I don’t understand why you have a phone number but never answer nor pick up calls. I called this place multiple times during the weeks and never got a response. I don’t understand why it has good reviews. PICK UP THE PHONE!!!!

First let me say this was my first time straightening my natural hair so I went to this place which was close to my home, biggest mistake I ever made.I was completely fine when I went, they wash my hair and unfortunately the sink that they use is absolutely the worse it was too hard my neck started hurting, they had me under the dryer for a hour I had to call for them to take me out because my neck became very stiff after staying in one position for too long. It became worse when I was leaving. I couldn’t find there number to call them the same night so I had to try numerous salon numbers to try and figure out which one because it was getting worse, I had to visit the chiropractor and I have to be doing therapy because of this, I call them and let them know because the doctor said it was the sink that cause it and instead of them giving me some sort professional feedback they were going back and forth with me. They did nothing about it and I have to be going through the pain they cause me.

Although I was satisfied with the work, $65 is a bit much for just a shampoo/press and curl. The most Ive ever paid was $55, and that was with a deep condition

Best in the City, fast, hard working ladies, I never seen hair such nice. I brought my daughter and Mom and they feel the same way.

Pulled this place up on google ... my friend arrived around 10:30 she was finished by 12:00 and she loved her blow out

Tried to charge me $65 for a silk press when I normally paid $40 . Haven’t been there in about a year and when I asked why the price had gone up , I was told because my hair grew longer. I’ve never heard of anything like that. ALSO burnt my edges off from leaving me under the dryer too long while she rotated customers, my hair was super brittle.Will never get my service again.

They were very unprofessional, owner had her child there running around . No one ever even said “hello” when I walked in . Just awkward stares.2 diff Stylist working on my hair but never even asked what style I even wanted & when I told her, the ending result was far from what I asked & thennnnn they charged me an arm & a leg for deep conditioning, blow dry & straighten -_-

Ive been going here with my daughter for years, maybe 8 or more. Both Pam & Muriel (sp) are very nice & patient stylists and even though English is not first language as others mentioned, I never feel uncomfortable. You do have to be careful with heat on some days but the styling is always fabulous. My natural hair usually lasts two weeks or more depending on the season. I like that they dont waste time, they get clients in and out... its not an all day affair like some places.

Just left I couldn’t be more happy with my blowout. They are professional and polite. I saw a comment that reference to them speaking Spanish. Well that is their native tongue and right. The fact that it clearly says it’s a Dominican salon must have escaped your attention. These ladies are awesome!!! I recommend highly to everyone

Being new to the area, Im so grateful to run into a professional workplace that delivers quality services. Pamela and her sister are phenomenal hair stylist. Its a unisex hair salon. I could not be at any other place but here. I highly recommend them for anything you need. Come check them out, you wont regret it.

Not satisfied with the way my hair looks or pric . I will start off by saying they dont have a pricing chart so the owner charges what ever shes in the mood to charge. Ive done my hair in many places the most Ive been charged is $45 because I have a lot of hair and I dont want them to iron it. These people dont like to blow dry enough so my hair got messed up as soon as i came out the salon. I asked for the curl look the rollos were done up so it wouldve been easy for the to blow dry my hair to do the look I was searching for as soon as I came out 1 hr later I will show the way my hair looked. They charged me $55 for something I couldve done at home. I couldnt even tipe her employee because she over charged me. I came with my hair washed brought my own products for the rollers and all they did was rollers and a blow dry for that price. Never coming back.

I gave 2 stars because the stylist did exactly what I asked. However, I became annoyed when she kept asking why my hair was shorter in the back than in the front. I told her and that shouldve been the end of the conversation right? Wrong, she commented about it 2 more times which became irritating. I will not be going back.

Waste of money and time! Went for a wash and roller set havent put heat in my hair for over a year they didnt have great recommendations for my hair texture or any for that fact. Rude stylist that only spoke amongst themselves which means theres not much engagement with their clients. My hair style lasted all of 5 mins leaving their salon I only took a chance going here because it was open on Sunday but I am happy about having the experience to warn others to save their money and not to waste their time!

Last time i went there, i was so appreciative of what they did to my hair. The straighten lasted for 2 weeks. The ladies there are nice and friendly and welcoming and u can talk to them.

The worst !!!!! They will overcharge you and burn your hair off. Don’t go to these people. They don’t take care of your hair. They over processed my hair with heat. My hair is so damaged I’m having to cut it off and start back over. I have not had a relaxer since 2014. My hair was in the middle of my back. Now it’s gone because they burned if off. PLEASE DONT GO TO THESE PEOPLE!!!

I called to ask how much? Was give one price and different price when i got there. I had chemical burns from the perm. They seem to be ok if your looking for silk press but for chemical service. I do not reccomend.

I did not have a good experience. When I walked in I had questions they wanted me to sign in. No one in there but one lady spoke English and she didnt help. I was there at 11 it was only 2 people ahead me and I didnt leave until 2 and my hair was messed up before O got home. It was a waste. They didnt even do a blowout with a hot comb or when they flat ironed it seemed rush cause there is no way my hair should be messed up. I gave away money. 😠
