Dr. Thomas and her staff are awesome. I have had quite a bit of work done over the last year, and Dr. Thomas and her team always go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, regularly exceeding expectations. I am always treated with respect and compassion like a human being instead of a checkbook. Typically I have a lot of skepticism with dentists, but Kelly is one of the best!

Been going here for many years. Dr Thomas and her staff are nice and super customer focused. Even better, they are great dentists and super easy on your teeth and mouth. Excellent cleaners of teeth as well. I have used them for veneers, crowns and cleaning. Even used them for laser on a cold sore. Awesome!!!Highly recommend them. You wont regret it.

The receptionist is an absolute gem. I was there once and she remembered my name when I went in for follow up 3 weeks later. They are perfectionists and will strive to make you look the best possible. Im 100% satisfied with the work they did on my teeth. No complaints!

I had 20 year old veneers that needed to be replaced. This office is a 2.5 hour drive for me each way but I felt confident Dr. Thomas would do the best job. She really did. She and her staff are amazing. They really took great care of me. The lab they use for veneers is one of the best in the country. My teeth came out picture perfect. Dr. Thomas wanted me to be very picky to make sure i loved my teeth and I do! I never liked my old veneers, my new ones make me want to smile all the time! Thank you Dr. Thomas!

Very nice and courteous staff

I have recently moved to Leawood and sometimes you have to go through trial and error to find the best doctor offices in a new city. That is not the case with Leawood Cosmetic and Family Dentistry. I was lucky to get TAYLOR, my hygienist on my first visit. She is thorough, walks you through everything with exquisite details, listens well, and is fun to be with at the same time. Ive found my Dentist home, for sure!

Dr. Thomas is the best! Her dentistry is the best in Overland Park or the KC Metro for that matter. She is so professional and down to earth. You can tell she really cares about you as she takes the time to explain everything that shes doing and she doesn’t try to do extra/unnecessary work just to make a buck. In fact she highly recommended against a procedure that was proposed by a former dentist that if I would have had it done it very likely would have caused major nerve damage to the left side of my face. Dr. Thomas’ office staff is great as well! By far the friendliest and skilled staff of any office I’ve ever been too.5 stars from me.Thank you Dr. Thomas!

I had a tooth emergency and the staff was very efficient at finding me a spot the next day to get me in and have my work done. I walked in while it was very busy and was greeted by a smile at the front desk. The office manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. the staff was very friendly and efficient and courteous. The office is a very relaxing environment, makes you completely forget you are at the dentist. Dr. Kelly Thomas is a miracle worker, she is very professional and knowledgeable in the dental field. Staff and dentist were so friendly and went OVER and ABOVE to give me the best dental options. Prior to services, the office called my insurance co. to find out if an implant and a crown for a broken tooth was covered! They are opened on Friday!!!I would defiantly recommend them!!!!

This is the dentist you, your family, your friends need to see. She should write a book about how to be a good dentist -- for other dentists to read. She cares, does great work, guarantees her work (i.e. Crown warranty for 5 years), does not push the dreaded treatment plans like some dentists -- she gives you a gentle reminder during your visit. And the staff is so pleasant. Very comfortable, relaxing, non-sterile atmosphere. Plus she understands that pain is not an option. She is busy... but not too busy to see you when you need help... and you never feel like a number or like you are being rushed. Shes a gem!

Love!!The staff is warm, knowledgable, and kind. The office is beautiful. Most importantly, they are downright excellent at what they do.I came in suffering from TMJ that made me tense from my jaw all the way down through my shoulders for the past two weeks. Upon calling, they were able to get me in promptly. The doctor precisely tailored the mouthguard to my tiny mouth --and l almost immediately started feeling the difference. By the time I made it through the Starbucks drive through, my shoulder had dropped back into its proper place, and I could feel myself subtly realigning. I literally cried in relief.Today Im still sore, but I can move more freely, and its only getting better. :) I know it will take a while to reach the full effect, but Im so relieved at how much better it already is.If its any indication of how excellent this doctor is, consider the fact that this was the fourth place I went to concerning my jaw. She fixed it in less than 20 minutes. I cant stop singing her praise!Thank you so, so much.This is the best team, best service, and best quality!!Sincerely,Megan
