CVS in Leawood is courteous, prompt and friendly! I got vaccinations quickly in an organized and safe environment; I highly recommend. PS- bring your ID, insurance info and Vaccine Card so all goes smoothly!

CVS is doing their best to keep access to the Covid vaccine as difficult as possible. The forced use of an automated tool and the explanation that in-store personnel WILL NOT schedule appointments is another despicable attempt to leech as much profit as possible from a crisis situation. This is a vital service that the company is using to get more phone numbers and email addresses that they can use to harass and bury people in marketing communications. The website is erroring out on me currently. This after I had to get prescription insurance information from them on the phone but was directed back to the website. The automated phone option left me on hold for several minutes before getting me to an agent who I could not understand. This company should try providing decent services instead of putting people over a barrel.

This location’s minute clinic is awful. If you need a COVID test please go anywhere else but here. They are rude and have no compassion.

People have never been friendly here. Picked up a prescription and the woman working was extremely rude.

Do NOT waste your money on a video visit with the Dr. Waste of time and money. You will have to go to an actual doctors office and waste more money to get a correct diagnosis and medication. I just threw away $59.

Just frustrating, no photos, slow service

Took a rapid covid test here, and it was great! Received reminders. Got a text about directions the day off (I didn’t know this cvs didn’t have a drive thru, so you have to park in the back). Got there 15 min before my appt and texted the number. I finished within 3 min. She sanitized my insurance card before giving it back so, double thumbs up. I would recommend going here for tests.

Very bad service at the checkout. Already give this store a second chance but still the same. Will definitely will not come to this store again.

This store is BUSY!The team of pharmacists here are clearly overworked and likely under-appreciated....BUT YET, they somehow find a way to keep their cool, be nice, do their best and take care of the customer.I NEVER again want to see a cashier and/or Pharmacist be yelled at FOR YOUR lack of support to this BUSY location.Shame on you!Im sure if they wanted to sell drugs this bad they wouldve saved their money and became a bartender. Theyd probably make more money and have less school debt.To the pharmacist that work at this location: Thank you! There is always a long line when I pick up prescriptions, takes a long time to be acknowledged when dropping off a prescription to be filled, and things are never in stock. People are nice however.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for just over 12 years. Their professionalism couple by heart then efficiency is exemplary in my estimation. On par with the great druggists in Austria, France and Israel.

Went to fill prescription here as a recommendation from my doctor since it was closest to where I was. I had strep throat and needed something quickly for the pain. There were 4 people working and who knows what they were doing, hiding behind a large counter.After the girl took my insurance and prescription info, she took about 10 minutes to get my information into her computer. Then she asked when I would want to come back to pick it up. I advised her that I needed it as soon as possible. Instead of telling me how quick they could get me 15 pills, she just said that they were really backed up and it would be later in the day.Irritated, I asked for my insurance card and prescription back as I didnt have time to wait around a few hours. She hesitated as if she didnt want to give it back. I asked again for her to return my information. She reluctantly returned it to me.Will never go here again.

Worst minute clinic staff/ nurse practitioner(s) within 100 miles...Easily. Dont be fooled by the short wait time compared to the other min.clinics, its not that the need no longer exist, they are short for a reason. Specialties include Rudeness-incompetent-judgemental-uses fraudulent billing methods-inconsistent - dismissive-hateful-honestly just the WORST location within ks or mo. Lesson learned!

These pharmacists dont know how to work a computer. I was signed up for text alerts to see when my medicine was ready, and without fail, every time my doctor called in my prescription and I got a text alert (from this CVS) saying it was ready, I would go in there and they would be standing there dumbfounded telling me they just cant figure out why its not showing up in the computer, and they would blame their computer and send me out without my medicine. Which I absolutely need to function.I would have to stand there while a team of like 5 pharmacists and a store manager try to figure out the computer for a painstakingly long time. It always took them forever to figure it out and pull up my prescription and give me my medicine. And that was just if I was lucky. Sometimes the pharmacist would not feel like going through the trouble of doing that and she would just send me home, telling me she couldnt get me my mecine because of a glitch in the system. I was a fool and put up with this for way too long. I finally made the switch to a different pharmacy, and now I am enjoying the luxury of competant pharmacists who have no problems giving me the medicine I am perscribed when I need it.If you care about getting your medicine, avoid this place altogether.

Pharmacy staff are morons! I called the pharmacy to find out if they had a particular medication in stock. I was told no. I asked what other CVS stores in the area carried it. She gave me 2 locations. Neither of which were nearby. When I asked if that was it, the lady said well, I dont know where you live. My response: Near your store. Thats why I asked what other CVS in the area carried it.

Time and time again they are awful at customer service. I called in my scripts at 11:40 am, I come on my lunch break at 3:00 and no prescription. They either need more staff or just help! This is one busy shopping center! Help them!
