My experience at this Spa was phenomenal. I recently received a Thai massage with hot stones and coconut oil along along with a facial. I’m a professional bodybuilder with frequent back pain, the massage helped alleviate a lot of my tightness and knots. It was very relaxing. Furthermore, the professionalism I received from the facial was immaculate. My skin never looked better. I would highly recommend this place to anybody!

I definitely had a good experience at Juns for my first time here. This place keeps busy, so i booked my appointment in advance. They are definitely on time, and very organized. when my husband and I arrived for our appointment, we were about 30 mins late due to traffic, but they still showed us love the entire time we were there. Everyone was kind and polite. They did a AWESOME✨ job he talked to me about the pressure points that I wanted to have him work on but overall, I will be going back soon and I will be telling my family and friends about It. I usually have a great experience here which is the ONLY reason I didnt leave a single star. It takes a LOT for me to leave a bad review so please understand Im not just complaining to complain.I was told that for a harder massage I would have to pay 80 rather than 60, when I declined I received the lightest massage of my life. I have gotten no less than 10 massages here without this upgrade attempt from both the man up front and the massage therapist herself. The first 30 minutes was nothing but her forearms with barely ANY pressure whatsoever. She was very polite but seemed VERY inexperienced.The temperature was uncomfortably high which I remarked on multiple times with ZERO resolution.As others stated, rather than let you run your debit card they force you to pull CASH out of the ATM so that THEY dont have to pay the $2 fee (YOU have to pay it).I called back hoping the manager would offer some kind of resolution, she just stated that next time I come in ...maybe I should choose someone else.

This is the best massage, I have ever encountered. Thai massage makes my body very relaxing. The environment here is quiet and comfortable, and the music is wonderful!

Probably should’ve read more reviews before going. They advertise a couples massage, but we were in separate rooms. The have a promo for $10 off bundles on the website, when checking out they say they aren’t honoring any discounts right now. Ok, fine. The kicker for me was one of the ladies came up front and had the audacity to ask for a tip before we even paid. Then asked for more tip once cash a tip was given and claimed it was for the other associates, I advised her to split what was given to her with them because it all was not for her I just didn’t have any change. They keep trying to get more money out of you and will even go as far as trying to get you to use an atm that they have inside. I wanted to and should’ve took my tip back, but left and won’t be returning.

I really enjoyed my massage and body scrub. Its very hard to talk to the staff here. I wanted a massage and body wrap but no one understood how to do one. I was told that I would need to talk to the manager about the wraps.

The massage itself was great! But they grossly overcharged me. They charged me $240 ($120 each) for a 90 min couples massage. PLUS $60 for body scrub and $20 for coconut oil. Then asked for more tip when I tipped $20 total because I was already spending $320. I called just now to check and was told on the phone that a 90 minutes couples massage was $90 per person ($180). They basically STOLE $60 from me

I must say, my massage was amazing. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the payment option. I was told that they only take cash and had to use their ATM, which charged me a fee. I wish I was told that it was a cash only option when I made an appointment or at least had it posted when I walked in. I would have gotten cash from my bank, which is in the same parking lot. Besides that, my massage was AMAZING.

I went to the spa with my girlfriend to get a couples massage and they charged us $60 extra on the total bill. I know this because when we got home we called to check on the price of a couples massage and they told us $90 per person and charged us $120. no hot Stones were used when we paid for it they didnt communicate well at all I could barely understand a word they said and they were very rude at the end when it came time to take a shower. And just to put the cherry on top as we were leaving they had the audacity to blatantly ask for more tip when they had already got down on us from the beginning the massage was okay but I do not recommend

This place is absolutely wonderful. I have been going there for 3 years. The first time after a massage, I stumbled out of there, my legs were like jelly as I was so as peace.

It is very relaxing and good atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. I recommend this spa

If you are looking to Relax, Work out some really bad knots in your back. Whatever ache and pains or stress youre having with your body this is the place you want to be. It is the place that when you leave youre saying OMG, That was Great. It is always Clean, And the Ladies are 100% attentive and professionals by far the best masseuses I have ever went to.

I called because I could barely move my head from a stiff neck. They had an appointment right away. I saw Jenny and got an upper back massage. She found all my knots! She was very aggressive, but checked on me several times to make sure I was ok. My neck mobility was mostly improved that day and was 100% improved the next day. I’m sore from the massage, but it’s a muscle sore, not a tightness. Jenny did tell me I would be sore for about three days. There was some noise of talking, but I have 5 kids, so I was able to tune it out. LOL. I highly recommend Jun’s Spa and Jenny has magic hands!

My husband and I go to this place for a couple special for $100.. I got extra massage with oil in my hair which she told me $15 more.. they charge me $120 for couples massage even though there is a sign outside says $100 per couple.. another lady who works there also confirmed $100 for couple massage and instead of $15 extra my masseuse who happens to be the manager came back and charged me $25 because she said she gave me the stone massage which is supposed to be included in the regular massage. The lady who massage my husband did give him the stone massage as usual and my masseuse forgot to give me stone massage and charged me $10 using the stone massage as excuse.so the total should’ve been $115 plus the tips and they charged me $145 plus the tip. I was nice enough to give them 18% tip on top of the wrong total. What a rip off!!

Terrible experience. asked for a foot massage. I sat with my feet in the water for 15 minutes while the workers talked loudly, lights blaring and ate food with a very strong odor. Finally started the massage and one worker would not stop speaking in a very loud voice. I finally said this is suppose to be a quite place. She changed her constant loud talking to a whisper for in a few minutes then she started talking really loud again. I left 10 minutes into the massage, waste of money and time. I will never go back.

