This place is AMAZING. Very friendly techs that clearly know what they are doing. Ive never had a nail tech put glue under my nails just to make sure nothing got in between my nail and the gel powder later on. One girl even got an ingrown nail out of my toe that I didnt even realize I had until she removed it. Mind you, I just got my toes and nails done 3 weeks ago. The price is Average but the service is way above that.

Zen Nails and Day Spa provides the best service that I have seen in a very long time. Normally, there is not a wait once you arrive with or without an appointment. They take their time to provide services and make sure you are satisfied. I will definitely keep coming back!

It was nice. I like that the machine sang Happy Birthday to me. The staff was really nice and wished me a happy birthday. I love the privacy of the place. Its smaller and intimate like youre in someones living room.I didnt like that no design options were available for my pedicure. I had to provide a photo, but the tech stated that she could t do the design. So I basically walked her through the design process. I offense to the tech, I just felt like she was the artist and should have be able to complete basic designs.Going forward, I prepare to do my own manicures and pedicures, so I can get the designs that I want.

First time visiting the salon. My first impression was great; the place looks very clean, the ambiance is nice and cozy. I was immediately acknowledged and our services started. Me and my daughter got just regular manicure and pedicure. The ladies and young man that assisted us were very kind and attentive. Service was done quick and efficiently, without compromising quality. Great service. We are definitely coming back!

So professional and all of the staff is so nice and professional. You don’t feel like you’re in a factory, you feel like they are actually taking their time and being attentive to you for your appointment. Would highly recommend :)

So my wife treated me to a spa day not really my sort of thing. I have to say I really enjoyed myself. The pedicure and the full body massage and exfoliation was extremely relaxing(I fell asleep lol). The staff was very polite and courteous. I recommend them to anyone, but especially for a couples day out.

I’ll start with the good. Very accommodating. I called at 5:45 and they said they could take me right away. Google says they’re open until 7 on Sunday but the spa said it’s 6 on Sunday. Nice foot massage, big selection of colors.Unfortunately I think it’s fair to share the negatives as well. I was not impressed with the cleanliness or hygiene. I had dip nails and the pillow they have you rest on your lap is dirty. Looking around the other matching pillows were also dirty. It’s my understanding that dip nails at a salon should be poured over the nail. But my fingers were dipped in, I don’t think that’s sanitary. I was also surprised that they mixed dip and gel and used a uv light, that’s a reason I prefer the dip nails because it doesn’t use the uv light like gel. . During the dip manicure the tech caused me to bleed twice. Once from hitting my cuticle several times with the grinder and once on the side of my nail. The manicure did not include any soaking or cuticle trimming. The end shape of my nails leaves a lot to be desired. On several nails the glue from the dip process is over my cuticles. The nails are thick and uneven. Lastly when it was time to pay I was charged $80. I think that’s high for asking for standard pedicure and dip nails with no manicure.It’s hard to find a good nail shop but I will keep looking.

They did a good job doing our nails. There were 4 of us and were all happy with their work. I like how the rooms are setup with their different services. There is more privacy with the separation. My sister got the reflexology and said her feet felt good the rest of the day

This was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon! They are professional, delicate, and super friendly. THIS BUSINESS GIVES PEOPLE FREE SERVICES TO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS!I received a free nail repair once before to write a good review of this place.Now my problem:I was a regular at this place for months, but I did notice that my nail tech Helen would seem to overcharge me for my nails each time and when I would inquire about the price it would turn out that she actually would be adding an extra $5 to my bill. I never complained because she would correct it and she does great work. Today I went in and she tried to overcharge me again. I got my old nails taken off and requested a new set. When it was time to pay she charged me $10 for taking off the old nails (mostly broken and missing) and $35 for giving me a new set of short acrylic nails PLUS $15 for gel. So when I noticed that I asked to see her price book and the prices for an acrylic full set was listed as 30/20 I’m assuming $20 for short and $30 for long. She charged me $35 for the full set. So she actually was overcharging me $15. I had to go back and forth with her for a few minutes before she brought the price down to $30 for the full set +$10 for removing the nails +$15 for the gel polish. I don’t know if it’s racial issue or if she just does it to me. This is especially frustrating because I relocated from Lawrenceville to Stone Mountain and I was still making the commute to come to this establishment just to be treated like this. But she told me to take my business elsewhere so that’s what I’m going to do.This is the ACRYLIC set Helen TRIED to charge me $50 for ($35 for the set and $15 for the gel polish).

