Question the five star reviews. Salveos first concern is money. Im a mom and accustom to dealing with differing health care providers over the years. This is easily one of the worst: they leave patients on hold 10+ minutes, or returns calls 3-4 days later, if at all, repeated Rx mix-ups, she has not seen a DR just a type of PA. Unprofessional and blatantly uncaring about patients - but they do show a focus on their efficiency & profits.

Melinda has gone over and beyond for me and my medical needs ! .I do miss Lindsay because she did the same.I would recommend this very Complement Group of Professionals Doctors and nurses to anyone with mental health needs.I’ve finally found the right clinic after Decade’sThe wrong clinical help.

When you do research online, if you don’t focus on scholarly articles you get a lot of horror stories. Don’t let them discourage you. Undergoing the TMS electroshock process was a little painful at first, and I recommend taking painkillers prior to sessions, but everything else was fantastic. Lindsay is so warm and wonderful, the staff was welcoming and understanding, and worked with us to make sure everything was in order and that TMS was indeed the right choice. It has been years since I have been able to wake up in the morning and actually get up. I don’t lay in bed feeling tired and heavy and unmotivated. Washing my hair doesn’t seem like an insurmountable chore. And I have been able to get back to doing things I used to enjoy. I can focus on moving forwards instead of feeling like a constant let down and disappointment to the people I love. Thank you very much for everything.

I would have to rate Lawrenceville location a 5. Dr. Hashmi is a wonderful Dr. He truly listened to me and cared about what I had to say. I also spoke with Robyn on several occasions. She great and always follows up and answers your emails quickly. I also done TMS with Lindsay and she’s the best! She’s down to earth, she cares about you and she willing to help in every way she can. She’s a valuable employee to Dr Hashmi. She wears many hats in that office. While I was there, I saw her helping everyone. The pharmacist Tina and her staff and wonderful. They always check on me and keep up with my medication. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need.

TMS is a miracle treatment. It is tough to start with & good some time to get the settings right for me to get the machine in the right place. But after a few treatments it was smooth sailing the rest of the way.TMS has been the deciding factor to treat my chronic long term depression which has been resistant to meds and psychotherapy alone.I recommend thus treatment highly. I am done with the 36 treatments and after a few days of adjustment to no more txs I’m doing well & back to work

Doctor said he could not help me in a bipolar manic depressive crisis after seeing me two times. This is how people in mental health crisis end up in situations where they want to harm themselves. It takes a lot to walk into a doctors office and admit you need help. If you struggle with mental health you know what I mean. Clearly, this just for the money for him. He claimed to be doing this 30 years and when I told him nothing worked for me long term medecine wise, he told me he could not help and walked out the door leaving the other nurse in there to say there was nothing she could do either. Please take this from someone who has seen a life times worth of doctors, been to many pshychiatric hospitals, and been on a ton of different medications over a long period of time... if you are looking for someone to work with you and be empathetic. AVOID THIS DOCTOR. If you are a loved one trying to seek help for your family member, AVOID HIM. If you dont take his first suggestion, he will show you the door!HE IS IN IT FOR THE MONEY! HE WALKED OUT WHILE I WAS BEGGING FOR HIM TO HELP ME AND TOLD ME HE COULD NOT HELP ME AND I WAS NOT THE KIND OF PATIENT HE WANTED TO TREAT.

Dr Hashmi is a complete scan artist and he only aims to take your money. He over prices pointless visites and doesnt care at all about your well-being. I do not recommend this place for anyone who is looking to make progress, Dr. Hashmi and his team are not at all understanding to their patients but they are very convincing. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU , TAKING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IS THE AGENDA AT SALVEO.

If your situation becomes the least bit complicated, like your meds stop working, they will drop you like a hot potato. Not friendly to Aspergers patients. But if you need drugs and your insurance is straight Medicare, they take it. Viewpoint, the Gwinnett county provider, is better.

