The Doctors demeanor is so calm and reassuring. Talking me through the procedure letting me know what to expect!Usually I’m nervous when I get in the chair this time I didn’t want to leave!!!

Living closer to Eugene than Lebanon I initially tried to get an appointment with the Advantage Dental Clinic in Eugene but because of the population Eugene was booked out for almost six months so I decided to check with Advantage Dental Clinics in smaller cities nearby. The Advantage Dental in Lebanon had an opening and despite it being a 45 minute drive from where I live in Monroe, I took the appointment and Ive never looked back. I love this dental office. I love it because of the friendly nature of the staff, their diligence in COVID 19 safety precautions, the dental assistants care and attention, but mostly because of Dr. Hubbard, the Dentist. Hands down I have never had a dentist who took more time and care than he does not only to explain the procedure he is doing but the care in which he does it. Administering the anesthesia is a perfect example. I had an unfortunate experience with a dentist in the past who, whenever he had to numb me, would shove the needle down to hastily administer it with no regard to me or the pain it caused so from there on out the numbing process in a dental office has always been a very scary thing for me. Imagine my relief when I felt no pain at all when Dr. Hubbard administered the anesthesia. HIs friendly demeanor and obvious regard for his patients makes my drive to the Lebanon Advantage Dental clinic a pleasure.

This specific dental office in Lebanon is amazing. The whole staff is so caring, kind and compassionate. I have always been scared of going to the dentist because my past experience was never good but at this office I have no fear. As soon as you walk in the front door your greeted by smiles by staff that legit cares how your doing that day. From the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between they are constantly communicating with you to make sure your comfortable and letting you know what going on step by step. I had a major procedure done that I was so nervous to do and they instantly calmed my nerves and talked to me through the whole thing. But I think what I appreciated the most was the dentist doing a follow up call to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. I have never had any dentist call and check up on me and it made me feel important to them and that they truly cared about my well being. You can tell that the staff truly love their job and just want to help people. This is my permanent dental clinic even if I move I will travel to get all my dental care done here and I am telling everyone how wonderful this place is.

The team at Lebanon Advantage Dental are THE BEST dental care providers Ive ever had. Compassionate, gentle, and not arrogant at all when it came to my concerns about removing a metal filling (mercury release). They met my concerns with problem solving and plenty of communication before and during procedure so that I felt as safe as possible. Im so very grateful! I also bring my mother here and with all her many care issues they are so patient. And when my husband needed to push something through quickly because of insurance, they found a place to squeeze him in. If I can help it, these folks will be my dental providers for the rest of my life.

The Dr and the staff are amazing. They really care. They took their time to take care of replacing my crown. Then on top of it the cost was much smaller then other quotes I received. You need dental work done? Look no further!!!

Dr. Hubbard and dental assistant Shelbey make an exceptionally competent team, who clearly have patient health and comfort at the forefront. Their patient engagement with both myself and others has been nothing other than professional. Debby, at the front desk, is always kind and welcoming. Im not a frequently seen patient and they still always remember portions of our prior conversations (even those not linked directly to dental work), which I believe speaks volumes towards the quality of interactions these providers have with their patients.

Shelbey was friendly and explanatory throughout the extraction appointment. She was happy to help and made me feel calm and relaxed in the chair. Great bedside manner Girl!!The doctor was inviting and got me in and out quick. Didnt care at all that I needed to stop for a moment for more local anesthetic. Way to go Doc!Really enjoy the whole team over at Advantage.

This morning I went in to have a wisdom tooth pulled but didn’t end up doing it. The man hurt me so bad I screamed and started to cry. And that was only from the shot. I’m not a wimp by any means and have had a lot of dental work done. But never by this man which comes only once every two months to do ohp Extractions. Don’t get me wrong I love my regular dentist that I see often.this man was cold and didn’t care. Even his assistant said she needs more numbing and he said no. And went ahead with the first shot . I’m very upset that he didn’t care and blamed it on the infection. It was his fault he should have made sure I was fully numbed. Now the left side of my face is numb and I have wait ,and my head aches on that same side. I am truly scarred ..from this bad experience that I have never had before. My regular dentist will be told what happened when I visited him later.By the way office girls are great and friendly.It was only this Douche ! That don’t care because he had several patients at once.

I switched to this office because I heard great things about them and I am very happy I did. I have received excellent care every time Ive had an appointment.Recently I had a tooth extraction which in itself is terrible and upsetting, but I felt so well taken care of through the whole process, I felt relieved and physically better than when I got to the appointment. I did not come away in very much pain and upset as has happened to me at other places.Dr Hubbard is very good. He had a tough job and it went exceptionally well. They made sure I was comfortable and checked with me throughout the process to keep me comfortable. I hope to never need another tooth extracted, but if I do I know where to go.

