My issue is with the communication between the receptionist, massage therapist and quality for money spent. When scheduling my appointment over the phone, I specifically requested muscle groups to be targeted and confirmed again before I completed the phone call that the massage therapist could do the work. The cupping was subpar and my therapist did not know how to target the psoas and piriformis muscle groups that I specifically requested while booking. I am unhappy that I wasted my time and money for this experience, which I still tipped. I do not recommend this business for massage therapy. Also, there is significant hallway noise that can be heard throughout the duration of my 90-minute massage.

Had Darci give me a 60 min massage today and she was absolutely wonderful. Great masseuse and so kind and friendly. I’ve been coming here for years and all my experiences have been good but this was the best. I also love the ambiance of the building— dark, calm and feels away from the world.

I’m obsessed!!! A couple of months ago I was struggling with some weird skin issues. Random breakouts and little hard bumps on the skin. I was looking into treatment options and thought that microdermabrasion sounded interesting and something that could possibly help with my skin concerns. And boy did it ever. I just had my 4th treatment and my skin is glowing. My acne is 100% cleared up. ALL OF THE BUMPS ARE GONE! My aesthetician is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend her! She’s super sweet and like the most personable person around. She has singlehandedly transformed my skin! Not to mention she always recommends the best products for my personal skin issues! Both my sons and I bought our wives the Valentines gift of a gift card here. It all went well until our wives had to pay at the end. All three had the same amount on their cards and they were having issues with their machines. Well they texted my wife later and said she had a certain amount left on her card and the other two were down to zero left. How does that work when all three gift cards had the same amount on them and all three had the same treatments. They will not stay in business if they cannot figure out their system and monies. A bit frustrating to figure out.

I had a Brazilian wax. Micale was wonderful. Ive been having this done for years. This has been the least painful of any Ive had.She has pleasant, professional and well informed. I made an appointment on the way out and got a 10%discount on my next visit. This spa is peaceful and relaxing.

I emailed them online to set up an appointment for my birthday. I have the emails to place the date. They said I had to call to set up the payment on my boyfriends card. So I called and set it up. I never got a confirmation email after that. When I showed up for my appointment they said it was canceled two days after I set it. I have no record of calling and canceling it. This was my birthday present from my boyfriend, and we took this day off work special for it. They offered a discount and to reschedule, be we cant just take work off again. This was horriblly inconvenient and unprofessional.

Recently came here with my pregnant spouse for a couples massage. They were the epitome of professionalism, the facility was calm, tranquil, and clean. The massuses were attentive and very accommodating, especially with my wife whos 8 months pregnant. They were excellent at providing service while in a Covid world. I had a 60 minute pedicure done at sego lily and they did an amazing job! The atmosphere is so relaxing and grounding. They did a great job and I didnt feel rushed at all and they provided snacks and water with the treatment. I had super rough heels as calluses from wearing sandles around all the time and they were very thorough in softening them and removing all the roughness. Over all it was a great experience and I cant wait to go back!

I came here earlier this week with a group of coworkers to get pedicures. The staff was AMAZING. I had Amanda who worked on me, she was super nice and not rough just made it such a fun experience. We had a large group and they were very accommodating, had extra staff come in so we could all be together. I know we had to change our group amount a couple of times and they were never upset about it. I definitely recommend this location!

I just finished the most relaxing maternity massage by Zenna. I upgraded and also did dry brushing, sinus release and a scalp treatment. The girls at the front desk were super nice and welcoming! I wish I could take Zenna with me when I deliver this baby. She has such a good energy about her. Very calm, nice, comforting and her massage was great! I will for sure be going back for more treatments from her!

I have been going to Sego Lily Spa for about a year and a half. With the Covid Virus I have not been able to have my regular massages but I am looking forward to my next possible visit. Amazing! The place is extremely clean and welcoming. The reason for losing a star is they were doing construction next door in what sounded like the kitchen the whole time I was getting a massage and it made it slightly had to relax hearing drills going and plates being stacked. I am honestly not sure what was going on, but it was the only thing that I would suggest that be changed is not have people in rooms next to that or have the work done outside of appointment times.

This place is so relaxing! They have extra little perks like warm towel on your back and feet after each area has been massaged. They have a warm eye pillow for relaxing. The ambiance is very soothing and it’s very clean. I love this place! My masseuse was Meagan and she was awesome!

I live in Bountiful but travel to Layton to see the esthetician there. She is amazing. I’ve had two facials( 90 min facial and the ultimate facial) with her now and I love her touch. She also isn’t scared of extractions. It’s my least favorite part of the service but I always appreciate it after. I also received the 30 minute body scrub in the Vichy room. Highly recommend if you’ve never had that service. It was quick but I felt so relaxed and comfortable with my therapist. I’ll definitely be back soon!

My husband and I received our first couples massage from Sego Lily. It was a great experience. Very peaceful and a super clean environment. The employees were very kind and helpful. I would have given it 5 stars, but the only reason I didnt was because I didnt realize the extra time in the suite after the massage cost an extra $80. There wasnt a ton of extra time left after the massage to be worth $80. I highly suggest the soak and massage though!! Overall, it really was a great experience. Thank you!

I love the individual bathrooms with lockers so we don’t have to carry our stuff from room to room. The dressing room also has everything you need to leave looking great- with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover, lotion, hair dryer and styling tools all provided for your convenience!Following the massage I had Amanda for a facial and pedicure. The massage therapist Lexi is the absolute best ever and my favorite by far! I have been to many different spas and have seen many different massage therapists. Once I got a massage from Lexi back in January Ive been hooked and Ive been continuously going back to her each month. Im now moving up my frequency to every 2 weeks. She is very intune with my particular needs and ensures my massages are amazing each and every time.

This was the best massage I’ve had at Sego Lily! I usually go to my regular massage therapists for a great massage since it’s way more affordable and I know I’ll leave happy. In the last few visits to Sego lily I usually just get a body polish,as most spas do not offer a great body polish like Sego.They only had time for massage so I booked it expecting to be relaxed but underwhelmed, however My therapist Megan killed it she was awesome!!! I wish I could have her on speed dial!! Well worth it this time !

I love Sego Lily so much. I have never had a bad experience there. Everyone is so friendly and the atmosphere is calming, its perfect for before or after a treatment. I have been lucky to go fairly frequent there this year, usually with just massages but this last visit I had booked 3 appointments together because I have just graduated and because I am moving. Ill miss Sego Lily and I really hope I can find somewhere that is as great as them.

Then relaxing in the meditation area was amazing (go early so you can relax longer!)and loved all of the snacks and beverages there for me to enjoy. This was my first spa experience here but I was treated very warmly. The spa is decorated very nicely, dim lights, relaxing music, snacks and drinks, cozy waiting room. Love the robes and dressing room has everything you need. You definitely are pampered here. Me and my boyfriend did a couples soak and then I had a hour massage. I like the water a bit warmer but luckily there is faucets and you can just add some more hot water in. The fragrances and soap were very soothing and the snack and drinks provided were very yummy. The massage was incredible and I was so relaxed. I definitely felt lole a new person walking out of the spa. Loved every minute, and felt the pricing was very fair for how much I enjoyed my time.
