Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The hygienist explained everything in detail to make sure I understood. Dr Smiley was so nice. I think I have found my new dentist!

The staff is wonderful & really take the time to make sure that you are comfortable & understand all of the procedures - Ive had extensive dental work over the last 12 mos & Im incredibly grateful that I was able to work with Jamie Smiley & her staff. Love love LOVE this place! I have never met a kinder, sweeter, as great dentist as Dr. Smiley. She helped me realize the dentist I had growing up was not taking good care of my teeth which is what you expect from a dentist. The first thing she wanted to do was a deep clean which we didnt know at the time but our insurance didnt want to pay for. They went round and round with insurance and got them to pay some (unfortunately not the full amount) before finally billing us 6 months after the cleaning for the remaining amount. Dr. Smiley actually remembers you when you visit every 6 months and she genuinely cares about you as does everyone including the dental hygienist, assistants, receptionist, etc. Dr. Smiley doesnt jump to do unnecessary procedures and will keep an eye on you until a procedure is necessary. Most recently, she told me I needed a couple of fillings on teeth she has kept an eye on since I started going there 4-5 years ago. Instead of making me come in right away, she allowed me to schedule this with my next cleaning in 6 months. I just got these fillings and Im happy to say, I didnt feel a thing! I highly recommend going to Smiley Dental. I even told my parents to go to her and they love her! Shes the reason I can say I love going to the dentist even if I am going for more than a teeth cleaning.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This was my second visit and I always give places two chances earn my favor. Well, Smiley Dental did it twice. Dr. Smiley is wonderful and her hygienists were so friendly and thorough I feel like a new mouth (figuratively speaking). The waiting room was comfortable and had my choice of TV. The trend of TV choice and comfort continued into the cleaning and exam room. Ive never had such a good experience with a dentist before and I cannot recommend Dr. Smileys practice strongly enough. She took extra time to get to know me as a patient rather than just a set of teeth to make a profit. Feeling so well taken care of is a welcome relief from the usual conveyor belt style dentistry to which so many are accustomed. Heck, I liked the place so much, I scheduled my cavity filling for two days after my visit. The front office group did a great job accommodating my schedule. As an added perk, both front desk attendants had a big smile and an eagerness to help. If you need a dentist, Dr. Smiley is the way to go.

Dr. Smiley is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is very personable. She takes the time to chat and catch up with each one of her patients. The wait time in the office is next to none. I am always in and out when I come in for a cleaning. Love the experience I’ve had at Smiley dental!!!

Everyone is so nice and friendly! I’ve been going to Dr. Smiley for several years now and have always had a great experience. I took my 2 year old for her first check up and they were so patient with her (she wanted nothing to do with it). The staff even helped keep my 8 month old entertained. We love the Dr. Smiley all the staff!

Dr. Smiley and her staff are top notch. Our family of five have been so well treated over the past five years that it gives us a great peace of mind knowing we have a great dentist who truly cares about us as patients and as individuals. The entire staff is friendly and each is very good at their respective jobs. It is always a joy to see Mallory at the front desk. I was running late today and she already had me checked in. And the two hygienists - Janeil and Ashley - are the best - both are so outgoing and both are very detailed with their work. Awful experience. Unless you have perfect teeth and just need a clean and bleach this is not the place. They are only interested in bottom line ~ not the dental health of the patient.

Went to Smiley Dental today for a cleaning for the first time and have to say I sort of enjoyed myself (which is not the norm for me at the dentist)! My hygienist was fantastic and friendly and did an amazing job. Dr. Smiley was kind and honest. I didnt feel like anyone was trying to take my money, just do what was right for the patient. I would recommend them to anyone!

This is the BEST dentist ever!! I saw Dr. Smiley for the first time at her prior practice because my regular dentist was not available. I was soooooo amazed by her that I never saw my other dentist again (even when she was in the same practice!!) Of course when she opened up her new office I followed without a bit of reservation! The office is beautiful and very clean!! The entire staff is very welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable!! Dr. Smiley takes her time and never makes you feel rushed. They also schedule great....no overbooking leading into extended wait times!!! I have recommended several of my friends to her and would recommend EVERYONE to see her!!

I just moved to KC this year and hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 2 years. I chose Smiley Dental because of the location and the name. I mean, who doesn’t wanna go to a dentist office called Smiley Dental and a dentist with the last name Smiley??I’ve visited three times now, twice for regular check ups and once for some cavity work. I have left each time feeling heard and cared for! They took me on as a new patient and took the time to make sure my dental health & history was written down and made right.They care about my dental health just as if I had been with them for years!!

I really cant say enough about how great this office is. Dr. Addy Mohn and her assistant Anna, are fantastic! I had been to another dentist, who didnt do a great job with an issue I was having. I ended up having more pain, so I went to Dr. Mohn and she took great care of me. She and Anna took most of the discomfort out of having a root canal and thats really saying something! I wont say that it was the most fun Ive ever had, but they kept me laughing and very comfortable through the whole process. As long as I live in the KC area, I will never go to any other dentist. Everyone in the office, including Mallory at the front desk, has been professional, helpful and extremely nice.

We were referred to Mohn & Smiley Dental by our family friends. My sons experience with the practice was so great that the first thing he said after coming back from the clinic was Can i go there again?.Seriously, have you ever heard this with reference to visiting a dentist.My kid was very excited to get their prize and a balloon animal made by Dr. Mohn.My personal experience with Dr Mohn , Ann and other staff members has been awesome as well. Apart from ease of scheduling, Hardly any waiting time , what impressed me was involving me in understanding the problems and then helping me make a choice.The Reception staff, Ann and Dr Mohn are professional yet friendly . The best dental office around!!! Very professional and friendly staff with a GREATest dental hygienist (JaNeil Robinson).

Not impressed. Assistant was rude and abrasive. The dentist wasnt much better IMO. Who refers someone to an oral surgeon and than makes the patient do all the leg work to call and find the doc and get the appointment scheduled.....this office!! This dentist gave me the impression she really doesn’t want to get her hands “dirty.” So unless you already have perfect teeth, this wldnt be the place to go.
