Got my eyebrows thread and tinted here. Eyebrows were on point after the threading but after she tinted my eyebrows it was lopsided!and she couldnt fix it. Horrible experience. 3 star because they did better on my friend.

Best place. It takes such a short time for such good work. I get my eyebrows threaded for 9 dollars not including tip. I got a good natural looking brow that has define edges.

Just left this location. The lady did a decent job and I like the fact that they wear gloves when servicing you. However, I felt as if the price was a little more than other places I’ve been to. I’ve been at this location before but I don’t remember paying that much for brows . 9$ is a little much for threading in my opinion. In the future they will probably be my last option.

After sitting there for 15 minutes they ask me what I need?!! I answered eyebrows they took the lady that walk in after me,they dont change gloves when they moving from one person to another. I waited for another 10 minutes and left....There was 3 of them working at that time,they didnt even bother them yo say how much I will need to wait or anything......If there is -100 that score I will give them.

They are professional and warm, and my entire experience was positive. I was not sure what to expect because this was the first time I have had eyebrow and lash extensions applied, but I felt comfortable during the process. The atmosphere is very soothing--lovely music, very clean and hygienic. I felt respected and cared for them, and I am so pleased with my new lashes, and will go back to have them filled when its time.

I have been driving to them from across the city , now because I dont trust anybody else to touch my eyebrows. Before I discovered them a lady messed up my eyebrows so bad and I was traumatized! They were able to fix them slowly during every touch up and now my eyebrows look great!!! A little bit better; if the personal trainer for the beauty workers teach them how to make their job as for themselves. I liked my eyebrows shaped; but this lady burned my lovely skin and was pretending to take small hair with my skin all together I had to stop her. She was an employee I didn’t take the name this time; but I will next time I have to be sure not the same lady she is not professional and moreover she don’t care about the customer safety. Don’t go there I don’t recommend this place for eyebrows. You free to go anywhere you want that was a scary experience for me. Respect and love ❤️

Great place! however, they have inched up on the brow pricing every few months. When they first opened they were $6.00 which I could understand to build clientele, then they went to $8.00 now $9.00. Not a huge big deal but if they go up any higher I will have to take my business elsewhere. Especially considering the wait times.

Love going to this place anytime Im in the area. The prices are reasonable and the wait is never long. My beautician is always thorough and will wax my lip and go back with a thread to make sure theyve cleaned up everything. In light of the virus, I was impressed on how it was wiped down, the employees used sanitizer between people and they all wore masks.

Just got a facial done and I feel so relaxed and my face feels so good. Their facials are well worth the money. They have essential oils and light nature sounds playing with dim lighting. Well massaged face and purified my pores. My sister also gets threading done here and she says they do a good job. They do get busy so go on a weekday if you can and early!

I prefer to go where the job gets done without judgement and where they appreciate my business without an endless sales pitch.They give you an opportunity to check their handiwork and they are topnotch when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene.They offer hair removal services, facials, lashes and henna. First time ever getting anything like this done and Rosie made the experience great! Going from tweezing your own eyebrows to threading is a night and day difference. I look so different... In a good way!If you come here, definitely ask for her. She was gentle, easy to talk to and cracked jokes to make the time fly by! Im not sure how long threading lasts but will definitely be back again!

I was very, very happy with my experience in this threading salon. When I arrived there I was greeted in a very friendly way and there was no wait so I was able to go sit down to get worked on right away. She did a quick and thorough job of cleaning up my eyebrows. This place was great when it first opened. Now, every time I go there is one employee working usually doing someones lash extensions which can take hours. So I make the drive for nothing.

This was my first time here, the young lady who started my eyebrows did a decent job, but Im a perfectionist so it wasnt quite right. So the manager I believe asked if she could help, her name started with a D and she works at the first station, well she cleaned them up and they where perfect. I will be back.

