Nurse Lisa and Dr. Diaz did a great job today! Our son had a nasty fall that resulted in 16 stitches and they handled him wonderfully!

I have to say all around this facility was fantastic. When going in the building is clean and well kept. The young lady working the front desk was very kind as well as helpful. The nurse who took my vitals, escorted me to my room and assisted the doctor was also very kind and helpful. The doctor was kind, knowledgeable and very willing to help. Lastly the nurse who discharged and escorted me out was very kind and helpful. All around a very pleasant experience. A big thank you to the staff!

I was a WALK IN and was greeted promptly. I waited 30 minutes and was seen promptly. The PA and nurse were very professional and nice and quick. In all my experiences at such clinics, today was the easiest and most pleasant ever.

The professionals in this office are outstanding! We got an appointment In just one hour after calling. Once at the office, everyone was very helpful checking in and verifying our insurance. Dr Diaz has to be one of the best of the best! She diagnosed my son quickly, accurately, called in our prescriptions and had us out the door! Always a delight to have a positive experience after being sick for several days prior! Hats off to you all! Thank you!

I was a walk-in so I was there about 3 hours. Kind staff. Bottled water on hand. Pleasant very clean waiting room. Very clean. My only complaint is this. Too warm for me in the closed room waiting for the doctor. I would rather wait in open waiting area until they are ready to see me. Closed rooms for privacy I understand. Too hot and no cups for water. No paper towels. No faucet to wash hands. I like water to drink. Thats me.

They are always very nice and helpful! It’s always very nice to see a Doctor that you trust and Dr. Delarosa is just that. Thank you for always giving great care.

I went here for my DOT physical since every other place was booked to capacity. I wasn’t there too long and the doctor was super sweet and funny as well as the staff being quite pleasant and friendly. Definitely recommend and will return if needed!

On April 26, 2021, my grandson injured his hand and to put his mother and my mind at ease, we decided to take him to an urgent care clinic. The first clinic we went to would not see him.So we got on the phone and ended up calling WellFast. My gosh, were we lucky we found them. We were able to get right in and the entire staff, from the check-in to the physician and everyone in between just gave us the warmest welcome and calming atmosphere. We cannot possibly recommend them more highly and we see why they were voted #1 in Lawton.Thank you everyone at WellFast.

The fast pass I set my appointment online showed up they were quick to get me in check me over the nurse practitioner was absolutely fantastic and and kind and thorough..

Dr. D treated me today. Ive been having sinus infection with allergies for about a month. Less than an hour later, I am already feeling better, thanks to the decadron injection. The clinic is clean and I checked in online with the updated computer system. I was taken back in about 20 minutes and then 5 to 10 minutes in the back. This is how an urgent care needs to be run. Fast and efficient care!

Very rude staff when having concerns made appt online easy but when I showed up they said my appt time was pushed back 117 minutes, what is the point to even schedule if you change them when you want? Have done this last 3 times, will not be back!

I started message and didnt finish it. But to explain, my trip to wellfast was one of my best experiences to see a Doctor. This Doctor was very good I cant remember an experience that turned out so well.

First off i want to say i TOTALLY get the whole covid thing. But to leave. A patient waiting in the heat for a hour and a half is a bit much. Then when they finally get inside where its cool to sit there another hour just to find out. Its going to be another hour and half. Then we leave we had been gone 15 mins get a call that we can be seen. We rush back to the clinic just to sit there another hour in this waiting room.We were livid by the we left!The staff was rude! The ladies that anwser the phone are completely snotty. The one at the front desk/window seems to be a completely clueless about EVERYTHING!I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE!!

Stay away from this place unless you like waiting hours for everything. Even with an appointment, I waited an hour and a half and then it took them almost 3 hours to send my prescription to the pharmacy. I get things are crazy with COVID but if youre going to run late with appointments that you FORCE people to make, you need to make an effort to let them know that you are 90 minutes behind instead of making them wait in the parking lot sick in the heat for 90 minutes.

Lets just say after I left that day I will NEVER go back. To personal to explain why.