I have been taking my kids to Flowery Branch location for some time not. And I have to say that everyone there has been so nice and caring to us all. My kids see Crystal and she is great with them. She hears what they have to say and helps. And not just pushing medications for them to take. But with really coping skills. The Doctor license to what my kids have to say as well. The front desks lady is very good too. If you need to know anything she is the one to talk to about it. She has made it so easy for not only me but others to get a hold of them for anything that we may need. If you or someone you know needs help I would say to go to them.

Id think if Dr. Hashmi was going to sling (yes, sling because you get mechanically processed with no scholarly analysis) major personality disorder/mental illness diagnosiss and even more crucially, prescriptions such as Benztropine hed order more evaluations such as an MRI. Now the pharmacy is saying my primary care has ordered Benztropine for me. I know this is just to make me feel crazy because my primary care Dr. doesnt even know Ive been prescribed Benztropine. We all think yall are shady. *clap, clap, clap Now can you be professional and scholarly? Id need an MRI to prove Parkinsons before taking any meds for it.

I began seeing Dr. Hashmi when he had very little patients and his office was a tiny two room place off highway 29. I am an RN and very knowledgeable about mental health. I have a history of OCD and horrible anxiety. When I was waiting in this office I could hear him talking to every patient. And no lie, EVERY patient was told they were Bipolar. I literally went into his room and told him I could hear him and I asked if “Bipolar was the diagnosis of the decade?.” He shrugged it off but guess what he told me? I was Bipolar too! Ha! I told him he wasn’t my first doc and my other moved away - but I have ANXIETY! My siblings/father all the same. Lexapro works great for all my sisters. But nope - he wanted to put me on stronger meds. I liked his personality so I continued to see him. I also didn’t listen to my gut. I stated on his medications. Well - they did NOT help my anxiety. I told him this...but he moved and he got bigger and bigger to the point I literally could go a year without seeing him. I saw Jaqueline who was great - but not him. U know he gets paid though! I took my daughter to him when he built my trust. He told her his family history and told her to get a powerful job and “the money will come. Look at me? I work hard and now the money has come.” Since then he is bigger. I had it with him though when I had a lot of overwhelming anxiety and he wanted to put me on Zyprexa - for schizophrenia or serious psychosis. I called him a pill pusher who NEVER LISTENED! He slithered (literally looked terrified) - and said he to call his attorney and I couldn’t see him anymore! Haha! I wasn’t coming back to him. I have a new therapist that LISTENED. I am on just Lexapro instead of 3 pills with Hashmi. I am the healthiest I have ever been. I will be reporting him to the Medical Board too. He “treats and streets” as we say in an ER!Please get a second opinion if he started trying to put you on serious mind altering drugs!!!

I called to make an appointment, and they left a message telling me to fill out their new patient paperwork. In their new patient paperwork, it states they do not prescribe medication for adults with ADHD. ADHD is a neurodevelopmental disorder that lasts for a lifetime. It does not disappear after childhood. They are choosing to neglect patients who need help.

They addressed my sons needs all while making me feel comfortable with the decision making process. I wasnt rushed.

Do not go here. They will scam you out of your money. I was told my session would be for an hour and paid a reasonable amount out-of-pocket to see the doctor. Later during the appointment, the doctor informs me that he only does 30 minutes sessions. They ripped me off by charging me double what anyone else would pay, they dont seem to care, and there is nothing I can do about it. I just got hung up on at the front desk. Will not be returning and I suggest the same of everyone else who doesnt like unexpectedly paying double for an agreed upon service.

Ive had a very good experience at Salveo Integrative Health in Flowery Branch. The staff is very nice and I feel like my therapy is beneficial. The therapist I see is kind and compassionate. Jessica Frias at the front desk is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. The office is always clean, calming, and professional looking.

Short wait times, great therapist a wholesome feeling when youre there. Doctor doesnt push medication on you but really listens. Would recommend anyone to go there for psychiatric help and psychology.

I like the fact that they do vitals every single time you go in there instead of just handing out meds, but I wish my doctor would get a little bit more personal so that we could regulate some of my meds.

