I Absolutely Love this store!! I searched so many different stores and also online looking for the perfect robe for my fiances birthday. I was able to find it online at L.L.Bean, however it would be late if I ordered it. So, I decided to check the inventory at the store location online before placing my online order. I was so excited to find that it was in the store. It was listed in a different color for the size I needed. I decided that was going to be okay and I went the next day when they were open. To my delight they had it in the color and size I originally wanted and not the other way around as it showed for what was in stock. Be sure to call or go into the store before placing an order online. You might be surprised!!

Just visited and it seems like it is very well stocked. Friendly customer service, easy returns for my direct mail order.

I was surprised that the store was empty on a recent Saturday morning. I was even more surprised at the non existent level of customer service. There were no customers and yet I was ignored. I left and found exactly what I was looking for at REI. The store was very busy and I still received great customer service. I will not waste my time in the future and will not be returning to LL Bean.

Great store. Stopped by today, everyone was very helpful and willing and answer any questions you have. If you don’t own a pair of their bean boots, buy a pair ASAP.

Fantastic shopping experience. I had a return to make, and the process could not have been easier. Staff was attentive, and friendly. This is the only ll bean store Ive been to, and I was impressed by its size and selection. Everything from clothing to camping to luggage and kayaks were on display. Ive been a fan of Bean products for years, and this brick location did not dissapoint.

We LOVE this company and this store! How is it that every LLBean store we have ever been in has been staffed with the friendliest most helpful people on the planet? Perhaps they take good care of their employees? It shows! PLEASE PUT A STORE IN ST LOUIS!

The workers in LL Bean are always extremely useful in helping you find what you need. The return policy is excellent although Ive not needed to use it. I bought a nice cotton Henley and some gloves and they excellent.

I was hoping Google would ask me to rate this. I love going here. The staff is always quick to ask if you need help. You can always get help and everyone is so nice. On this occasion they even helped me find my husband whom I lost in the store. I love this place.

Drove all the way out here to return an online purchase. Got told that their system was down and couldnt do a return. Funny how they were still able to allow people to make purchases. This has left me with a pretty sour experience for LL Bean. Ill stick with REI from now on.

Excellent customer service. The staff worked to find me items in my size. Provided ordering details for those they did not have in stock.Ive been an LL Bean customer since 1988 and this is the nearest store to my home. I try to stop in when Im in the KC area to try new items.

LL Bean is always a first class choice whether it be online or first person retail. The retail store in Leawood has the BEST in staffing. They can help you locate any piece of merchandise located in the store! The store is beautifully designed and merchandised....very picturesque!

Its a small store, but the staff is great, and they can help you order anything from the website! And the return policy is crazy! I brought in several items I had had for a few years and got brand new ones no questions asked! Theyre still working out the kinks with the registers, but I love that we have a local store now! LL Bean customer for life.

An okay selection of LL Bean clothing, though a very small store. The small size means there is no kids section, and the other sections carry a limited selection. Its worth a visit, but dont expect to find the kind of variety youll see at their larger stores or online.

I have had my new Bean Boots for about 2 weeks. Like everything else from LLBean they are amazing.

Sales staff are either obsequiously attentive or ignore you. Went to the 199th st store today (4/7/18 ~ 1:00pm) to buy some shoes. Browsed trying to locate shoes Id seen in catalog, couldnt find them. Meanwhile, 2 gossiping sales clerks paid no attention to me or other few customers in shoe section. Will go elsewhere I suppose.

Carries only major items in common sizes. Good place for a quality fleece for winter. Seasonal stock will likely be rotated in this relatively small location.
