Worst massage ever and worst attitude. After massage finish waiting for tip and it’s $20. Really??? Even massage was finished in 45 minutes. Asked customers to write review forcefully. Avoid this place.

My wife and I have been getting massage here on regular basis for ten years. The owner, Miss Laura, she did not speak good english but she is super kind and did an amazing job with my wifes neck.She is a true master of her profession, we have never been to a better masseuse. I always get deep tissue massage, I have a problem with stiffness in my neck and shoulders and the massage has really helped loosen the muscles and provided so much relief for me.

If you are looking for an upscale pretentious cookie cutter spa that will do nothing to your muscle but rubbing oil on your skin, go somewhere else.This place is a local hidden gem, small, down to earth nothing fancy, little to no customer service, but the therapists here are seasoned and strong handed, they give massage that can get rid of my knots and the tension. I highly recommended if you want REAL massages.

Omg I went two days in a row! Had coco both times and she was really amazing!! I highly recommend her! I’m sorry other people may have had bad experiences, but I can not say one bad thing about my experience there! I will be coming once a week from here on out. And you can’t beat the price for the job she does!

I have been a regular customer off and on, since they opened over 10 years ago. I require very deep tissue, and they have multiple rooms with bars above the tables, so they can walk on my back. Everyone that works here is amazing.

Massage wasn’t good enough for her to act like she wasn’t gonna let me leave without giving her a tip….she literally stood in front of the exit asking “where’s my tip?” and caught an attitude cuz I didn’t understand what she was asking…waste of money very rude

Awful experience!! There was a lady named Amy (tall and skinny with curly hair) she asked my for $80 when we were in the room! I gave her the $80 and when we walked out and I was about to leave she asked me for another $20! She even told me to not let the boss see and not tell the boss that she asked for money! I am beyond frustrated with how this women treats he customers! Never again!!!

Very good massage...especially if you really like DEEP TISSUE... I can definitely feel a difference in the elasticity of my shoulders and back. highly recommend

It was awful! I requested a masseuse with strong grip. But the massage was too soft for me, so I told her that I like to get stronger massage, she can do harder for me. Im not sure she did understand or not. She responded to me as speaking Chinese!! And she disappeared couple times and came back later. First time, she went out the room and talked to the customer. I assumed there was no one at the front desk. When scond time she was out, I had asked another masseuse to cover me up because I was totally naked without any blanket on me! She didnt come back until I felt chill. I didnt feel good during massage. Her bad service gave me a headache!

I asked for dip tissue massage and it was really good i highly recommend that place

First of all Im pregnant so I went for a prenatal massage. Everything started going well until she kept stopping to go accommodate other customers which is fine but there should be a receptionist up front so who ever is massaging can do his or her job but while getting my massage she left the room at least 5 times...very aggravating...Secondly, you dont force people to tip she literally force me to tip and then have the nerve to show me a list of what other people tipped her. That is so unprofessional I paid $60 credit card then I only had $5 cash In my wallet I tried giving her that she leaned and looked In my wallet and suggest I give my ones so it end up being $8 even after I shouldve never tipped at all.. she was upset I didnt have that extra $2 to tip like what the hell...Ill never go back one thing for sure its up to the customer to tip, you dont force and that put a bad taste in my mouth. Never again!

I liked the service, however didnt like the way they demanded for the tip. I left $5 Tip some I didnt have change and said that Ill find good tip next time. However, to my shock I was followed by 2 people (the person who did my massage and someone else) along me to pay more tip and that they believe in karma (????) I couldnt connect that :( since I paid for the service and that would also result in the employee getting paid. This was really unexpected and disappointing!!!!!

I made an appointment for a massage for my mom for mother’s day and my experience was okay, but here are the problems1) We were forced to pay a tip and when we only gave her the spare change that we had(4$), she gave a such a dirty look and ran to the back of the store. Extremely rude. This is an issue you can see on many other reviews.2) The woman there didn’t speak English well and it was very hard to communicate and understand her.3)The woman doing the massage seemed to be the only person working, I saw other employees walking around but not working.Other than this, it was a great experience. However, I will not be coming here again.I do not recommend this unless you don’t mind rude customer service.

Ok massage but one of those places thats very distrusting. They make you pay first and expect you to tip afterwards which is awkward. Massages are okay. Nothing special or extra here.

I purchase a gift certificate for my husband, and he has since went twice afterwards. Very calming and relaxing atmosphere.

Upscale place and worth for money you spent ..you get good service and very professional staff.

They did a great job and were very friendly I even set up a surprise and sent my wife and they let me pay ahead of time cash so it would be a surprise for and facilitated the whole thing.
