to have other dental work done.

Dr. Clark is extremely skilled, educated, and compassionate with his patients. He is friendly and never pushes unnecessary work. Super impressed with his ability to perform numbing injections with little pain. Hygienists and support staff are amazing and helpful, as well. I especially appreciate Ginger, the expanded function dental assistant, and all the hard work she puts in! She always asks about my children and I enjoy catching up with her!!

The staff are different every time I am there and never seem happy to be at work. The last time I went, I had cavities filled and pain remained for several weeks. Several dental hygienists spent some time complaining about how the equipment was old and needed replaced for a long time.

4 fillings and a cap of those 1 filling has not needed replaced and the cap fell off another trip to the emergency dentist I guess thanks for making me waste more money I dont have

Very bad customer service! I had an appointment and called 15 minutes before the appointment time to let them know I’m running 10 minutes behind. I was told it was okay. Arrived at the dentist office at 11:36, my appointment was scheduled at 11:30. The front desk person was staring at her computer screen and just raised her pointy finger in my direction, didn’t say a word to me and didn’t look my way, so I’m taking it as I’m busy, I’ll be with you when I’m ready. So I sat down and waited...waited for 10 minutes. Then another lady was in the front desk, they were talking for another 5 minutes then she called me and when I got up, before I can even approached the front desk, stated we will have to reschedule you for another day since you are 20 minutes late. I didn’t argue just told the lady, you can keep your schedule, I don’t want it anymore. First of all, if they couldn’t accommodate they should have mentioned it when I called to let them know I’m running 10 minutes late. I would have been okay to reschedule but to tell me it’s okay and then lied about being 20 minutes late when I was already there waiting for 15 minutes. If the front line of this dental office is not reliable and very unprofessional, I don’t have to give them my business. There are a LOT of dental offices in Lebanon, OH that treats their clients with courtesy and professionalism they deserve.

Dr. Clark was awesome! Professionally run, clean facility. I came here to fix what a previous dentist had done to my mouth. Didnt push unnecessary work.

I’ve been going here for only a few months, but i’ve had 4 appointments in that time, and had 2 teeth pulled! this is a great dentist to go to!i had 5 cavities filled, most of them are fine but 2 of them are very very sensitive and one of them hurts to bite anything, other than that i’d definitely recommend this dentist!

I havent been to the dentist in a LONG time. Everybody was so nice there and the doctor made me feel comfortable. He did not try to sell me a bunch of work. I had a tooth pulled and it was sore for a few days (expect) but doesnt bother me now. 100%

Went with my granddaughter to get her cavity filled. Dr. Clark was fantastic! So when it was time for me to go, I went willingly. I had all my top teeth extracted, hardly felt pressure or pain and he prescribed me 5 vicodin which I used 2 and tossed the others. Not needed. No pain where they put needles in to numb your mouth.My husband also went there, and he hates dentists. Loved Dr. Clark also.I dont think his office people should bring down his rating, but I had no problems with anyone there.

I was very apprehensive about going in to a dentist, but they made it a pleasant experience! Great staff! Very satisfied!

Absolutely a waste of time, was given wrong information that’s easily accessible on their system. Booked an appointment a month out do to scheduling issues, arrived today at 9am only to be told my appointment was for another office... they didn’t mention the referral until I arrived and started to question the length procedure. The front desk clerks are clueless and seem indifferent to my mouth pain. A waste of time.

Previous visit on cleaning fine. 3 weeks later problems with a tooth. They recommended pulling it and I allowed it. Omg! Hurt so bad!! Ive never had one pulled in my life and Im 48yrs old. They gave ibuprofen. Im sorry but everyone does not have the same body. Ive had pain clear into my eye socket. They refused to even give script for Tylenol 3...wow!So I went to hospital and ER doc looked said who did this to you? Of course I told her. Trust me...not what I wanted to hear. She said I dont have dry socket which is good because I guess thats even worse pain.ER doc says she checked my prescription history and didnt see issue in helping me outta this pain. Gave me a pain block for my face and eye and some scripts for a few days. Thank God for real Doctors.I will not be back, and yes they seem nice.... hygienists were. Front desk and dds...wolf in sheeps clothing. Lipservice and inhumane.

