Very friendly and professional staff. This was my first time and they left a great impression. They took me early, finished early, offered me water and gave me good tips for after care. The salon is so pretty and clean! I had a facial and eyebrow threading done with Rose- she is awesome. When I walked in she promptly assisted me and was friendly and informative. The facial was so relaxing and I appreciated the small details like calming spa music, having me change into a spa top that didn’t get my clothes messy, and putting a soft blanket over me. Rose was also very gentle but thorough with my facial, and she did a great job with my eyebrows. I love their arched shape. I look forward to returning for future services. Thank you!

The place is nice and clean. Great vibe, you get a warm greeting when you go in. It makes you confident is going to be an awesome experience. Masks are required. They do a good job disinfecting.I went in for eyebrow cleaning and I ended up crying. The young lady who did my eyebrows offered tinting and I agreed. When she did the tinting I noticed one eyebrow was significantly higher than the other. I asked her to fix it and she was trying but not accomplishing a lot. Then, I’m guessing, the owner stepped in and tried to help. Removed the tinting from my eyebrows and did her best to fix it, but you can’t fix it without making my eyebrows extremely thin. So I smiled and said thank you and proceeded to the cash register. My total was $23. My eyebrows look horrible, my skin is red and sensitive. I’m pretty sure this doesn’t happen often but is messed up to get charged for something that you didn’t get. Definitely not what I expected.

I come here every 3 weeks and receive great service as soon as I walk through the door. I get my eyebrows threaded and love following with an eyebrow tint which highlights the amazing precision and shape of my brows. Makes them look like you just passed a brow pencil over your eyebrows.

First timer here & from the moment I walked in, I felt super welcomed! I walked in super nervous, but they made me feel as comfortable as possible! Super professional in everything they do. I received threading (brows and chin); as well as brow tint. 10/10 experience. I do not play about my brows and she listened and took all of my requests into consideration and they came out perfectly.She was also super fast and if you’re experienced with threading you know that’s valuable. Zoomed right through. Didn’t pull and pinch on my skin too much. So friendly and professional. My new brow lady.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. When she had a moment let me know she’d be right with me. She had to other customers who I think were getting lashes and then myself and managed to get me in an out with minimal wait time and still tended to her other clients. She was quick and my eyebrows look great. Thank you. It was as the friendliness, professionalism and quickness for me!

I had a wonderful experience! My boyfriend treated me to a deep cleaning facial and glow mask. She was very friendly and the service was SO relaxing. The deep cleaning can be a bit painful when getting those white and black heads out just as a heads up but she was very nice and talked me through it. My skin feels great and I’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been seeing the owner for years. She’s an absolute sweetheart! I don’t let anyone touch my brows anymore except her. She used to be in Midtown and I still made the trip after I moved to Gwinnett. She is a true master of her craft. She always knows exactly what I want when I want to change it up from time to time.Masks are worn and hand sanitizer available upon arrival and at every station. They also give you credits for each visit so you can get a free visit when you fill up your card. Threading is where it’s at for me but they also offer many other services like waxing and lashes. 💕

Ive never done brow tinting before so I tried that as well and it came out great. We talked and had a LOTS of laughs which made the experience enjoyable. The place was very clean when I got there. She gave me some hand sanitizer and used some herself before starting. She asked me if I would like any other services and I didnt feel pressured into them like with other places. I recommend them and will be back again soon.
