Cant say enough good things about Dr. Prato and ProPartners. Having a doctor available through text is life changing. And not just any doctor, but one who knows you personally and cares. Dr. Prato is kind, accurate, and thorough, and the business model is extremely convenient. She takes the time to really listen to my concerns, and provides insightful research based information to help navigate the best path forward. I feel very supported, and Im confident my health is in great hands.

Dr. Burns and staff are top notch. You know when you find that mechanic who shoots you straight and tells you: “You might need major engine work but let’s change the spark plugs and give it a tune-up first and see where we are at after that”? I switched to him because he offered extreme flexibility in scheduling with very experienced/high quality health professionals (as we all know...extremely rare in the medical profession). I was literally sick of ALL my previous healthcare providers abusing required follow-up appointments as a means of over billing my insurance company, while at the same time requiring two months advance scheduling for these required follow-ups, and then doing nothing to accommodate my health needs when my very demanding profession legally required me to reschedule in short notice (subsequently requiring me two wait two months for the next available opening). ProPartners avoids all the over billing, over scheduling, and insurance coding/billing games. ProParterns only has the patients best interests in mind.Dr. Burns does not waste his or my time. He has a very unique, efficient and high quality practice, allowing patients to receive exceptional health care in an extremely flexible environment. Health planning and desired results are much easier when your doctor actually cares, takes time and uses logical approaches to diagnosing, treating and following-up with patients.When reviewing the negative posts on this board, I am unsure if they are referring to the correct practice or business. If you know how to turn on a computer with online access, you can update your payment method (with available funds, of course), schedule an appointment, or send your doctor an email with the click of a button AND if you cannot, you can call and any one that answers is happy to help you over the phone. No other health provider has ever given direct access to an actual doctor or has been able to respond within minutes. ProPartners can. One can schedule an appointment in less than 24 hours for the following day and will never have issues with doctors, health professionals or staff. You will only have positive experiences. If you can find a different doctor with 20+ years of experience willing to meet with you with less than 12 hours notice and that doctor does not charge an ER or urgent care fee (with insurance), by all means, go with them (however, we all know they do not exist, expect for at ProPartners). After almost two years of care, ProPartners and Dr. Burns are highly recommended, especially for working professionals without time for unnecessary follow-ups, lengthy rescheduling delays, or being treated as another revenue line-item billing code quota.

Four years ago the email was sent.......Become part of a new way to Health Care. I had the pleasure of being with ProPartners for years and figured that for less than I paid in co-pays and deductibles I could join the new program and save several hundred dollars a year. I have everything you could ask for at the end of a email, text or personal phone call. Just call and you are on the way. Dr. Sonny Holbrook and Martha are always there and are the best. I doubt any of you have your Docs cell phone, I do. I sent Sonny a text while he was on vacation and he still cared enough to get back with me and took care of my needs.I am proud to be part of the ProPartners team and also proud to say I was the first person to sign up... #1. You wont be a number, but you need to call. 24/7 365, someone will be there for you.

I am grateful a friend referred me to ProPartners several years ago. There is never a hassle to get an appointment or even just talk to the doctor on the phone. Appointments run on time and you get plenty of time to talk to your doctor about anything you have going on. This is the way medicine should be.

ProPartnersMD offer the best primary care I have ever experienced. Dr. Burns has always been available by phone or email when I have had a question. I cut my finger pretty bad over a weekend and Dr. Burns immediately offered to meet me at the office to address the wound. Making appointments is simple and I have always been offered a same day appointment. I usually do not take to time to endorse a product or service. Everyone at the office is fantastic, so I feel the need to share what a great job they are doing.

Overall experience is great. A practice focused on men, built for busy guys. I called in the morning and was seen in the afternoon. Happy with result and really prefer their new membership operational design.

Doctor Slagle is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Me and my daughter see her and she has been so great for us both. She gives Care when we need it and helpful answers to any questions we have. So glad we found Propartners!

Very welcoming and willing to put the time into the doctor patient experience. I never feel rushed or like a number. Dr. Burns takes the time to listen and ask questions, and is willing to address any issue I raise.

Although the doctor I was examined by was thorough the entire scheduling process was miserable. Every time I call the office to ask a question or schedule an appointment they seem to be put out to help me. The online appointment request has never worked and they always call to reschedule. Dr. Miner was my previous doctor and he is no longer with the group. Dealing with the receptionists is by far the worst part about ProPartnersMD. If you are not interested in service and only in the doctor then this may be the place for you.

This group was able to get me in for a follow-up the day after i called when others were 2 weeks out. The new subscription based membership seems amazing and worth it for those who would utilize all the benefits!

Very difficult to work with. I was injured in Minnesota and when I asked for help to transition to Overland Park where my home is they refused. I also requested if they would work with the Doctor in Minnesota to draw labs to help with a serious infection in my hand they said they dont that even do that even though they charged me over $400 this year for the same thing.I recommend that you find a Doctor associated with a hospital that can help you in your time of medical needs!

I have been going to PropPartners ever since I moved to KC in 2001. Dr. Burns has been very thorough in each of my visits. His office staff is very responsive when I call or submit my online appointment request.

I have only high recommendations for Pro Partners and thier medical staff. I have to say the complete opposite for thier back office support. After being a client for 10 plus years and being an initial member for thier Direct Care platform I have cancelled my membership. Do to a move and job change, they were unable to get in touch with me for two months and my account was two months over due. Upon recieving a letter of the delinquent payment I immediatly fixed the issue. But, the threat of turning my account over to collections vs a courtesy call is a bit much and therefore I have cancelled my account due to the way the situation was handled.

This place is a joke. My doctor I had acted like she didnt know what was going on. Called my prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy 3 times. I would avoid this place!!!!!

This is my doctor I literally walked in with a broken hand and they told me they could get me in a week so I left I also am unable to ever get any person on the phone whatsoever if they care absolutely nothing about their patients in addition to this I also came in and got my blood test over 2 weeks ago and have yet to get even a single call back as to my results I would avoid this doctor at all cost and never wish any of their care on my worst enemy