Having worked in customer service, I can say that the people at the front desk are great. One of them knows me by name, and its not like Im there that often. Shes also just a sweet person. I havent met anyone in the staff that was rude or mean, in any way. One person in the comment section here spoke of Dr. Jones.I dont know her personally, but she has worked on me and my wife. She did a good job. She tries to hide the needle for patients getting local anesthesia, and shes good about giving enough to prevent ad much pain as can. She knows her craft, and shes quick. Lets face it, they know that no one wants to go to the dentist.They know we want to be gone quickly. She does her craft and she does it well. She strikes up conversation when possible, what more do you want from a dentist? Yes, she doesnt give pain meds out a lot, but i wouldnt blame this outright on her. Oregon in general is going through an Opioid problem. People abuse the medication too much and we all suffer for it.In reality you dont need that much.My wife had two wisdom teeth pulled, same day. Less then an hour (about 45 min). No pain medication, nothing. She took some ibuprofen to reduce swelling the next two days, that was all. For something that could have been painful, they made it as painless as they could. I give her, and the staff, 5 stars. For kindness, being friendly, mastery of her craft, and her speed.

The team at the Lebanon office is great! I had a cavity that was causing me pain and they were able to get me in earlier than I expected. Shelbey and Dr. Hubbard are an awesome team, both very friendly and informative. The procedure was thorough, speedy, and pain free!

I had treatment on 8/16/18. I arrived late.....but Dr. Davenport repaired all my teeth. He EVEN found 3 extra he was able to repair!! His dental assistant Shelby put extra benzo -jel on my gums and you will not believe but I NEVER FELT A THING!!! Im almost 60, to be truthful I dont want anyone else working on my teeth Dr. Davenport with his assistant Shelby are a winning team for me. Im soooooooooooo THANKFUL!

First time there so hard to say. But so far everyone is friendly and pleasant.

So i was ran over by a car, i have suffored many aches and broken bone but nothing compares to smashed teeth. Laying in bed for days with no food, stomach on empty, my beloved brother contacted the woman who hit me and she stated that i could walk in and her isurance would cover all of the work. Little did she know its not easy as that. I hobbled in with severe road rash and broken nose busted and busted knee. At first they couldnt due anything, so i left knowing their hearts were out for me. I came back hours later with more information on my situation, a claim #. With no guarantee of payment for anything done for me at that moment, this dentists office and all the people whom work their worked me in on that very day, and i cried. Not just because i was going to be seen, in actuality they still could had denied helping me!!!! I cried because the KINDNESS and the size of their HEARTS. Knowing how long and crazy my road is going to be, i feel like this corperation and all whom work for and stand behind it are gaurdian Angeles. Its because of them i can wake up in the morning and know that life will be ok. I want to think everyone from the bottom of my heart who works at advantage dentist clinic in Lebanon oregon for everything. They are true professionals at everything they do and i HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone to go their if ever you need dentil work. God bless.

July 5th 2018 SHELBEY to my RescueIm a new Patient this year at the Lebanon office. On previous visits I had asked almost everyone in the office, including dentist, hygienist, and receptionist . What is the Anesthetic Im required to have my mouth numbed with? No-one seemed to know or be able to find out. I assumed I would need to go back to the Corvallis office to find out. ( Im sensitive to Septocaine anesthetic and on occasions it has caused temporary partial blindness.)Today as I sat in the chair, dentist beside me ready to administer anesthetic. .......ALL of a SUDDEN.......SHELBEY the dental assistant announces PATIENT REQUIRES LIDOCAINE! The room was dead silent for about 30 sec..... Finally Dentist says We can do that. I was Staggered and shocked to hear her say that.....I just cannot express how HAPPY I was....and sooooooooooooooooooo relieved.I will keep returning to the Lebanon office as long as Shelbey is there. She really knows how to cater to a patients needs!!!

Update recieved a letter from advantage telling me i was inappropriate for going to the hospital for dental pain. I have my discharge papers which clearly state i was there for bacterial infection. Notifying my HMO as well as filing a complaint this is ridiculous. STAY AWAY from these guys.Had an infected tooth pulled. 3 days later my gums were turning green call advantage only to learn all the dentists had called in that day so thete was nobody in the office. On call dentist called mw back after an hour and a half told me it was just dead tissue and it should be fine then told me it was dry socket and needed to drive to corvallis. Ended up going to ER to find that i had a sever bacterial infection and that had i waited any longer i would be looking at a lengthy hospital stay. Will not be going back nor would i recommend them to others.

Made me wait two months for a wisdom tooth and then told me the dentist quit and scheduled me another two months out. Worst dentist Ive ever interacted with.