After years of using the same dentist, my insurance changed and I was forced to switch dentists. We moved to Family Dental Care of Lebanon, unsure of what to expect as we had our previous dentist for 25+ years and loved him. We were pleasantly surprised with the staff and, although we still miss our old dentist, are very pleased with our Family Dental Care of Lebanon! Today, we referred a friend to them as we are that confident in them!

I have been seeing Dr.Clark for about 8 years. He is the best dentist Ive ever been to! All of the technicians are super nice and so helpful. The facility is clean and very up to date.

Dr. Clark is a great dentist, Ginger did a great job on my fillings and my mouth feels perfect again!.They were about to get me twice in one week to do four fillings in total (2 kissing cavaties on both sides) and my mouth has never felt better.

Very friendly people, they never make you wait. Knowledgeable dentist, who doesnt push work just to make money.

They take 3 months to schedule out dental work, and dont want to work with you. I called in to talk to office manager, she is on maternity leave, nobody is covering her position, so it will be 3 months before even get an answer. Several other people I know have had the same problem and have left his practice. The dentist doesnt want to know anything going on , just have to deal withthe manager who isnt even there. I dont recommend this office.. unless you want to wait 3 months between appointments for dental work.

I had a large filling in the far back corner that came out. They got me in quickly & the reception staff were very nice. However following the initial exam & brief xray, the younger dentist came in, looked at my cavity, then spoke to me from behind me. I was twisting in my chair to try to see him, as Im used to making eye contact with people who are speaking to me. Finally one of his staff who handled financial matters came in & showed me what it would cost to have cavity filled & crowned or we can pull the tooth today for considerably less. She also said there were no payment plans. I had to pay half up front & the rest when the final crown came in. Needless to say, I went home and found someone much better!

Took my friend and her daughter here. They paid no attention to the fact that her daughter grinds her teeth and needs a mouth guard. Also, filled a few of my friends cavities when it should have been a root canal. Only positives is they were clean and friendly.

Ive been going here for years. The doctor is friendly as are the dental technicians. The waiting room has magazines to read (although they would benefit from newer releases) and in chair DVDs being played help alleviate the boredom of waiting and being worked on. Clean and well maintained facility.

Practice manager is the rudest and most disrespectful person Ive ever talked to. Basically refused care for a child due to missed appointment knowing that our family just went through a serious illness. My spouse almost died this past year from a tumor. I will be contacting my attorney regarding this discriminatory situation.However, Dentist Travis Clark is very good.

Ive encountered several problems at this office before I decided to go elsewhere. They chipped my tooth, scheduled important procedures months away then canceled them the day of after just confirming the day before. I know of 3 other people whove had negative experiences here.

Dr. Clarks office is probably the most efficiently run dental experiencethat I have had. He is a well qualified and skilled DDS.I would recommend this dentist very highly.

They do what needs to be done, if not they will Recommend you elsewhere. They are very friendly and explain things thoroughly!

They are horrible with paper work. I needed work done on a root canal that I could only have done at the OSU collage of Dentistry and they kept scything the sent the paper work when they really never did, I had to have them print it off and drive it to columbus. After my apt in columbus I needed a new crown on my tooth, I had to get approval from my insurance for the work. I took the paperwork from Columbus to Family Dental Care as soon as I was done with my procedure. They told me they would send the paper work out tomorrow and it could take 1 month to get a reply. Over 1 month passes and I have not heard anything, so I call only to find out they never sent the paperwork to my insurance! This place is ran by a bunch of idiots! Dont waste your time or money.

Dr Clark and his staff are amazing at what they do. Super friendly and professional. Clean environment.
