Excellent professional service. I and my wife have been coming to this dental office for many years. We are extremely pleased with their attention to patient care and work. The place is very clean and safe. We highly recommend this dental service to everybody who needs dental work.

I am a returning patient of Dr Griffith. I returned because I felt he was very competent and although I had several bad experiences with his hygienist in the past. I thought by now he probably has a different one which fortunately he did. October 20th I had an appointment for 12 noon with the hygienist. This appointment was made several months in advance. They called and reminded me the day prior to my appointment which was a surprise. I juggled my schedule to accommodate and the day of I was running a little late, it was 12:10 when I called to let them know. Elizabeth responded said ok. I was almost there, when she called back and said the hygienist and dentist said I need to reschedule. The plan was to do exactly as told. To my surprise I received a bill for $50 for a broken appointment. I have sat in Dr Griffin’s office patiently waiting with my son for over 1hr when the Hygenist was running late. You would think the customer would get the same courtesy. For that I give one star for customer service!!👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽😩😩🙁

I have been a patient of Dr. Griffith for 16 years. He is knowledgeable, kind and a really great guy. I moved over an hour away from the practice and I still travel to him quarterly.

Our family has been coming here for about 20 years. All of the staff and Dr Griffith are very caring and professional. They go beyond the expected service to take care of us.

Due to covid, I totally skipped my 2020 dental appointments. However, my latest visit (April 2021) after the vaccines were introduced my appointment was better than I expected. I was a bit fearful but the dental hygienist assured me the dental office was complying with the guidelines of the CDC by taking temperatures, social distancing (unless with your hygienist or dentist) wearing face mask and thoroughly cleaning. Also, every employee in the office had been vaccinated so, that was a plus! I normally wait to make my second (six months out) appointment but I felt truly at ease and reassured enough to go ahead and book it prior to leaving the office! I gave 4 stars only because my original appointment time was changed the day before my appointment. Luckily, I did not have to work which, allowed me to agree with the change. Otherwise, I would have had to cancel and reschedule.

The office personnel including the front desk staff, the hygienists and Dr. Griffith himself, are all very nice and informative. Dr. Griffith’s treatment plan for me is very reasonable and was on point with what I suspected that I needed. They also were very willing to contact my mom’s previous primary physician in the state that she recently relocated from to GA regarding her premedication antibiotic that she has to take before having any dental treatment.This was a new patient appointment for both my mom and me, we are looking forward to being long term patients at Griffith Family Dental. As we are not into dental office hopping, I prefer to be a dedicated patient just as I am with my medical doctors.

My husband and I both went for cleanings. We never miss our 6-month checkups until this past year but still have a pretty easy cleaning. His time was taken up by x-rays since he was a new patient. He was sent home without his cleaning. Proper new patient time should have been reserved. This was not his responsibility. Also, the dentist never introduced himself, said hello, or reacted in any friendly manner at all when he came in our rooms. You really have to jump through hoops to get there, once there, during your treatment and when leaving... all seemingly to cover any possible liability to the dentist. It’s all very cold and offensive. Much, much happier with where we decided to go afterwards.

There have been a few operational changes, and they are still on top of their game. My current hygienist is great. She was very patient with my questions about extra precautions during the pandemic. I felt very safe there, including entry/front-office procedures.

For a client of only one year, I have had a wonderful and friendly experience with Griffith. I got there right on the dot of my appointment and in no time, I was taken in for my check up and they did a clean and thorough job in my mouth making sure every tooth was cleaned. I have been a patient since 2011. I recently had pain in my gums and needed to be seen immediately. I knew yhe office was closed due to COVID-19 but they fit me in for an emergency visit the following day. I was grateful as the pain was unbearable. Great office with nice staff!!

I have nothing but praises for this dentistry at this time. I was in need of immediate services and could not find anyone close by to see me until I called Griffith dental. Lori was so polite and made room for me the very same day. Even as a work in my wait was not long as they fit me into their schedule. Everyone in the office was so polite and treated me as a long time customer even though this was my very first visit. Dr. Griffith was very friendly and came in to meet me. Needless to say, I have a new dentistry and highly recommend this office.

I would not recommend this practice. On 2 separate occasions I needed a root canal after a filling. Also, had a brand new crown and kept complaining while wearing the temporary crown. Dr. Griffith put the permanent crown in place only to have the Endodontist have to drill a hole through it to perform a root canal. Then tried to charge me to fill the hole. I wouldnt have had to get the root canal if he hadnt permanently cemented the crown in place after I repeatedly complained that the tooth was hurting. Buy the way, I was a patient there for over 20 years and they were willing to lose my business over this.