New to the area and tried other salons, this one exceeds my expectations! Helen is great! The spa is clean, relaxing, professional, and the color options are endless. I got acrylic fill with gel polish (Cat Eye Flare) I will definitely be back for other services!

Glad they were able to take walk ins I was seat within 10min. Got pedicure package with 20min reflexology massage and full gell set. They were friendly and most importantly clean. Affordable prices for great service.

I had been going to Zen nails for a pretty good while and started back going in February of this year. Ive even brought family from out of state to Zen Nails so of course I really loved coming to get my nails done here. My mother set up an appt. for my sis and I to have our Mani/Pedi. It had usually been a good experience for us. This last time however wasnt the case at all. Without this post becoming extremely lengthy, Ill say my nails have never looked and felt so damaged!! And thats without having any acrylic nails put on. My sis and I both just had gel nail polish applied and instead of soaking the nails off using acetone nail remover like Helen has done in the past, She filed it off using the electric filer. I didnt realize the damage until after my nails began to grow out and the gel polish started to peel off over time. It was apparent that money over quality was and has become the agenda there now. My sis and I havent been able to even go get our nails done ANYWHERE due to the severe damage this last experience at Zen Nails and Day spa has caused. Needless to say we wont be returning to Zens.

This place is amazing when it comes to pedicures and manicuresMy friend and I thought we would try out the facials n massage, we went for deep tissue cz I work out a lot.. I had more pain going out than I came in. The masseuse was so rough and they only worked on my upper body, so much for a full body massage. My friend was not happy at all too n said the same thing, and I got the facial, the next day I had a skin breakout so bad that I came bk n told them but till now no one even tried to give me a refund. I had to wait it out cz nothing workedI cld go bk for the nail treatment but never the massage or facial but it’s a good ambiance

Great location with lots of parking. Very clean place and the checkin/out process is high tech and organized. No long wait, you get in and out in a reasonable time. I wont go anywhere else for a mani/pedi but if you are looking for the lowest price for services then this may not be for you. I for one, would rather pay a few $s more for this level of service in a clean, well maintained establishment where everyone is treated like a top customer. This is not your average nail shop. They also offer additional services. Worth a visit.

Just visited Zen Nails and Day Spa for the first time today. This was by far the best pedicure experience I’ve ever had. The salon was very clean and relaxing, and Jasmine was awesome! Absolutely plan to make this my permanent spot!

I called last week for my aunt, to ask if they do thick toenails. The manager answered and was very rude and brash when she said no! My daughter and I have gotten our nails done there before, and they were very very weird, and weve tried many nail salons the past 2 years, and none were as weird, rude and annoying as these people!! 😫

My nails are beautiful and they are exaclty how i wanted them. It was my first time going and i will continue to go there.

Got a gel mani-pedi and a facial for my wedding photos. I felt like a princess! They were so nice and it was such a personal experience. They are located in a home, so the layout makes it for a much more I do visual experience! I will be back! This is the best place to get your nails done. Clean, relaxing, quiet with the friendliest staff. Ms. Rita comes highly recommended for special designs or helping you get the look you need. Worst nail experience of my life! I have never been in so much pain while getting my nails done. Even the guy doing my pedicure burned with the hot towels. I was talked to very harshly and handled roughly. Then they overcharged me outrageously! I will never go back. First time I have ever not tipped!

The atmosphere of this place was really lovely. My sister and I got gel manicures here the other day. While hers came out beautifully, mine was pretty sub par. I had to get acrylics removed before the gels, which I have a lot of experience doing. They filed and buffed my nails 3 seperare times, leaving them extremely thin and weak. I probably could have just removed them at home for less damage. And while my nail tech was sweet and friendly, my gel mani does have flooded cuticles (dont expect for it to last too long before it starts to peel). Love the atmosphere of this place, and from my sisters mani I could tell there are some talented techs, but I think the more fresh ones need some more practice.