Waited 40 minutes past my appt time, no big deal. Front office people were pleasant. My frustration was with the doctor I saw. He seemed checked out during my appointment. Repeatedly picked up his cell phone, didn’t offer any valuable information when I inquired about behavioral therapy, and blew off my comments about adverse reactions I’d experienced in the past to an Rx he wrote for me. I took the damn prescription paper home. At least I have something to show for the $189 I spent. I will not be making the suggested 2 week follow up appointment, bye Felicia!

They were reluctant to acknowledge vital information regarding pervious head trama and the antipsychotic reality of the patient.

So my daughter is a patient at Saveo. Doctors changed dosage of medication without notifying the pharmacy. my daughter had called them daily monday - Friday with no return phone call. DOCTOR IS TOO CHEAP TO STAFF HIS OFFICE PROPERLY. POOR SHELBY. I TRIED CALLING THEM 5 TIMES WHILE TAKING TIME FROM MY BUSINESS TO DRIVE OVER ONLY TO FIND A WAITING ROOM FULL OF PEOPLE WITH NO FRONT DESK ATTENDANT. I WAS TOLD WE HAD TRIED TO CALL THEM 5 TIMES THIS MORNING AND MY DAUGHTER CALLED FOR THE PAST 5 DAYS WITH NO RETURN PHONE CALL. FRONT OFFICE STAFF TOLD ME WE WILL CALL HER WHEN WE CAN....WE GET 2500 PHONE CALLS A DAY. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS PICTURE. TIME FOR A CALL TO THE MEDICAL BOARD. NO COMPASSION. ANY OFFICE WRITING MOOD DRUG PRESCRIPTIONS BY LAW HAS TO RETURN PHONE CALLS AND ATTEND TO THEIR PATIENTS PROPERLY. 2500 PHONE CALLS A DAY IS NO EXCUSE.

I went to this office for several months, but decided to start seeing someone new because of several issues I had with this place. The biggest reason I decided to stop going was the lack of customer service. It is important for patients seeing a psychiatrist to be able to get in touch with their doctor during urgent situations. On two different occasions I called to move an appointment up, but had to leave a voicemail both times. I was never called back. The second time this happened, I sent an email stating that I had never been called back and a week had past since I initially left the message.The other reason I decided to stop going was poor bed side manner and lack of knowledge around medications being prescribed. During my first several appointments I felt like the nurse practitioner I was seeing didnt believe anything I was saying. Only after I showed her a mood chart over the last several months did her attitude towards me change. Additionally, when she prescribed medications, she could not answer questions about the side effects, what I could expect from it, etc. Instead, she handed me the companys brochure about the medication.

My medical visa account card was copied and used repeatedly without my knowledge, when I had three active insurance cards that they agreed to file but did not use. VERY FREQUENT TURN OVER IN OFFICE AND OTHER HIGH UP STAFF. THUMBS DOWN

My husband seems to like the doctor so far, but the office has been a complete nightmare. They change the person that you are seeing at the very last minute, don’t answer the phones, don’t call back, and change the price every time you try to pay. Isn’t busband wants to keep going for consistency but I would not recommend even starting here.

This place is very unorganized. They never return your calls. You rarely see the actual Psychiatrist, and they dont even evaluate how a child is doing. They just push increasing or changing medications. It also takes calling them several times to get the correct answer. They increased our sons medication dosage but accidentally wrote something different on the label than what they meant. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Attempted to schedule a new patient appointment with a psychiatrist for my son but it’s nearly impossible to reach anyone in real time. You have to wait 24-48 hours to receive a return call and if you miss the return call you will have to repeat the waiting process again. What I found to be unprofessional is when inquiring if there was another way to scheduler an appointment I was told the schedule works just like I do and is taking calls all day. Really? That is how these employees respond to customers?

Absolutely terrible staff. They charge you for anything they can think of and then up the prices last minute. The main doctor is also extremely rude and comes into therapy sessions and reads the therapists notes out loud to you with the door open and treats you like your stupid. Dont waste your time.

