I had an sudden tooth issue and they were able to see me as a new patient for first thing the next day. The environment was great! Soothing music, tv on the ceilings. All the employees from the front desk staff, technicians and the dentist herself were comforting and very helpful. I knew they were doing everything I needed to feel well as quickly as possible. Ive always had anxiety going to the dentist and I recommend this as a place to go to!

I have really felt comfortable and relaxed. In general, I do no like the dentist or anything around my teeth. However, Nicole 1.0 has made a big difference in me making it to my regular appointment. This is the absolute best dentist in town! Dr. Bowden and his staff went above and beyond to take care of us. They made us so comfortable and explained everything clearly. My 5 year old had her first cavity and Dr. Bowden used a laser with no novocaine or drilling and fixed it quickly and painlessly! She could even eat immediately after. My daughter now loves going to the dentist and the rest of our family is switching over to their office. I can’t say enough about how wonderful IronHorse Dentistry is!

I was all prepared to get a new crown today. But after inspecting and deep cleaning around all the edges of my existing crown Dr. told me my crown was intact and had no defects. She apologized for taking up my time.I was happy about their honesty in not doing an expensive procedure when it wasn’t needed. Our family has been going to IHD now for almost 10 years now and have been very pleased with their work and care for their patients!

We have been going to Iron Horse Dental since we moved to Overland Park twelve years ago. Both of our daughters have gone through orthodontic care and have gorgeous smiles as a result. So finally it was my turn! I choose Invisalign with the help of Dr Laura, and I’m so glad I did. The pandemic has made the process a little longer than the initial plan, but I am so happy with the results. I would highly recommend this team!

Any dentist office that can keep me as a client deserves five stars. I’m not a fan of the dentist but Kelly Russell was awesome. Kept it lighthearted and fun the whole time, only place I’ll go in kc. Also my teeth look amazing!

My mom came home and told me about her experience at this office for the first time and asked me to help write this review. She explained that the woman who answered the phone, Tanessa was so nice to her and helpful when she was in pain. My dad also said she was nice and made him a cup of coffee. This was their first ever experience at this office and she came home raving about the staff and how wonderful Dr Rand was. I haven’t been there but my parents would definitely highly recommend it.

I have been going to IronHorse for as long as I can remember and always have such great service. Moving away from the area hasnt stopped me from coming back here twice a year! The past couple years I have had Sydnie clean my teeth, she is always friendly and great at her job. The doctors are knowledgeable and really care about their job and practice.

My kids and I love the staff at IronHorse here in Louisburg! Brandy, Cathy, & Dr. Laura are amazing! I currently have braces with Dr. Laura and my daughter has a pallet separator with brackets to realign her jaw and to prevent her from sucking her thumb. My sons also see Cathy & Brandy as well. We highly recommend IronHorse to anyone and everyone.

Let me start by explaining that my teeth are Very Important to me. I am Extremely picky in regards to who takes care of them. Having said that, I will Never go anywhere other than Ironhorse Dental for me and my families dental health needs! My dental hygienist, Syd, not only did an Amazing job cleaning my teeth, she is very knowledgeable on dental hygiene and uses the most up to date equipment. The tool she used to clean my teeth was the most efficient amazing tool anyone has ever used on my teeth! It was like a mini power washer for my them and they look absolutely Beautiful!!!Furthermore, my 13 year old daughter has to get a tooth pulled that just does not want to fall out on its own. The Hygienist and Dentist broke that news to her in a way that caused absolutely no anxiety or panic for her!!!(which made moms day a lot better🤗)! She asked me on the way to school after we left the clinic, “mom can we just do it today and get it over with?”😂!... which was Polar Opposite to the dialogue going to the dentist this morning!😁 I would highly recommend this office to anyone for their dental care! This place is amazing. I spoke with like four different girls in one day because they were ALL trying to get me in that same day.Then there is Brandi. I dont know if it was the fate of the Gods but I got put with her for my prep and she had me dying from laughter. I got great motherly advice as I began to sob because I didnt want dentures 🙄She sat with me for 30 minutes and talked me through my panic attack. She is literally the best thing to ever happen to this earth.And the others are so sweet and caring. But Brandi has my heart!

Been coming here over 10+ years my husband and now my children as they have aged out of the pediatric dentist they started at. Never had any problems, the place is clean and staff is polite. I have seen them more this year than usual as I had cracked a molar and finally made an emergency appointment when pain was worse pain than childbirth and they referred me to an endodontist and got me in that same day. They sent my records and got it all set up for me I think they could I was a nervous wreck, appreciated their help.

Experts, friendly, and accommodating. I live in Gardner...not exactly convenient for me. But, I wont change practices. These are my dentists and dental hygienists. I LOVE this group!!!

I never had any issues in my 2nd teeth in last 20 years, but once they did the filling i started having pains in it. After visiting another dentist i came to know that there was a pocket in that teeth. I later ended up with a crown.

Iron Horse Dental had gone above and beyond for providing dental care for my family but especially my daughter with special needs. My daughter has a complex medical condition. She has a trach, pacemaker, g-tube, oxygen needs, etc. She is on multiple medications so her teeth are extremely hard to keep clean. We had tried other dentists in the area as well as Childrens Mercy. We did not feel her needs were being met and even felt shamed at Fales Pediatric Dentistry for the way her teeth looked. Sydney, the dental hygienist, has been phenomenal with my daughter. She shows such patience, kindness, knowledge, and gentleness with my daughter. It has been so refreshing and has given us a new perspective on dental care for our daughter. Cant say enough positive things about Sydney and Iron Horse Dental. I highly recommend them!!

Let me start by saying my family has been going to Ironhorse Dental for 10 years. When Dr. Rand and his wife were there, we always received incredible service and looked forward to coming back. They truly cared for us and our family and we were willing to pay the higher prices for the level of service we got. When they stopped being around as frequently, we noticed a decline in service (rude front desk ladies, hard to schedule appointments, etc) but everything was overall fine. Once Dr. Rand and Laura stopped coming in almost entirely, things got much worse. They forced x-ray pieces into my younger sister’s mouth after she was gagging and repeatedly told them that they would need to use the alternate method (which they used in every appointment for her prior). They also admonished me and attempted to diagnose me with diabetes after only emaning my teeth (I am nowhere near diabetic, as my PCP has confirmed through all vitals that are ACTUALLY USED to determine those conditions, not by looking at my teeth). My older sister had her wisdom teeth come in impacted because ironhorse mixed up her dental records one year and neglected to take xrays the next year. This sister also recently moved to a different state and they refused to give her dental records to her new dentist, which is a HIPAA violation. I do not recommend this dentistry at all and they have had several formal complaints placed against them.
