I will miss Tricia but Erica is an amazing Hygienist. I had zero discomfort, very gentle, yet thorough during my cleaning. She and Dr. Krusich took the time to answer all of my questions and provide a great team. This office makes you feel like family from the moment you walk inside. An additional bonus, they now have thick cushioned dental chairs!

Dr.Krusich and his staff are beyond helpful and gentle for those that are nervous seeing a dentist. I knew Dr. Krusich from growing up in Pittsburg, Ks., and his father ran a dental lab. His children worked with him and for him. I can attest to his fathers work as well as his. Every crown ever placed in my mouth has come from his family or Dr. Krusich. My husband is included in that repertoire of crowns/bridges. This include abutments for a dental implant to a 4 unit bridge. His style, skill and expertise as well as his concern for the patient goes above and beyond. They want you to feel like family when you walk in. Once again, did I mention the staff!! They remember your family, and ask specifically and remember how your kids/grandkids or conversations from a year ago! They are wonderful and hopefully youll agree!!

Going to the dentist can be intimidating...But Krusich dental was by far the easiest, most efficient dental office I have ever been in. From the receptionist, to the hygenist to Dr. Krusich- all made the experience fantastic. Our family found our permanent Dental office! Highly Recommended!

Two days before my Sons wedding, my front tooth cracks. I was filled with anxiety about envisioning my closed lip smiles for all those wedding pics. A quick call to Dr Ian and I was immediately scheduled for an appointment and a crucial repair. I wouldnt be smiling like this at the most critical time without my Dr Ian. His team truly cares about you.

After going to dental offices for over 60 years from more than 10 different cities coast to coast this office staff and Dr. Krusich rates as number one!

Went in to get a couple of cavities repaired and found out I had a significant crack in one of the teeth needing a crown instead. Dr Krusich was able to give me my options for repair and costs to me. I chose the crown and he was able to work it in and fix it on the spot. Dr. Krusich is great at explaining everything he is doing and even shows you pictures of the problem areas needing repair. Heck, I cant even get that from a car mechanic. I didnt feel a thing when he was numbing me either. The staff are very professional and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your procedure, from beautiful pictures to look at flashing on a t.v. screen overhead, noise counseling head phones, and splash protection eye wear. The 2 hours went by so fast for me. Looking forward to getting my permanent crown put in and getting my smile back. Thanks Dr Krusich!

I know the word dentist is a curse word to some people, but I have to say that I love my dentists office. All the staff, from the ladies at the front desk to Dr. Ian Krusich himself, are fabulous. Tricia, my hygienist, is wonderful. She always takes amazing care me and my husband. She is gentle and personable and she always makes you feel right at home. Dr. Ian is great and though I dont see him as much as I do Tricia, he has always been patient, put up with all my questions, and explained things thoroughly to me. I always enjoy my visits here. Quality people, quality service, and quality work- what more could you ask for?

I just love Dr Ian Krusich and his staff! Everybody there is so friendly and kind. Everybody there goes out of their way to make sure your visit is everything you expect it to be and more. Dr Ian was my dentist before he started his own practice, which was very close to my home, but when I found out he was opening his own practice, I just knew I had to follow him. It is now a 20 min drive versus 5 mins, but well worth the trip!

I have always appreciated the gentleness of this team! Tricia is so kind and personable, and Dr. Ian is thorough, letting you know areas of concern, but never pushing any work that you are not ready to handle.

Had my first consultation today. Enjoyed my experience. Ladies in the front were extremely nice. Had a 10am apt, was in the chair after filling out paperwork with in 10 mins. I got my X-rays then soon after saw Dr. Krusich. He was very informative of their process. He took pictures of my teeth so he could show me what he was talking about. I have never had this happen with all the dentists i have been to. He explained things in terms i could understand. I will not be going anywhere else for my dental needs.

I never liked going to the dentist and feared the pain that usually accompanied dental work. When I was told I needed a crown after I broke a tooth, naturally I was anxious. I was new to Dr. Krusich so that made me more nervous. I was totally surprised when I had no, and I mean no pain at all. He explained everything that was to happen. From now on, no one touches my mouth but him!!!

Dr. Ian and his staff provide great service. They just recently saved me from an invisalign retainer mistake I made.For over a year Ive beeng going to Dr. Ian for dental checkups, and he has previously replaced my invisalign retainer that I lost it at the gym. Over this past weekend, I had another retainer adventure. I deformed my invisalign retainer with water that was too hot. Frantic, I was worried that my teeth would shift before I could get an appointment and new tray made. Dr. Ians office returned my phone call first thing on Monday morning, made a noon appointment for me, and had a replacement retainer waiting for me when I showed up. Ive come to expect great service here, but they really went over the top today. Im very happy that Dr. Ian and his staff saved me once again!Besides the great customer service, the office and staff are also very nice. They have complimentary Keurig coffe, cliff bars, and more. Their early morning appointments are very convenient for getting the dentist appointment out of the way before going to work. All in all, a very well run office.
