Ive been here a few times already, this place is amazing, very relaxing, very calming. Definitely what a spa should feel like, massage therapists are great and will help and or focus on whatever areas you need for tight muscles, knots, etc. . . . The pedicures are also very awesome, never knew what it felt like to get one before. Now we get one everytime we get a massage, very reasonably priced for the amount of time you get doing stuff. I cant recommend this place enough, I will definitely be a lifetime customer.

Went for a couple’s massage. It was average, mine was okay, my boyfriends wasn’t at the pressure he’d requested. I was using a gift certificate that explicitly was noted for a couples massage and b lounge. But per the employee it “expired” even though I got it last Christmas so I had to pay the difference between the old and new pricing. I’ve never seen a gift certificate that expires less than a year after purchase. Not to mention I didn’t even get the option to use the b lounge, so I can’t even speak on what that is. I won’t be returning, but I have had good experiences here previously. It’s just after all of that… I don’t see this place to be worth the trip anymore. I have to drive out of the county to come here (it’s about 35 minutes away from my home, so a long drive for iffy service…)

I have been here multiple times. First time was for a work activity. I had no experience with getting a massage, so I had no idea how it compared.. Since then I have had about half a dozen and no place has been as lovely as beyond day spa.Most negative reviews are about the employees. I wonder if most of them just didnt communicate what they were looking for. I have had 3 different people help me and all have been great.

Cydney/Sidney is not just a massage therapist, shes a MAGICIAN!! She made dozens of knots in my shoulders disappear. I cannot recommend her highly enough!! And the entire rest of the staff at this wonderful facility is equally amazing and friendly.

I booked a facial and pedicure for the first day of school. I got all the kids to school and then headed to the spa. Ive never been here before and was very impressed. My facial was relaxing and my Pedi was great as well. The atmosphere is serene and just what this stressed out and tired mama needed! I will definitely be back. Cant wait to book other services.

I got a pedicure and for the price it wasnt worth the money, the effort or my time. Probably the worst pedicure I have ever had. Id highly recommend going to any nail salon that offers pedicures and getting the basic, no frills, cheapest pedicure you can find or even having a 5 year old give you one for free and it would be 110% better than the one I got. I felt like I was an inconvenience, interrupting something, rushed through it to get me out of the chair as quickly as possible and not once was I asked a single question concerning the service. I dont want to give a bad review to a spa based on 1 employee especially when the next time I went it was a completely different expierience.I went back for a massage and I was leery of getting an 80 minute massage only because of my previous experience. I was pleasantly surprised, it was night & day. Id say it was hands down one of the best massages Ive ever had.

I’ve never left a bad review but after reading the reviews I saw one similar to my experience. The guy I received a massage from was very friendly but a little bit too much. He talked throughout the entire massage even though I stated that I was there to relax. Which I didn’t find very professional. He kept doing these techniques that I have never received from a massage therapist and I’ve had a few massages in my day. He did this one where he stretched my back by pushing down on my low back and that ended up leaving me with low back pain and hip pain the next day. Luckily I had a gift certificate for this massage otherwise I wouldn’t have been happy to have to pay for a not so great service.

I felt like a Queen the whole time I was here. I came in for a massage (Jenny, the best!) and was greeted with a hot shoulder wrap and a sit in a relaxation room while I filled out my first time visit paperwork. (Short paperwork) then brought down a hall to a private massage room, was given exactly the amount of pressure I needed and asked for, and a focus on my shoulder. I’ve had a pinched nerve in between my shoulder and neck for weeks, and with a 50 minute massage I’m able to extend my arm over my head for the first time in a while. Can’t recommend enough.

Ive been here 2 or 3 times and each time my experience has been great. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. When I did the couples package with my husband the masseuse was very attentive and made sure she wasnt being to rough or to soft. They tailored it to my needs and when I went with my sister for her birthday and did a pedi they served us this delicious mango ice cream while we got pampered. The pricing is fair and overall I will definitely be back and recommend Beyond Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing day of stress-free bliss.

I had never gotten a pedicure before this day, but was signed up for one by my wife. It was good. Apparently, my feet were good, but I appreciated the care that went into the pedicure. For the men they do a paraffin wax treatment that helps soften the rough exterior and helps with your feet. Im not sure exactly the purpose, but they do that in place of the polish.The seasonal snacks were great and the treatment was what I expected. My family swears by the place so my wife will keep going here for spa treatments.

My Birthday Gift from my husband...I came in for a Vanilla Orange Pedicure. This pedicure was to be 75 minutes long it was 60 minutes. The pedicure chair was so uncomfortable.The tech seems new and the service was weak. She skipped /forgot some steps of a basic pedicure.Ill not comeback nor refer this place.Very Disappointing!

