I usually never write any of this stuff however, my appointment with Dr. Everson was beyond inappropriate! He did not introduce himself (first rule of medicine), he asked me what I thought was wrong, so I gave him my un- medical opinion and right when I said I may be dealing with depression he was quick to prescribe me medication without even making his own medical diagnosis! He did not ask me questions about what I was experiencing or anything. This is EXACTLY how people get on narcotics and other medications that are unnecessary. Really really terrible I am so sorry but I was appalled at this. After telling him I was uncomfortable with receiving a prescription 5 minutes into the appointment with no real information he still gave it to me and told me it was my choice. Again I am sorry I dont like doing this but this is exactly how medication gets into the wrong hands. Very disappointing.

He cancelled my appointment 10 minutes before appointment time.

Communication with this office was horrible. I gave specific instruction NOT to prescribe medications until questions were asked of my son about his possible depression and life events over the last 2 years, even went to the lengths to decribe what we were seeing to his assistant. Adderall has been prescribed for 3 years and its side effects may be leading to his problems and questions needed to be asked of him. We are not the parents to place blame a medical professional b/c of our sons problems and as parents we all can improve, but as a courtesy I would have hoped that some probing questions about his friends suicide, poor grades and mood swings would have been asked as I noted to his assistant. I assumed they would have been relayed to him.............but no, not a thing just another prescription for the same meds that may be causing some of these issues. A few minutes on the phone and here is another prescription. Psychiatry I think not, if I could rate less than 1 I would.

Ive seen Dr. Everson for a couple of months, great Doctor! Straight to the point, very informative, listens & cares about his patients! 10/10

Dr. Everson is amazing. He is quick and to the point. He has saved my life in trying to help me find medications that work for me. I could not be more thankful for his attentiveness and listening to me

The night before my appointment I decided to finally look up reviews of this office and Dr, and to my surprise I seen lots of negative reviews and it scared me, but it was the only office that would get me in so quick and I was not about to cancel my appointment and wait two months for another place to setup an appointment. Yeah the scheduling department wasn’t the most pleasant like most people have said, I agree there but once I actually arrived at the office it was a much different experience! The front desk was amazing, Patty and Joy were so helpful and nice. I seen Dr Everson and he was awesome! He was super nice when he came and greeted me, he listened and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable at all. People need to understand this is a Psychiatrist, not a therapist.. he is not there to set and listen to your feelings, if you need that go to a therapist. All together this Dr office is amazing, I highly recommend!

Hes a great psychiatrist! The management of my disease has never been better. To the people who say that the appointments are short: this doctor is a psychiatrist, not a psychologist. A psychiatrist manages your disease with medications and can recommend therapy with a psychologist. So, not a lot of time is needed to check if the meds are working or need adjustments.

Impossible to communicate with about important medicine interactions and changes between appointments. I was very clear and concise about every medication I was on and he still prescribed me a mood stabilizer that would have rendered my birth control ineffective and then neither me nor the pharmacist were able to convince his office to write a script for another stabilizer. The policies of the clinic are designed to drain as much money from you as possible with as little work as possible from the doctors.

Wonder if this doctor and staff really care about the people who come to them for help!?!? My daughter ran out of her medication and needs some more to get her to her next appointment and no one in that practice will call her back about it, or even answer the phone. Right now my daughter is suffering and it seems like the doctor and staff do not care that she is.

I never have to wait, he knows what he is talking about and easy to get along with. Best psychiatrist I have ever had.

If I could give less than one star i would. He was a know it all and almost caused me my life.

If youre looking for a plug than this is your guy. He will prescribe you whatever you want. If you are looking for a doctor that cares about your mental health than look elsewhere. In his own words he told me Im not here to listen to you Im just here to prescribe meds

He’s a pill pusher. Will listen to you talk about how your feeling for about 5 minutes and tell you he is just the “medicine guy” even though these drugs AFFECT HOW YOU FEEL. Even if you think its medication related he doesn’t care. Also, if you try to leave him to see someone else in the practice he won’t let you. The require him to allow you to switch, and he will refuse. Now THATS patient abandonment.

Worse doctor every. He is only there to write you a book of prescription that he benefits from. The length of time you spend with him is 15mins maximum.

Dr. Everson is fantastic! He listens to me and I am able to feel comfortable being totally honest with him without judgement.

He saved my life when I was suffering from extreme depression. He is very patient and caring.

The Dr. him Self, Dr. Everson was a really nice guy but their policy is messed up. Each appointment you miss is a $50 Fee. If you miss 2 appointments they drop you as a client. I rescheduled an Appointment and they didnt cancel the original one so I of course missed it that was my 2nd miss. They gave me a 3rd chance and the morning for my appointment I couldnt make it in and they called and dropped me. I pay $50 when this happens, Which is more than all the Dr.s offices ive been too. Isnt that punishment enough?! Not only that but then his assistant Melanie wouldnt even give me an opportunity to explain the situation. The situation for why I missed wasnt drastic but what if it was? I dont get an opportunity to explain my self? THEY DIDNT EVEN LET ME KNOW THERE WAS A 2 STRIKE RULE! OH WAS I SUPPOSE TO READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE I SIGNED THAT INTIAL ENTRY FORM? MY FAULT. SHOULD HAVE READ IT.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN AN INDUSTRY THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.