Rudest staff I have ever encountered. I didnt get seen until almost an hour after my estimated wait time. I was involved in a small work accident and have a surgery coming up for my endometriosis. I was concerned that I may have took a hard hit and ruptured a cyst or something but I couldnt afford to go to my regular doctors office that day, so my boss sent me there. After hours of waiting I decided I wanted to go home as I had a telephone appointment regarding and I would just figure out if I was okay at my preop appointment the next day. I called my job and they said I would not be penalized at work for leaving the doctors office after being there literally all day. I tried to get the receptionist to take me off the list but she was very rude and refused. Then the actual appointment itself was awful, I did not want to be there and I was left very confused. I tried to tell the doctor about my surgery and condition but I feel it went in one ear and out the other. He rubbed my whole torso and jammed his fingers into my lower abdomen to see how I would react. I have cysts so obviously no matter what that it highly uncomfortable, the cysts are heavier on my left side and ever since the exam my left side still hurts. My paperwork claims I have contusion and to take medication that my doctors said I CANNOT take before a surgery. I feel like their diagnosis was hastily done and now Im having to bring all these new concerns up in my preop appointments. I should have just walked out when they refused to let me leave.

My second time going here. I really liked the Dr. I saw. I was in and out in a little over an hour with making an appointment the night before. Last time I waited forever to be seen. But this time, they would not send my prescription to the military base pharmacy and would not give me a written prescription. The assistant/nurse said that they are privately owned and the owners chose not to write them even though I asked so that I could go to my pharmacy on base. So I had to go to a pharmacy off post. This was not the same issue I had last time a year ago. I will not be returning to this urgent care due to this issue.

The person who answered the phone was helpful, caring, and got my son an appt. right away. The nursing staff were all very friendly and kind. This was my first time going here for urgent care and everyone who attended me were extremely kind and helpful. I normally get nervous going to any clinic or hospital but I felt very comfortable here.I wished I could’ve gotten the names of the nurses who helped me. They were so energetic and attentive at such an early hour. Dr. Delarosa offered the best care I’ve had in a while now. He explained everything to me in clear detail and was understanding of my condition.I went for something most find embarrassing, like I do, but they made me feel comfortable and safe with them. The wait time is inevitable but is it a lot quicker than what I normally wait for in Reynolds at Fort Sill.Lastly, it was super clean and safe according to COVID regulations. I definitely recommend this place for urgent care!

The staff is friendly and efficient. However, on my last visit I did not receive my lab results in time to travel. The office is closed today, so I will jave to retest tomorrow.

This clinic is professional and nice. Steven has been our nurse with each visit and hes professional and kind . Highly recommend this clinic. The only thing I dont like is the test results are always encrypted and I cant download them on a lap top desk top or phone. Only hasstle I have

I came here to be seen for a workmans comp issue. I was (and still am) in a lot of pain, and not able to really even stand up without it really hurting. I was put in a wheelchair and sat in the waiting area for about an hour before being triaged. Once I was triaged, I was pushed into a room to wait for another hour and a half in pain so bad I was crying and almost threw up. I was stuck in that uncomfortable wheelchair. Then, when I was wheeled around for the required drug screening, I was wheeled feet first into the wall by the toilet, causing more pain. I was wheeled into the wall again when being taken for x-rays. When the doctor (I use that term loosely here) checked me out, and could clearly see I was in pain when she moved my ankles, she told me it was just bruises and I will be sore but can go back to work the next day and to ice and elevate my feet and take Motrin. I was also given a shot of Toradol. Well, Motrin isnt helping the pain AT ALL, and I woke up in so much pain in the middle of the night that I was puking and crying again. If I had a choice, I wouldnt have gone to that wellfast clinic. Im still going to go to my own urgent care to be seen for a second opinion, because I cant function with this pain. I need to be able to get proper treatment and get back to work.UPDATE: I went to my own doctor to be seen again for a second opinion. Their diagnosis was that my ankle is sprained pretty badly, and I still have tenderness, bruising and pain in areas where I had fallen. My doctor has me out of work until at least September 5th. I also have to do physical therapy for recovery. Funny...I dont know who would need physical therapy for just bruises. Had I not gone to my doctor for a second opinion and gotten better treatment, my injuries could have ended up much worse, having long-term affects due to the Wellfast Clinic of Lawton giving me the wrong diagnosis. Im wondering how many others have been treated badly or misdiagnosed by them. The reason I went to my own doctor to be seen was because when I called the Wellfast Clinic on the 29th of August to tell them I was still in pain and couldnt walk or put weight on my left foot, they were very rude to me, and let me know that even if I did go back to see them they would tell me the same thing they did on the 27th of August. I refuse to ever go back to that clinic after the way I was treated by their staff. If I had the choice, I wouldnt have gone there in the first place.

