Amy was excellent . She did a great job with threading and the tinting looked so natural. She practiced proper hygiene such as washing her hands and wearing a mask. Overall , great experience .

I went for an eyebrow threading but she convinced me to do an underarm wax. As she’s crossing over me to get to my left underarm I felt her drop wax on my hat and eyelid. I didn’t think it was that bad till I got up and seen a streak of wax on my (black) hat and the wax had actually got on my lashes. She gave me some oil to get it off and after pulling a few lashes out it came off but that oil was not getting that wax off my hat. Needless to say I didn’t get my eyebrows done which is what I came in for and I will not be returning here ever. Overalll I think she was moving to fast and not paying attention.

I went there today and the sign says $8 for eyebrow and she charged me $9.

The process was quick unfortunately it was not correct. I requested a shape up only for eyebrows and stated that I like them thick. She cut the ends short, arched one eyebrow and they’re both thin. At the end I told her they were not correct and too thin, she stated I should get tint which made it worse and more noticeable. Once we were at the register, she asked me about buying membership and tipping as if she didn’t get that I expressed they were messed up.

This was probably the best facial that Ive ever had. I have two more left because I purchased the set of 3 facials on Groupon. I cant wait for the next 1!

Absolutely love this place and will be going back several times! I have never enjoyed a full face threading and full body wax like I did today. The girls made me feel pampered before my big wedding day, made me feel comfortable, gave me advice and kept me laughing during the whole process. I look and feel like a million dollars! Will be telling the world to go here!

Outstanding service! My eyebrow threading and tint was done in no time! ( I am super busy I really dont have time to wait 20 mins for my eyebrows to get done) I absolutely loved these ladies. I also brought my mom who doesnt speak english and is not familiar with eyebrow threading and the lady was sooo patient with her. We walked out of there looking amazing and not broke!Brow and tinting $15 you cant beat that!

They really care about doing their job well and treating their customers kindly. They make you feel welcome! Also they have great deals!

So far the best place I have ever been. Karen is such a sweetheart. She takes time to explain everything and is all smile. I live more than an hour away but always make sure to go to her. Facials, body scrub and threading etc are wonderful. Give a try!

If I can give this no stars I would , the lady kept coughing and sneezing. If your that sick I feel like you should stay home and then I requested a eyebrow shape I wanted and she said ok and did my eyebrows so thin and made one of them shorter than the other and different shape. And finished and said “would you like to tip” and I gave her a 2 tip not really paying attention . The only thing that’s good here is the price , the lady doesn’t know how to do eyebrows. All she cares about is her tip

Karen was super friendly and professional. She took the time to explain each step and stopped when I needed a break. Brazilians aren’t the most fun but she made conversation and got me in and out within 15 minutes. No problems afterwards. The store was clean and classy. Very presentable definitely returning. Pricing is amazing especially Groupon deals.

They were nice. Eyebrow waxing was ok. But you can’t go wrong with that. I feel like they played in my skin during the facial. Don’t return ....

I have only gone here twice, and I’ve left super happy both times. Zee does an amazing job at cleaning my brows, but NOT thinning them out. She gave me shape when my brows were in need of them, and the turn out is so great especially for the price! 10/10 would recommend.

I recently went to this location and got my eyebrows threaded and tinted. Zee did a phenomenal job. She gave me a nice shape that I was lacking and tinted them to perfection. Zee is an expert at eye brows and has amazing customer service! Very understanding

This place was highly unprofessional I bought a facial off Groupon made my appointment a week before and when I arrived I was told I had to wait 15 to 20 mins to be serviced. Then when I explained that I had an appointment that I made a week before she said “ yeah but she (a customer who walked in before me) was here before you and it’s only going to take me 10mins to wax her brows what’s the problem “ I then let her know how unprofessional she was and then I left. I honestly don’t even think this lady is even licensed to perform facials this place doesn’t look like a spa at all. Please don’t waste your hard earned money here.

I have to update my review, the lady did a good job the 1st time, now she rushes and she rolled her eyes when she was called to come and do my brows, told me that she was waxing someone in the back. I will never return to this place. Not to mention I had to ask her to complete my full service and trim my brows. She uses a cheap thread that pops every second and she pushes your hand around when she wants you to move it. Then she had to audacity to ask me for a tip????? no maam. I will go back to my usual spot and not bother them again. I am the customer I know their is competition in the area. Treat the next customer right.

My first time going there today and zee was awesome, my Brazilian wax was painless and quick, I was in and out of there within ten minutes.

I seen someone comment and say they were patient and their brows came out perfect! I do not know her name but the first time I’ve been, my brows were sooo beautiful! The second time they came out unevenly shaped, I gave them another chance. Third time (which was recent), I got the tint service added on. VERY sloppy and UNEVEN. I do not even like to leave reviews sometimes unless it’s a positive one but I’m doing this for the benefit of someone else. I don’t know if she’s the owner, but please do not go to her. She has no customer service. And it bothers me because I am so nice and bubbly and she was just “ok sit here”. The other girl (she looks younger), did a WONDERFUL job. Sorry this comment may not be too helpful since I do not have any names but I just know the owner with the glasses cannot do eyebrows, she needs to just own the business and focus on the logistical side and hire more people who can actually do brows unlike her. I will continue going back to Saya Beauty .

Zee was great! Was very quick with waxing.

Terrible service. The tech had a rough hand & rushed through the process, leaving ALOT of eyebrow hair behind. When I pointed it out to her she said “I can’t take those out.” I literally went to my car and sat there plucking out the hairs she left behind with tweezers. Needless to say, I will never step foot into this salon again.
