Dr. Pugmire is very proficient at his trade and also very personable. We LOVE him and drive all the way from South West Salt Lake to see him!! He is our Dentist of choice in an area where there are PLENTY!!!

Dr. Brough is wonderful, he takes the time to talk with you about your procedure and during the visit he asked several times if I’m doing okay. His staff is kind and friendly as well. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I needed a new crown as we were driving through Utah. They got me right in and out in a little over an hour. Sadly, on the way to Layton the crown fell out. We tried many times to contact them through their emergency number to no avail.UPDATE!!We finally connected. Their phone system had gone down due to the recent storm. The Dentist and his number one assistant came in on Saturday and made me a new crown. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

I want to give ZERO stars but its not option. Dr Burrough and his staff are extremely rude and have horrible customer service. I was completely ignored, they did not acknowledge me as a human being at ALL. There was no hi how are you, from the initial checking in at the receptionist to when they took me to my room-NO ONE was nice to me, they all ignored me and left me in the room wondering whats happening, Dr Burrough came in and he was chatting with his assistant the whole time, not even talking to me if im okay or how im doing........HORRIBLE CLINIC AND DOCTOR.....PLEASE AVOID.............They treated me like nobody, like a ghost....btw they mest up my filling because Dr Burrough was busy chatting and it hurts.......................

I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist. I came to Ridge Park for an emergency toothache. Dr. Pugmire was seriously THE BEST. I am actually seriously considering switching my regular dentist to him. He let me know that, while fixing my teeth is important, making me feel comfortable while doing so is of utmost important. He was extremely easy to talk to, gave me all of my options and discussed them and answered any questions I had. I was very grateful for him and I’m so glad I went to them for my emergency.

Dr. Brough and his staff are great. They always take the time to answer all of my questions. They are friendly and personable. I dont feel like Im being pushed through like cattle. I have already recommended friends of mine go there and would do so for anyone else as well.

Dr. Pugmire is an amazing Dentist. He takes the time to really hear your concerns and then does everything he can to try and solve the issue or make it better. He makes you feel comfortable and able to speak your mind and he is great at what he does. You know he really cares about his patients when they are in his office or even out of the office. If something happens to your teeth when you’re not in his office he tells you to let me know and he will help anyway he can. It’s a great feeling to like going to the dentist knowing you’re in good hands!

Poor beside manners. Dr Brough was ok but after several visits (I had some cavities) and several different assistants, I left for another practice. I expressed my anxiety in one visit and the assistant tried to “sympathize” by going on and on about how much she hates needles. Yeah girl, me too. Didn’t need to be reminded of those fears while I am waiting to be stabbed in the mouth.

Ive been going to Dr. Brough for several years and take my kids. When it comes to a dentist you dont want to take chances! I trust Dr. Brough because he always keeps up on the latest research and techniques. He never gives me the simple answer but discusses options in depth.Were self pay (no dental insurance) and theyre honest and fair with pricing - once they called to tell me they were reducing my bill by several hundred dollars. That meant a lot because I never wouldve known what the prices were if they had they not informed me.The office is clean and well organized. Hes done an excellent job with our teeth. The photo is of my daughter. She had to get 4 teeth pulled yesterday. Im so thankful shes healing and not traumatized. I have bad memories from aggressive dentists who hurt me more than was necessary. Im glad shes not going to have the same! The little touch like the tokens to let the kids pick out a prize after, the princess toothbrush and the movies help so much!

I was shaking when i walked into the dentist office. It had been 25+ years since I have been to a dentist. Dr. Brough and assistant were just the best. Dr. Brough was so patient and explained everything he was doing. I see him again next week. And i am not scared.

I rarely give one-star reviews, but this office is worth it. They make false diagnoses to try to scam you out of money. My brother was told he had two cavities (which had never happened before) one visit, and the next visit was told he had two cavities on different teeth. Well, they fixed it. Anyway, I went another time, and they told me I had a cavity. I went to another dentist for a second opinion because I had no history of cavities and no pain, and the other doctor said there was no cavity there. Dont waste your time or money with a bad diagnosis here, go somewhere else.

My family have been longtime patients of Dr. Brough. We have enjoyed coming to his practice through the years. Its so nice that he keeps up on all the latest dental innovations (Same day crowns-Cerac and Invisalign). We are very fortunate to have found a dentist and we trust!

I first made an appointment here because it was the only dentist that had the hours I needed. ...but I keep coming back because they make me feel informed and calm.Then after I had a bad experience with my child pediatric dentist, I contacted him for a second opinion. Dr. Brough agreed with some of the conclusions the previous dentist had, but suggested a lot less work be done. Although the outcome would have been similar, I feel much better after talking to Dr. Brough. He took the time to explain things to me and the pros and cons to the options. His demeanor was calm and gave me a sense of confidence in his ability carryout the procedure. My child is very anxious perhaps because of the former experience. Dr. Brough was so patient as he coached her through the experience.

I have autism and I need doctors to tell me whats going to happen BEFORE they do it rather than AS theyre doing it. These guys rush me too much and dont tell me beforehand what Im going to expect. Going here was a huge waste of time and money for me.