The Doctor and his nurse were amazing. WI needed to get my littles seen and I registered online around 330 and they had their video chat at 520 and 540. Had a little technical difficultly, they called and walked me through the process to make sure my boys were seen. Great experience and mucb better then going to ER or waiting to be seen at the office.

I had a video chat with my 5 year old daughter. My appoinment was at 4:15pm and I was seen at 4:35pm. However, they did immediately advise me that there was a short delay, but it was worth it. I definitely reccomend video visits with Urgent Care during this time of uncertainty.

Scheduled an appointment online for my 1 year old son that appears to have an infection.They rescheduled my appointment to a video chat without my permission and expected me to be ok with them treating my sons possible infection and showing my babies private parts over an internet video call. Not ok!I called and was given no resolution so I cancelled my appointmentBig mistake! We will wait until our normal doctor is open in 30 minutes.

I had a few technical difficulties trying to set up my appointment but other than that it was professional courteous fast service Dr. Garcia was awesome.

I initially was going in person but because of my symptoms it was moved to virtual. Virtual was almost like going in person. The Dr. communicated well and asked several questions to identify the problem. This was quick and simple. Thank you Wellfast!

The staff were professional and very pleasant and took the time to explain my video/virtual visit. The doctor took her time with me, answered my questions and was very thorough. I wish they have a family practice office somewhere.

They were so knowledgeable, so informant, so helpful, they even gave me a Covid test just to make sure (my conditions) my body reactions and injuries results were not related to Covid ,it made me at ease,,,then we concentrated on the real reasons my body aches and the treatments ,,,they were so helpful

They were very quick and the person who texted to verify the appointment was quick to respond, patient and super helpful. They were able to get both me and my daughter in for our COVID test at the same time. We waited less than 10mins for our virtual visit and immediately afterward got our tests. 20mins later we had our results.

Well set up an appt in the morning. Jumped through hoops. Went in for my appt and they did little to nothing to solve a payment discrepancy in which i had no control over. Now its late in the day and i have to take another day off work. Save yourself the time and effort... Go somewhere else. Not to mention. This place is rundown and not very cleanly. Woman at the front wasnt wearing a mask half the time and didnt sanitize. Give it a few months and it will be another empty store front.

I had a virtual visit with Wellfast Urgent Care. Everything went smoothly. The doctor eased my mind with my concerns of Covid symptoms. The nurse gave me a COVID test and I am waiting for my results without stress or worries.Thanks Wellfast.

Unsure yet my issue was bites doctor did not act like she was too sure of herself and said well I will give you shot and meds just in case they get infected .. If you are not sure what you are treating get someone else to look and check and see if they have seen anything like this. Then waited 45 minutes after doctor was done for them to come in with shot crazy

I dont think they share notes but they get the job done. The notes should help bridge some gaps but they get it done

I was given a covid test. It was a convenient visit for me.

I did a virtual visit because i was concerned about some symptoms I had developed and the Dr determined that I needed to come in and do a covid-19 test which was quick and easy.

The video appointment is great for safe face to face consult prior to going to the clinic to minimize wait time.

