Amanda is one of the best massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. I have participated in therapeutic massage, with the absolute minimum of once a month for over 10 years. Massage therapy has, without doubt, positively impacted my life and well being. Of all the therapist I have seen/met/visited there are a handful that absolutely enjoyed the profession for more than just a paycheck. Amanda is at the very top of that list with a very select few. The people are nice enough, and the masseuse was OK, but it all felt like a sales pitch. Too much filling out info, which was not actually even looked at for my session, which was actually only a touch more than half the hour paid for. The rest of it was to upsell services or membership. I have had more complete massages for less money than these people want for a partial hour of just OK massaging. I definitely left feeling like all that mattered was memberships and the massage was secondary. Never had such a letdown experience with a massage in my life. The entire experience felt like a sales pitch for a timeshare. I do not recommend this chain at all. Massage me; dont sell me.

My fiancée had set an appointment for a couples massage for our anniversary set for a week in advance. On the day of the massage, 6 hours prior to the massage we receive a text message from an (816) Verizon wireless number, NOT a courtesy phone call stating that they were short of staff and they wouldnt be able to service us or fit us in. The website is completely unprofessional and it is hard to navigate through. The people working there are very unprofessional & clueless as to what true customer service is all about, along with a typical Johnson County attitude always puts the nice feeling of appreciation in the mix. This is not the first time we have had an issue, back on Valentines day, same exact experience. I should have known from what to expect from a business that is franchise owned and individually ran by a sole proprietor thats never there, just takes all the money. 100% junk service, DO NOT let the reviews/ratings fool you, completely stay away from this place.

Michelle is incredible. Very knowledgeable and professional. I see Michelle once a week because of her skill level and willingness to work with whatever I’m needing. She makes recommendations for after care takes her job very seriously. She is the whole package!Anne on the front desk always smiles and acknowledges me by name. She is dedicated to making the appointment process easy as well as tipping my therapist on my card that is entered into the computer. Excellent experience always!

Michelle is the best! She listens to my needs each time and delivers. She has a wonderful flow as she moves around the body. Great pressure and checks in to be sure I’m comfortable. After each massage, Michelle gives me notes on self care based on her findings during my massage. She’s amazing!

I had a massage with Pamela and she was so comforting. She asked about lighting, temperature and pressure. She was excellent at her job and I couldn’t have relaxed more! I am so happy I found Massage Heights in Leawood/OP that I am looking forward my next visit already!!!

Honestly best therapist Ive ever had and the only downside is I can never move because I always leave a little disappointed at other places because Im comparing it to her massage. After reading the reviews, I booked a massage with Julie and it was amazing! I would highly recommend her, one of the best massages that I have had! The facility is also very clean and staff is all very welcoming and kind.Update: I have been going to this location with Julie for the past few months and I can’t recommend her enough. I always look forward to my monthly massage with her and drive 20 minutes to come here.

Michelle knows how to unlock serious tightness in my shoulders and back. She understands stretching and incorporates it in my massages. I’m glad you have Michelle. She matches her expertise with a genuine concern for doing an excellent job. While some therapists go through the motions, that’s never a concern with Michelle.

Ashlee was fantastic. Definitely going again, already made my appointment! I have been getting massages here and there from different places, I haven’t found someone I really liked or left a lasting impression but she was truly amazing.

Ive received services at some of the most exclusive spas in CA, AZ, TX, UT, etc. I would rate Kayla in the top 3 of all time. She is phenomenal and intuitively gifted. Each visit they will customize the therapy to focus on areas where you need it most, and ignore any areas you dont need/want treated.I would recommend;Diana, Tanisha, Julie, Ashlee, Katelyn, Kelsie, Nicole, Paige, and Kayla.Thats literally every one Ive worked with there and theyve all done great.

Currently I work with Ree and she is great - we have worked together for a while and she knows me well and always gets to the problem I am having at the time. I am 54, I like firm pressure and she invariably helps me with the aches and pains of life that afflict me at this age!! I highly recommend her but she is hard to book so please, if you ask for her, leave some space for me!

Trisha at the front is great with customers; she listens and responds attentively. Josh, the masseuse, has good strength and listens fairly well. A bit of a post-massage consult would have been helpful, but other than that, Josh does a good job.

Paige is the best hands down! She hits just the right spots and strikes the right balance between professionalism and friendly. I never envisioned I would go for a membership but after finally finding Paige, I realized that I have found the therapist and place to finally call home for massages. Ive tried a ton of other places in the area, and Paige is the best. Ive seen her twice this week due to back pain and neck pain, and I am always 100% confident that after Paige is done working out all the tight spots, I will be feeling a 1000x better!!