Terrible place to take your child! I am a single mother of two and because I missed an appointment they would not see my child unless I paid $75. My child needed their medicine for school. Every time my child came to the office they only spent a max of ten minutes. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

This doctor is extremely rude and impulsive.He does not take his time with his patients.. He decides on your condition in seconds and tells you a diagnosis. Do not trust his opinion.. Stay away from this money making so called clinic. You will be charged for every thing.this place should be shut down by proper authorities

If I could give this place negative stars I would. The office is in two separate buildings but no one tells you that. The waiting room is always overcrowded to the point where people sit on the floor. The girls at the desk are terrible at checking people in in a timely manner, and the doctor stares at his computer instead of having a conversation with you. Thats the tip of the iceberg. My own personal experiences over three visits have been abysmal. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but now Im actively searching for a new doctor .

I CANNOT SEE male doctors and when I saw Julie, she promised I wouldn’t have to. When I called about making an appointment (for anxiety attacks after being prescribed new medication the last time), they told me all the female NP QUIT in the Flowery Branch office and I would have to see a male. I advised AGAIN I cannot see male doctors. They said they had one lady at the Lawrenceville office who could see me. That lady, called me Stacy first, laughed at me when I told her what fears I was having at night (i.e. about my dog being snake bit. She LAUGHED and said “I’m sure your dog will be fine.” Changed my medication up more and sent me on my way.Today, I went into the hospital with heart palpitations and feeling like it was going to explode. Guess what, MEDICATION INTERACTION. TWO doctors didn’t notice it. The ER doctor showed me an app (Medisafe) and guess what? A WARNING FOR AN INTERACTION POPS UP! How was this not noticed?When I called in to tell them what happened, Wesley told me she would tell the Dr who owns the clinic. She called me back and said I HAD to come in and see him for any conversation. I advised her AGAIN that I CANNOT SEE MALE DOCTORS. She told me that since it was his practice, I had no choice if I wanted a resolution for my medication. I asked why could he not just call me? “He doesn’t generally call patients.” Wait, it’s HIS practice but he can’t pick up a phone to call a patient who’s been at the ER for DIRECT medication interaction. So unless I go in and see him, they won’t do anything. She actually hung up on me when I said if he wouldn’t call me back, I’m sure the BBB would.If you’re serious about your mental health, don’t go to these people. They don’t care. They are just out for the money, not the patients.Horrible. Horrible. Horrible.

I was apperensive about getting help espcally with the negative reviews but this place is good. I talked with Robin and she was kind and good. Now I wasn’t in a crisis state however she was very personable. The Dr Hasmhi was ok he just came in for a minute and he just talked about meds. He was effective when I said I went off my meds in August he said “It happens” and they didn’t lecture me about my life choices and are helping me.

The doctor is ok, counselors mediocre, but billing and front office staff are terrible. Staff act offended, put out or clueless when asked about office policies and insurance questions, there is no privacy to discuss financial issues, no return phone calls, no legitimate supervisor or manager to act as a resource to staff or elevate issues to, and plenty of snarky comments and bad attitudes.They never asked me for a copay, in spite of me asking, and then several months later demanded pay in full at a scheduled visit. No bill ever recieved. I mentioned this to the provider, but he sees no problem with this. Its a shame, really.

Ive been going to Dr.Hashmi for almost three years now, after coming out of in house Rehab at Summit Ridge. He and his counselors have helped me change my life and get back on track to happier living. Dr.Hashmi is so compassionate and he really cares! At first they didnt accept my insurance and that was okay because the care I was receiving was excellent, then all of a sudden on my regular scheduled appointment Dr Hashmi had contacted my insurance company and is now accepting my insurance. I would recommend to anyone that needs sincere professional mental health help to go to Dr Hashmi for help....he really cares and will do everything in his power to help you. He also has the best staff you will ever find, they are so sincere and caring...as is everyone there!

(ADVOID ROBIN TENEBOM)I came in for help I have addiction in my history but have been sober for 2 years ms.robin a nurse practionare there young white lady treated me like I was scum and that help was not an option the doctor was willing to help a little but the clinical staff will surely make you feel like you are garbage if you have ever had any problems.her name was robin tenninbomb Im not sure if thats how you spell it but her ignorance towards people with addiction has made me feel like I am worthless I cant get any help and am not worth the help. Please advoid her at all cost if I was not as spiritually strong as I am today I surly would have left here feeling hopeless
