What kind of doctor denies a patient A LETTER OF MEDICAL NECESSITY? That is literally illegal. Doctor Jose Baez is by FAR the LAZIEST, most un professional doctor in the state of Massachusetts. If this is your PCP I would switch immediately, he does not care for his patients and doesn’t deserve a medical license for his negligence!!!! Personally I’m not sure if this doctor is aware that he is centered in Lawrence, NOT Hollywood. It’s insane to time the doctor title has gone so up his ego that it has even started to affect his work. I DO NOT KNOW HOW THIS MAN STILL HAS A MEDICAL LICENSE! and to top it off the nurse practitioner Rochelle nazarian is the rudest most unprofessional individual I’ve ever encountered ESPECIALLY AT A MEDICAL FACILITY. all in all I would not recommend this facility. If you need real medical help please be careful and don’t come here. They will let you rot before actually getting you the care you need!!!!

I called today to get some information and the woman that answered the phone was very rude and had a very nasty attitude. When I explained what I needed she placed me on hold for 23 minutes and 03 seconds. She didnt even come back to the phone and see if I was still there or to say that she is still working on it. So I hung up and redialed. The same woman picked up the phone and placed me on hold for another 16 minutes and 20 seconds. I called at exactly 4:15 pm and @ 4:58pm they hung up on me simply because they closed in 2 minutes. I work in customer service and I understand that sometimes we get busy but leaving someone on hold for that long and dont even have the courtesy to at least check on the customer is unacceptable. The staff needs to get retrained on customer service on how to deal with time management and professionalism.