Great traditional Chinese massage - they can really work out the knots with deep tissue massage. Seems clean, not crowded, and I’ve never had to wait after going at least 5 times! Staff wears a mask. Aromatherapy included.

First off no this is not that type of place. This is a real legitimate establishment that can help with stress relief sore muscles and just being in a peaceful zenful state.They are very professional and the experience is always upscale and very stress relieving. 5 stars

If you want a relaxing spa experience, this is NOT the place. I have been there several times (it is cheap so I was hoping for improvement). One time I had a 10am appointment. I showed up a 10am. No one was there! I waited 10 minutes before anyone showed up. I always had foot massages. One person would start and then a customer would come in the door- they would leave- come back- leave again if someone came in. The last time I was there (and I do mean LAST TIME) my massage was interrupted 4 times! I have since found a place that is $5 more. I am happy to pay $5 extra to have a relaxing experience. At Juns I left more tense than when I entered!

I recieved the 90 minute massage. Mary was great! The price wasnt bad and I really had a relaxing time. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because there were quite a few interruptions. People kept coming in to ask her help or tell her things. It was slightly disruptive, but her skills during the massage more than made up for it. I will be returning.

I normally wouldnt review anyone nor give bad rating so this is serious. This massage therapist actually did ok massage and I was planning on going back there, but when I gave her $10 tip for $60 massage (which was supposed to be early bird special on their site at 10 to 2, but they just ignored me when I asked about the special and ended up just paying normal price), she saying she needs $20 tip for hard work. I normally tip more when it was good massage and when I am regular at massage spa, but I will never use this place again. She got mad and yelled in Chinese or her native language, then told me she didnt have $10 bill to give me $30 back from my $100 bill. When I said I will just pay with credit card, then $10 magically appears. Amazing place!!!

Very clean and professional. Staff is courteous and respectful. I have neck back and arm pain and I find a massage at Jun’s usually keeps me pain free for several days after. Mary is good at squeezing in an appt. if I’m having pain or just want to de-stress.

I had never had a massage before, not until my doctor suggested it after healing from a broken back. I was still having pain. Mary, the lady at the desk talked to me to find out what was going on with me, then she suggested the best person to do my massage.Surprisingly it did help for abt a week. This place has gone down hill since it first opened. People massaging your feet on their phones and talking. Not a peaceful setting.

I have been their customer since the last 6years. It is truly a good place to go. The owner had a baby and employed some people to replace her and they were doing all the unprofessional stuff. When I brought it to her attention, she took immediate action and fired these girls. Now she is back and doing a wonderful job again.

Mary and Amy had done a wonderful job taking care of our family massage needs.They are very helpful with working us into the their schedule and making us feel special. Amy has become my go to professional to address issues with my lower back and releasing stress which always seems to creap into my back sholder and neck area. I would highly recommend this place for those services.

We had a couples massage a few days ago and it was great. We will definitely be going back.

They used to be good, but the quality has completely fallen. I went in for a foot massage today after calling and taking an appointment but had to wait 45 min before the masseuse arrived and he was no good. I had especially asked for someone who could put pressure and massage but this person was useless. They did not even do the complete 60 min. To top it all they are so noisy and chatty, for a place to to quiet and relaxing this was the complete opposite. I will never go back here again and if you are looking for an relaxing experience I suggest u find another place.

I tried contacted the spa , however I’m now blocked . My back was swollen and bruised. I called several times . Had to go to urgent care the day after my massage ! All o wanted was a refund !

Left frustrated and irratated.Clearly Im not the only one who feels there is too much talking/distractions while having a massage. If others along with myself has to take time to write a poor review then I would suggest the owner/manager sees that this problem is addressed. And obviously So far, it has not.I was the only one there getting a foot massage and the entire time the girls were talking, laughing, playing utube on their phones. Multiple times my massage was interrupted with my therapist stopping to turn and talk and laugh with the other girls. Towards the end of my massage, so frustrated I could not relax, I finally said there is just too much talking. My therapist just laughed, told other girls to be quiet. That lasted maybe 3 seconds and they all started talking and laughing again. When checking out I expressed my frustration, my therapist only laughed at me again, another girl came out and told me I could request a private room and that the area was an open area. (Remember I was the only client there) She Dismissed what I had to say and walked off.If you try to create an environment of relaxation by dimming the lights and playing soft music then you should also try to be courteous, by being quiet and allowing your clients to enjoy the full experience of the massage.I am the paying customer after all.And I will not return nor recommend your establishment to others.

I bought my wife a gift certificate from Juns. She got a hot rock treatment and a deep tissue massage. She was so pleased with it that she goes back about once a month. I sent her to another spa once a few years back and she had a horrible experience.. the lades at Juns are all polite and professional.

I arrived a little late but got right in. Had on a one piece and boots so it was not quick to undress and pull hair up. The lady after 1-2mins knocked to see if I was ready which I feel they could have been just a little bit patient. Everything looked clean and pleasant but the girl that services me made me uncomfortable. Into my massage she paused and I wondered was she texting. After that her phone interrupted my massage for nearly 20mins straight buzzing. If you come to relax you would expect quietness and peace but thats not what I received for $60. Then to top it off I felt a little like they didnt feel I was a valued customer because they were laughing and running in the hallway I felt I was at a nursery from the noise in the hallway. I really feel I should receive a coupon for something off because if it wasnt for I had a dinner date. I would have made a fuss then but I was running late. The cashier asked me what about about a top and I explained to her that I was interrupted from the girls phone vibrating so no tip. I suggested next time she should not have her phone while a paying customer is coming to relax so I only give two stars for cleanliness.
