I enjoyed the location and the cleanliness of the office, also enjoyed my dysport injections. However, the customer service and professionalism of the staff and scheduling manager is extremely working. When attempting to schedule appointment it takes numerous call attempts and the staff are unprofessional/unkind through the text message service. It can take days to get an appointment scheduled.

Don’t ever get hooked on their “be elite program” because when you ask to cancel after 8 months they will try and say it hasn’t been 6 months even though you have proof of when you signed up(their invoice they email you). They also will try and argue with you on if you’ve reached out via email as well to say you want to cancel. I’ve spent too much money here for stuff that barley worked. Botox never lasted more than a month. And now I’m having to fight with them to cancel my plan because I don’t want to use their services. I even switched locations because the girls at Leawood were all over the place with communication and tried canceling appointment day of and quoted wrong prices. Downtown was way better but I don’t see any benefit of getting their monthly facials. They won’t even respond to my emails now that I want to cancel. Seems like a great company! Hopefully they learn from all their mistakes with me and do better for the next client.

I have been a client at Bare Med Spa for over a year as a part of their BElite program. I received monthly facials as well as a few other services. No serious skin issues just maintaining healthy skin was the goal. The price of the monthly program increased without notice. Also the esthetician I saw left (and loved) and I was not notified until I arrived at my appt. I understand both these issues. I made another appointment before terminating my BElite membership (with notice). However I called on the 9th to reschedule the appointment on the 12th and was told there were no other appts available for the rest of the month. Really? Customer service has decreased significantly. Also they do seem to try to up sell every treatment. I would no longer recommend Bare Med Spa. With so many other options in the Overland Park/ Leawood area I would suggest looking somewhere else.

I had an amazing experience at Bare Med Spa, from the knowledgeable and friendly receptionist, Stacey, to the professional technicians. I was so pleased with my laser and rejuvapen treatments. I totally recommend the rejuvapen treatment there. In fact, Im going back next month. I literally saw results the next day. The atmosphere is elegant, professional and extremely pleasant.

The staff was super friendly however I got dermaplaning and was extremely disappointed with the amount of hair that was missed I understand a small match but there was many many areas that still have hair! $100 is way to much for results this bad.

They are terrible about scheduling. The technicians are unable to follow their own hair removal routine. I have been waiting for months hoping that their poor planning and follow-through would improve if I was specific and patient. It has not.

Do not get trapped into this scam! I have wasted nearly $6,000 on services that dont work and are extremely painful! One employee even burned me and gave me a scar during the laser hair removal. On top of that they refuse to refund my money! I still have hair and have to shave. A wax is less painful and the results last longer.
