Went there a few months back. I have three federally diagnosed disabilities that Exempted be from wearing a mask. Disabilities earned in 4 Tours in Combat. The citys official guidance was if you had those qualifying disabilities you were exempt. I tried to explain this to the receptionist, a female who was extremely rude about it. Who then got the owner who told me if I did not put on a mask I had to get out. I tried to explain the same to him.They blatantly violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by discriminating against me because of my disabilities, and then treated me like trash because of it. I went to a different lab in Marlow that had no problem whatsoever and were extremely kind and helpful. Theyve recognized and respected the law, and treated me with the utmost respect.Its a sad day when a wounded warrior comes home, goes to a business in a military town, and is discriminated against because of his disabilities.

The phlebotomist here is always awesome! The front desk personnel is hit and miss with attitude. Being a medical professional myself, I would expect a consistent professional and pleasant experience each and every visit. But, we all have our own standards of business. I go because again the phlebotomist is awesome!

Good place for drug or COVID testing.

I needed to have my blood drawn for a private lab test I had ordered on line. The tech was very helpful and processed all lab materials for overnight shipping. She was very good at drawing the 8 tubes I needed. I highly recommend this lab.

The staff was friendly and professional. The office was clean. I was a cash pay client and the prices were reasonable. My doctors received the results faxed to them within 12-24 hours. Ill definitely use them again if needed.

Please note: The Physician referenced in these reviews is an employee of the State of Oklahoma Disability Division. They just rent day space here in our facility. All reviews should be directed to the Social Security in Oklahoma City. As for the comments on drug and alcohol testing we follow the protocol mandated for State licensed facilities.The hours of operation are online or anyone can call and get the information needed from one of our friendly staff. I would give this place a negative star if I could. Why would you be open until 5 and say oh you are late if you come in at 4:20pm. This place isnt the only place that has employees. Some of us work until 3:30 and have to pick our children up at 3:45. Snide comments about come during lunch .. . explain how I do that with a 30 minute lunch and I work on fort Sill .. .Ever seen the traffic for fort Sill at army lunchtime. To top it off the doctor in this office lied and said I could at least pretend to bend. All in all this is typical of the great customer service you receive in Lawton, Oklahoma. You can tell the doctors and staff DONT care about their patients anymore. They act like the pay off they get from social security is enough they dont have to act human or treat their patients like customers,

I’ve been to this lab several times never had a problem. There the first place that I went to and didn’t blow my vein . Very gentle and caring

Told by an employer to be here by noon for a 5 minute drug test. Drove over 50mi one way and arrived @ 11:30am. Was REFUSED to be tested because we Close @ noon but stop taking people @ 11am. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. A U.A. takes less than 5 min to perform. Pee in a cup, dip test strip, compare to chart. YET STILL REFUSED after explaining we will have had to have driven over 100mi round trip. Their only response, sorry, youll just have to come back another day. Meanwhile they sit behind desk twiddling their thumbs waiting for noon so they can have their early weekend. What a POS buisness. Also, theres NO sign on the building, just on the parking lot. Appearance is like a SHADY back-alley operation instead of a professional Medical Lab. Disgusted with their service.

This is the most unprofessional place l have ever encountered. The people working there were rude and didnt answer any questions l asked. After a urine test, l was not told the reading of my results. All he did was stick something in the cup and said no you have to do it again. l asked what was wrong and they said dont worry about it you just have to do it again. How are you supposed to fill up another cup within minutes of releasing? l stayed there for almost 2 more hours with a tiny cup to drink out of going back and fourth to the water fountain to fill it up to try again. I could not due to daycare issues so l left and they said well you just fail.

The doctor was insulted me and accused me of being a liar. Didn’t seem to care for his job at all nor did he know what he was talking about. Would not recommend this place to anyone

Make sure you leave your wallet in your car or count your money before you leave. They made me leave my wallet with them and $300 was missing. Called the police there was nothing they could do.