I am also a massage therapist and have been searching around for a place to get a good massage. I have been to many spas in the area, though some are good, they dont compare to the experience I had here today. The spa is very clean, professional, and has great Zen when you walk in. Immediately they will put a heat pack on your neck while you wait for your appointment time which is very nice. The massage was one of the best I have had in a long time. Lora hit all the right places and is a great conversationalist, which is something I personally enjoy. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this spa and to see Lora for a massage. The prices are great and reasonable, as well as the add-ons. (The body butter is awesome!) You wont be disappointed.UPDATE: I like to keep my experience up to date. I come pretty much every week. I usually have great experiences. I have had great massage experiences with Lora, Jennie, Kendal, and Ryan (I wish he was still there). I have also had good experiences with having a pedicure and facial there as well!

Soft music, warm neck wrap, dimmed lights, water feature...I felt like I had been transported to some distant island with no cell service...but that last part is just because I turned my phone off😁.Beyond Spa knows their stuff. Nicole was my gal for the morning. She was so delightful.. .. easy to talk to and .. .. she did a great job. Im so pleased with the results. They offer gift certificates and a gazillion products to help continue the spa experience. Ill be going back.ps (my toes are so happy!)

I got a massage Monday night and it was quite possibly the worst massage I have ever gotten. The facility was fantastic, but two days later and I have multiple bruises on my body. At one point I thought that she had to be joking being like Monica Gellar from Friends. She talked the entire time, even telling herself “okay I’ll be quiet now” only to talk 2 minutes later. There was an area I told her to avoid multiple times and she just kept pushing her limit with it making me jolt out of fear. She didn’t even know what a hematoma was (it was from a horse fall over the summer) and asked to see it. Incredibly unprofessional. She was young and didn’t have much experience, maybe I can blame it on that. Maybe it was the last appointment of the day so she was spent. I am not sure. I am sure that it was an awful experience and I am sad I have to write a review like this.

I have gone to beyond spa several times and never had this issue until yesterday. I had a massage therapist yesterday who went too deep. Beyond spa did reimburse me. I explained medium pressure before she started and then asked her to lightened up, but she went back to deep. I hurt after my massage, more so this morning, and I couldn’t sleep because of pinching pain in my middle back. I have never struggled with back pain and I’m very worried about my spine. I may have some pinched nerves now and will need to see a chiropractor.

I’m visiting from Southern California and had a wonderful experience at Beyond Spa The facilities are great and environment very calming. LEE did a terrific job with my hot stone massage and facial. She connects well with her clients. You can tell instantly she loves what she does. She was also flexible and was willing to trade out one of my scheduled service’s for another. All the products they sell, they use during facials. Extremely reasonable priced, Hugh value. I look forward to my next visit to Utah, next month and will definitely have another great experience. I highly recommend.

Beyond spa used to be the number one place Id recommend my friends and family to go get a massage at. However, a few things have changed this. Firstly, theyve raised their pricing. While its not by a lot, its now on par with massage clinics around me that makes the drive less worth it to me to get up there. Secondly, a problem myself and my brother had is that the therapists we both had would NOT stop talking during our sessions. My brother is in law enforcement and works 50+ hours a week and his therapist chatted to him the entire time, ruining the relaxing aspect of his massage. (he was too shy to ask her to stop talking) My therapist (different from his) also tried talking to me. I kept giving short answers and not reciprocating in the conversation and it still took far too long for my therapist to get the hint. (even after talking about wanting stress relief and to relax after working 3 jobs that week)The pros of this place are that the spa its self is BEAUTIFUL. They offer a lot of different modalities and are very professional. (outside of the never ending talking problem) The neck wrap they give you at the door is absolute heaven and the front desk staff is always so courteous.However, now that their pricing is no longer a better option, I dont see myself going here as often and with the massage therapists talking the entire time, I dont have a reason to refer my friends and family here either.

Oh my goodness! I got an 80 minute facial with gorgeous, miss Savanah! It was DELIGHTFUL. I literally felt like every part of my body that she touched or massaged would float away until I was having some form of out of body experience and just in a blissful, meditative, trance. She has angel hands. Ive never had any professional make me feel so relaxed. And ohhh! When she got to my face, she massaged tension I didnt even realize I held in my face. I had so much weird pain I couldnt pin point and she just relieved it! Im so amazed and astounded. How on earth does anybody even learn to do everything she did! Shes a prodigy. I really do recommend her. Please give her a raise! Im gonna go nap now.