Theres a lady with short blonde hair and her attitude towards me was rude and very disrespectful my appointment was 11-11-2020 she was mad cause i had to reschedule my appointment for the next day cause i had another appointment to get to and the way she was speaking to her co wprkers was rude i informed her co worker the lady attitude is bad and she has no customer service skills her other co worker apologized for her rude behavior but i told her she shouldnt be apologizing for her co worker

I’ve gone twice and receive excellent service! Both the nurse practitioners, doctors and nurses listened to you before explaining a diagnoses best for your symptoms. The first time I was a walk-in without checking in online. There was a wait, but that’s given. The second time I checked in online and was in and out in less than 40 minutes! I definitely feel heard and cared for here!

I was here. Workers comp, I was here for a few hours . The staff are very professional up frontThe dr and nurses are very friendly and caring , they are extremely supportive. The time there was great. Having a good laugh about what happened to me etc . I can give this place 4 1/2 stars here . It can get very busy here.

It went well. They stayed after it long enough to see what my problam was.

Doc was nice and helpful however they said to be there at 9:40 am for a 10am apt and I wasnt seen until after 11. So expect long waits even with apts.

For my first time going the staff was friendly and they actually gave me a straight answer to my health problem.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would in a heartbeat . My daughter appointment for a double ear ache that I scheduled the night before was cancelled due to not hearing from me and my he receptionist said I put my phone number in wrong wich isnt true . I made sure my information was in correctly.i wouldnt take my dog to these people they are rude and unprofessional.

I had a great experience at Welfast Urgent Care in East Lawton. I booked my appointment on line and got in a few minutes before that. Dr. Bowman was fast and efficient. She asked questions and listened to me and quickly prescribed what I needed to get well. The nurses and staff were friendly and courteous. I have been there many times and will continue to go.

The priority in which a patient is to be seen was horrible. My wife was very sick and needed to be seen after a long day of work she waited over 2 hours just to be called back and the staff didn’t care. If I could give no stars I would. It seems to me this place has a lack of patient care and doing that in a timely manner. Please I would recommend going to an ER before this place.

Their follow-up policy leaves something to be desired. I went to another doctor after they did an initial appointment and failed to follow up without charging me another 80$ when I seriously needed pain medication (shingles) which they neglected to even offer despite me being 7/10 pain (agony) and the fact that i am having sores in the head area is risk of permanent hearing and/or vision loss and/or death from encephalitis. Way to go, Wellfast. Just needed 5 minutes of your time after already paying you 80 dollars for 20 minutes of your time. I will be going to a different doctor so that I get actually cared for.

This urgent care was quick and I received the care I needed without waiting hours. The only reason I did not give it a five was if I had my kids there was no bathroom that I saw in waiting room. That would have been an issue. But the staff were very polite and the facility was very clean.

I have known and been treated by Dr Delarosa off and on for over 10 years. you will not find a better, more competent and caring urgent care doctor anywhere. The staff has always been polite and professional. Definitely Lawtons best.

It was a wonderful experience!

I knocked on the door because I didnt have any way to call and the receptionist just looked at me and left me and my sick son outside for almost fifteen minutes. Finally another lady came and opened the door, asked why we were there, asked if I had a phone, I said no that were homeless and my son just had an earache and she said let me see if I can do anything closed the door and went back in. Sat outside in the heat for a little bit longer before we just left. Extremely disappointed. Can not believe they would treat a sick homeless 3 year old child this way.

Sliced my finger. There were three others before me and others in the treatment rooms but I was seen relatively quickly. The treatment was appropriate to the wound and the doctor suggested a tetanus shot which was a good idea since I hadnt had one in many years. The staff was friendly and courteous. I cant say enough good things about this place.

This is a clinic that advertises the “fastpass” to avoid waiting in line. Unfortunately that was not my experience, after waiting to come to the clinic until I was texted that I need too I was still in the waiting room for an hour & 45 minutes. Where I’m confident the front desk lady said patients are seen on the severity of their cases. If that’s true, why would I even use the fastpass option. Then to come to a room & wait another 15 minutes to be seen by a doctor after being triaged. I’m sharing my experience to stress that today this was not a fast & easy place to come to be treated as I am in town for the holidays & don’t have a primary care physician here. My advice is don’t come here today unless it’s an absolute necessity or you would like to waste upward of 2-3 hours of your day.