Went for my first time. Got a pedicure. They are very nice with so many options. The waiting room is great and their colors are organized and on display so there is no waiting for other clients to pass around the colors; everyone can look at once. Today was my first day going to Zen Nails and Day Spa. It was a wonderful experience! The people there very welcoming and nice. The atmosphere is very intimate and relaxing. The service was great today! The lady that did my feet did a wonderful job! and the other lady that wax my eyebrows did good! I will be going back again and again!!

I went in a week ago for a facial and it was one of the best I have had. So relaxing and the neck and head massage were just a bonus. Before leaving I booked a pedicure and gel manicure. Today I went in for that and it was amazing!! So relaxing. The space is beautiful and the staff are great.Appointments are recommended so you can get the services you want.I highly recommend. This will be my new day spa for me time!

I have been to Zen Nails twice now for gel mani and pedi and both times have been given the best service and the staff are always kind. One of them even made sure I got to my car because it was dark outside and I’m new to the area. This was the first nail salon I came to when moving out of state and I don’t think I’ll ever need to find another!

I liked this salon/spa very much. My first time with no appointment. Was in in less than 5minutes. Very clean , relaxing atmosphere,and quite. Everything is really nice upkept. I had a great experience. Nina did my pedicure and was the first person who has not cut me!! Talk about love! Helen did my nails and boy I couldnt be happier! She gave me exactly what I wanted! Both ladies took their time and made sure I was completely satisfied!! They have a loyal customer here!!

Asked for dip nails and the tech proceeded to apply acrylic to my nails to “build the nail” instead of adding tips. Had poor quality polishes and I could tell the tech was ready to leave and did not shape or file my nails evenly. The acrylic is thick and bumpy unlike the think layer of dip like I wanted. She did not clean up the excess polish around my nail beds either. Poor communication and overcharged for the nails. I would not recommend and will not return.

Left this salon with a cut big toe while receiving a pedicure and THREE cut fingers while receiving a fill in... I am highly disappointed. I’ve gone to Zen Nails in the past and they’ve done a great job, but they will not be receiving any of my business again...the technician that was doing my nails was being absolutely rough with the nail drill and the nail file that left me with cut cuticles! They tried to cover up the blood as if they didn’t cut me, and still wanted to charge me full price!

Very calming atmosphere. Rita took her time and treated me well. I felt welcomed here. I’m very picky about the businesses that I support so 5stars says a lot from me. I will be passing the word about this lovely, tranquil gem hidden in plain sight.

I had always thought that manicures and pedicures werent worth the cost, but after my experience at Zen Nail and Day Spa I changed my mind. The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing and the people friendly and very skillful. I thoroughly enjoyed it. My daughter has had other manicures but none as beautiful as this one. We will definitely go back.

I called over the phone to ask about their prices and once I sat down they completely flipped it and was trying to charge me 10 more dollars which is different from what they said on the phone. Helen was extremely rude and we got into an argument because she started my nails then said “you don’t have to do them here, you can go” and left my nails unfinished. Never again will I go back to them. Terrible service.

I celebrated my birthday on Sunday, August 26th. I wanted some pampering so a two friends recommended Zen Nails and Day Spa. I had the Hot Stone Deluxe Manicure and the Thermosoft Paraffin Pedicure.The technicians were fabulous, the atmosphere was very relaxing and they provided the best customer service.I also liked the fact that you could book your appointment on line.I highly recommend them, you wont be disappointed!

Wonderful experience on my first visit to this salon! Rita did my dip powder nails and Trish (I think) started on my feet and then Susan took over putting gel on my toes. Rita and Susan did a great job and were very nice and personable.The salon is clean, calming and inviting. They offer massage services which I havent tried yet but I am considering it. I do plan to go back for mani-pedi in the future!