My husband booked me a massage on the fly tonight, I went and upon entering the atmosphere was great. The best thing was my masseuse though - Trevor. He really knew what he was doing and was very intuitive and knew just what I needed before I did. I could tell he was passionate about massage therapy and he was pleasant to talk to. He even gave me some tips in helping with some of my problem areas like my lower back. It was the best massage I’ve ever had - would definitely recommend going and asking for Trevor!

I think beyond spa is one of those hidden gems that you find once in a blue moon. The prices are so fair. The staff is friendly and the most important part is the workers are trained and do a great job. I have had massages and pedicures. Both were fantastic. I have had several different people do each and all were great.

A couple days ago I had my first appointment at Beyond Spa. I got an eyebrow wax/shaping. It was a 5-star experience. The spa is beautiful. The decor, including the furniture and a beautiful water feature, sets the mood for luxurious relaxation. The aesthetician, Nicole, was pleasant, professional, and personable. The hostess and cashier were pleasant and personable too. The charge for an eyebrow wax is $10. You cannot beat that price with a stick. Great service + Great setting + Great price. = a Great spa experience.

Wow!!! Never had an experience quite like that at a massage/spa... the professionals working here are very knowledgeable in the human anatomy. Very accommodating with same day appts! My husband did a tub soak and I had a 25 minute massage after a long day of skiing. Jenny was simply amazing and I felt very comfortable right away with it being my first massage. My sore neck is doing 1000x better after. Loved the ambience, but the best thing about the place is the reasonable prices. We loved our experience so much we got a spa package for my parents who live nearby and we will be back when we visit

I’ve been to Beyond Spa several times for various packages & services. My favorites are the hot stone massage & the facials. I love the products & scents they use for the different seasons, though the last package I had was summer (went through end of Sept) and they changed to their fall scents halfway through Sept so that was a bit disappointing as I was looking forward to the tropical scents. I love the warm neck wrap they give you upon arrival and the comfortable waiting areas with the low light & soft music; very relaxing!I’m most disappointed with their pedicures though. The chairs, while comfortable at first, don’t allow you to relax as they don’t have sides or armrests. If you’re in one by a wall, you can stack the pillows against the wall to lean on and it’s more comfortable. The polish never seems to last as long as when I go other places & their selection is much smaller (about 25 colors). I feel like they spend 70% of the time buffing/filing/painting & 30% rubbing/massaging. The leg/foot rub is why I get pedicures in the first place! So I stick to the massage & facials. They send me appt reminders, which I appreciate & I’ve only ever had 1 scheduling issue. The best place to go if you need some “me” time!

I got the 80 minute couple message and it was amazing. I did my part on communicating the parts I wanted rubbed harder and the therapist did a great job in putting forth the effort. I think her name was Jeanette or Jeannine? I felt like I lost ten pounds and all the knots were gone out of my back and bum. Very quiet and relaxing. She worked hard the entire time. Definitely going back! The staff was efficient and made it a great experience.

Took my daughter here for a 4 year old princess party. It was 15 dollars per person. They rubbed their hands put cucumbers on their eyes (which they ate), got a face massage, painted toes and rubbed feet. They were so good with the kids. My daughter loved it and they give you a super cute baggies for each person.

Absolutely love it at Beyond. I have had facials at a few other places but Beyond spa is the best. They take the time to listen to what you need before they start anything. Love the people and how helpful they are. They tell you about the products that are used so if you want to purchase them you can but there is no pressure to buy. And the plus... you feel amazing after your treatment.

Received the best massage of my life from Vicky! The spa itself is incredibly beautiful and relaxing from the moment you walk in. You’re given a heated rice pad for your neck at the front desk, and the whole building is so dimly lit, you can’t help but be relaxed instantly. 10/10 would go there to zen out, even if I didn’t have a massage booked.

Absolutely just had the best massage ever! I had surgery a month ago and Lora was very careful not to massage the area on my back. She made the experience very relaxing and I didn’t feel as though I missed out. My husband and I felt this was our best massage experience ever. Only downfall was it was only 50 minutes.

This place has a quality control issue. You never know what to expect - it could be perfectly fine or a right out disaster.I received a gift certificate so I started with a leg wax. Not only did the woman not know what she was doing, but the wax stuck to my legs and she was unable to pull it off in a long strip. The table I was on was also bare, meaning I was sitting on pleather, in a cold room, while the girl painstakingly picked every bit of wax off my legs piece by piece. At one point she knocked a bowl of starch on the floor and started cursing. I wanted a full leg wax, but had her stop half way because I could do better at home. As others have mentioned when I brought it up all I got was a, sorry bout that. No discount. She did after all wax half my leg never mind that it was painful awkward and unprofessional.My second service was a massage. It was great!... minus the fact that my legs had just been tortured. Calm. Relaxing. I thought it was just the wax girl. It was obvious that the massage therapist knew what she was doing.My third service (I had a certificate that I didnt want to waste) I got a massage again thinking of what a good experience that part had been. This time its a guy, no biggie. It was fine until about 5 minutes into the massage I realize that this guy has no intention of being quiet. Hes still asking me questions and talking and talking and talking and asking more questions... Dude, this isnt a get to know you moment. I want to sleep and NOT think about my problems. Needless to say my body felt great, but my brain wanted to punch the guy.