I was looking for a place on the Gwinnett to get my eyebrows threaded and lash extension, and after seeing the positive reviews on google/yelp, I wanted to give it a try.First let me say, before I went my eyebrows were bad, they were overgrown for months! The sweet girl work in the shop did an exceptional job! She has very good attention to detail and was very pleasant. I have naturally very light eyebrows which have always looked a little bare. I told her about it and she recommended a tint. At first I was nervous that it would be too dark, but she used the lightest color and it turned out great!They doing best eyelashes .a very affordable and quick trip to the spa for brows that truly are perfect!! Great staff. I will be back :)

Costumer service is amazing. Had a full face thread done for the first time ever, let me tell you beauty really is pain. The lady was very understanding and left my face so smooth. Had a facial done after to calm my face, so RELAXING. Will be returning as soon as I look like a wookie again 🙂

I drive 40 miles every 3-4 weeks just to get my Eyebrow and lashes and facial done at Saya. I have tried SEVERAL places closer to where I live and they just do not compare to Saya! So for me it is worth the hour drive because SAYA is just that good!.

Was looking for a new place by my house to get my eyebrows threaded, and luckily found this place! I have very thick eyebrows and like to keep the thickness but create a shape and she did just that! Everyone there seems to do great work though. I have also recommended my girlfriend and friend and they both had a great experience! my first friend got her eyebrows threaded and the other lashes put on (which looked very natural and are holding up great). The prices are very reasonable and they have a variety of services that they provide. I work at a hotel and also have recommended various guests to visit and so far so good. I will be a returning customer.

I went on 09/16/2020 on 3 different times due to being extremely full lady told me to come back at a certain time which I did then was very rude when I arrived I told her I would just find another place mind you I forgave her for malpractice I could still file a complaint in court for putting hair glue in my eyes no apology no reimbursement just a very nasty attitude that is definitely not how to treat customers will not recommend nor support this business

The owner is the only one who does a good job. I just left literally crying And sooo upset! Deffinetly will not go again unless the owner is there didnt even end up getting my eyelashes I wanted smh !! Deffinetly bad customer service and bad experience! She cut where she wasnt supposed to eyebrows looked a total mess . They actually looked better before I came in ! 40 min later still disappointed!

They are okay. I expected so much better with the high reviews. The eyebrow technician I had stated that she has threaded for 17 years, but her work was mediocre. She wasn’t very thorough. Not completely satisfied, but I needed a thread badly.

Dissatisfied... I came in to get my lashes done and an eyebrow threading, had never been there before. The brows were okay... Ive had better... Ive had worse. Now the lashes Id never done before. They were horrible. I had done a bit of research and I knew thats not be what they were supposed to be. They werent natural looking at all, which I had expressed was important to me. The glue situation was wild. Way over done and sticking to my bottom lashes. I literally took them off that night after spending $25. Not to mention the whole time she kept stoping to answering her phone. Also not trying to be rude but if your job requires you to be close to faces please keep a clean fresh mouth.

The shop was clean.Employee was friendly (couldn have been the owner I’m not sure) she was very friendly, quick and efficient. She was also very knowledgeable which I liked and she was also very affordable.

The first couple times I came to the salon they did a very good job on my eyebrows with shaping and cleaning them up. I don’t know if it’s new staff but lately when I’ve went in, they had slow service and they completely messed up my eyebrows. They thinned the bottom of my left eyebrow and the top of my right eyebrow. This made my eyebrows completely uneven. Wouldn’t consider going back.

I moved from New york begin of year to Atlanta and it was hard for me to find someone to trust with my eyelash ,tint,eyebrow threading and they have awesome diff kind of facials too.I was lucky to have Saya Salon as my first experience in Atl. They offers amazing relaxing atmosphere and service, and I was very happy with how fresh and well done my lashes and facial. I recommended it to two friends of min who both were very satisfied as well.Staff is awesome.Hard to find like this place.

My eyebrows are completely ruined. I have thick eyebrows which I love I just like to get them cleaned up. However I went in today with thick brows hoping to get them cleaned up and left with drawn on eyebrows to fix the horrible job. I complained numerous times saying how disappointed I was only to receive come back next time to fix. *Honestly do you think Im coming back. But who wants to hear that answer after their brows are completely gone. The saddest part is they had no problem taking my money but couldnt even offer a refund.