Id never gotten a professional massage before coming here but the staff walked my husband and I through every step and made us feel very comfortable. Like most spas, its somewhat pricey but not as expensive as many of the other locations in the area. Weve gone here several times now and every time I finish a session a feel much more relaxed. I highly recommend!

I loved Beyond Spa! Theyre very welcoming and sweet to guide you through especially since it was our first spa experience. Everything was very clean and the building was dimly lit and serene with a water feature running down the middle. Such a relaxing time and they put all of our worries at ease. Only down side was we had a couples pedicure which included treats but we were unable to eat them because they were so out of reach and we couldnt really lean to them at the risk of them messing up our pedicures. Otherwise, it was a fantastic experience and well definitely be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. My sister and I just barely got our eyebrows done, wax and tint. They waxed off ALL of my eyebrows and have no shape at all. My sister has pink eyebrows from her tint. I will NEVER let anyone touch my eyebrows again after this. Pray for my eyebrows to grow back fast.

2 of my co-workers told me how amazing this place was so I wanted to try it out. Heather was my masseuse. I came in on Friday the 26th at 1700. I ordered the Mother 2 be Retreat which is a 50 Minute Mother 2 Be Massage, Achy Ankles & Feet Relief, and Belly’s Gone Beyond (50 Minute Mother 2 Be Massage, Achy Ankles & Feet Relief, Belly’s Gone Beyond.(Allow 2 hrs / $130)In lieu of the 50 minute Mother 2 Be Massage, I opted for the 80 minute massage (that is 30 min extra added to the package) which instead of paying 130, I paid 151 for plus 10 tip which equal to the total being around 161. She started my massage at 1710 and she was done around 1900. I called the office when I got home to inquire about my additional 30 min because I thought Heather might have thought I ordered the 50 min plus the fixes as outlined in the package. They put me on hold and came back to tell me that my massage was a 2 hr massage because of the added fixes and because Heather was working alone and didnt take any breaks. So they robbed me of 30 min.To start with, it wasnt that great of a massage. The whole time I was extremely uncomfortable while laying on the table. I was twisting and turning which should Ive been a hint to Heather that I wasnt comfortable. I was readjusting myself and she didnt even ask to help out. I left the salon feeling dissatisfied and feeling ripped off of my hard earn money. That same exact night, my back and my shoulders were hurting and my partner had to give me another massage.I had high expectations for this place based on the reviews and friends recommendations but I was pretty disappointed with the service. Save your money or go somewhere else. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are very dishonest and will find a way to steal your minutes.

I go there to get my eyelashes and eyebrows tinted. They do a great job when it comes to tinting. If you are considering a manicure I would go elsewhere. I am rating them 3 stars because this last time I went to get tinting I included a manicure. My nails look good, not great. Looking at my nails afterward I see some areas of my cuticles that needed to be cleaned up better. The cost was $25 for a finger soak, cuticle trim, nail shape, lotion application and regular nail polish (they dont do gel nails). I am okay with not having gel nails, however I figured a basic manicure included a hand scrub. It appears my assumption was incorrect. She did bring ice water in a martini glass which was fun. I will keep going there for the tinting, but nothing else.

All I can say is Amazing!!! The ambiance, the service, the massage. This is a top notch spa. I would recommend Beyond Spa to all of my Family and Friends. Thank you so much Beyond Spa for the great experience. My wife and I loved the couples room. So relaxing!!!

I went there for my birthday and it was amazing. Best treatment and the people that work there were super happy and nice

Normally my wife and I enjoy our couples massage. However this one wasnt good for me. This masseuse rushed through my back and legs. Focusing mostly on my neck and shoulders. A lot of the time while she was working on my neck she kept breathing heavily in my face. It was not an enjoyable experience at all.

Love this spa! Very relaxing and very professional. Clean accommodations with a fun spa/gift store at the end when you check out. Massage therapists are professional with good bedside manner.

Great way to relax. We had a couples massage and now that Im writing this review ... Im thinking I need to get back soon :) Very relaxing retreat from a very busy and hectic world.
