I had a 90 minute massage with Danielle and it was amazing! I’ve had other massages before but she really focused on and knew exactly how to work out the tension in my shoulders and back. Definitely recommend! I will be going back very soon!

Got my eyebrows waxed for the first time and it was amazing. The beautician was super kind and very professional.

My experiences have been decent work, just not entirely my vision for my hair and have been sloppy. This evening after my service was already completed, my friend pointed out that my shirt had been stained in the color process, and my last service also had some difficulties.

Love the people they know products and all the staff was very helpful I will continue to shop there

I love this Beauty Brands location. The salon is really good for hair services (I havent had any other services there) and the store has everything I need. The employees are really helpful.

My sister went a got a hair cut today and i don’t know who did it but it was absolutely horrible. it’s choppy and uneven. now she has to spend more money to get it fixed. this place is good for products. i’ll give them that. but hair cuts is a no go from us.

I like the salon a lot. The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices were very reasonable. It was very clean and bright and well lit, as well. I called as I was driving across town to get in as a walk-in manicure and they worked me in. My French gel nails turned out beautifully. Will totally go again. Im not as familiar w the store part of the business, so I dont have an opinion on that.

Love their liter sale. This is one of the few locations that carries the joico brass blocking conditioner I love. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

Angelina did an amazing job on my nails! Grace always does my hair, and its fantastic! Like she can read my mind. I recently had a facial, and while I cant remember her name, she was also fabulous! So definitely go here, you will not be disappointed!

I arrived 10 minutes early to my scheduled appointment. I had made them aware of my scheduling. I am in school 5 days a week. They scheduled me wrong. Did not schedule me for a soak off and new set. So they wanted me to soak off, after I’d already arrived then wait a WEEK to get my nails done. They also could not do the simple design that I asked for. They don’t carry any types of Chrystal’s either. ( they’re not expensive or hard to obtain), there was oops... let’s take these off and then you come next week. Not even a real apology.The salon stinks of perm solution. The area for nails is cramped. The woman I was booked with was Angelica. I am not happy. I would not go here, nor would I recommend it. If they can’t do simple designs or scheduling... why exactly is she employed here and why are they in business. Very disappointed.

I have always been pleased when I arrive as we are greeted with immediate professionalism. My daughter had received various services and Ive enjoyed my experiences as well.Although this may not be a small mom and pop shop, the staff have gotten to know us and have always made us feel welcome.

I love the atmosphere of this place. The associates are super friendly and willing to help you out anyway you need it. They also offer salon and spa services. I highly recommend getting a restorative pedicure or a 90 minute massage. Both will leave you feel reborn and fresh.

Grace did a wonderful job on my hair. She listened and was very aware of the cut I ask for. My cut turned out perfect and Grace just gained herself a return customer

I have been seeing Jackie for my hair for a couple years and she is the best in the biz for sure! She always does a great job and I have hard to manage hair, it’s curly/wavy and almost always frizzy. I have thick hair so it takes forever to do...talking like close to 2 hours. She’s never complained (I’ve had people complain to me about their arms hurting before) and is always honest with me about what will or won’t work with my hair! She has also helped me pick out products to use at home to make sure I keep my color and my frizz down. She is a true gem! I have also seen Danielle for a massage and she is amazing! I always leave relaxed! I highly recommend both of these ladies! I’ve since moved about 45min away and still drive in to see both! Well worth it!

Beauty Brands is the place to shop! They have good sales and brands. My curls only like their products! Also, the management seems to know the products well and the entire sales staff is friendly.

My stylist (Noel) was awesome! I was ecstatic that she took her time to do such a great job. I could tell she took pride in her work.

Ask for Alison! She is amazing at her job and I cant rate her high enough. The entire atmosphere is nice too. Everyone is very nice and helpful. Its very clean and just great help.

Just got my hair done tonight and was super impressed by Allison! She did an amazing job cutting and highlighting my hair! If you have curly hair, you will not be disappointed with her work. I will definitely be going back to her.

Jackie has been cutting my hair for four years! Love her! My sister-in-law travels 800 miles to get Jackie to cut her hair. After surviving cancer & cancer treatment I am super picky about using chemicals on my skin. Haleigh in retail helps me select brands that are plant based. Love her! Beauty Brands is the only place in town I trust for pedicures & I have had awesome pedicures from Susan, Jackie, & Angelica!

You should probably choose more carefully who you hire in the salon. My girl just got her hair done there for the first time, her hair is literally snapping off. Not to mention, the girl who colored her hair realized she over processed color on my friends hair and proceeds to cut it doing a terrible job. She asked for a v cut, but instead got “3” layers, big holes cut on the both sides of her hair, and half to and inch uneven all the way around I mean what the hell!?? The only way you guys will fix her hair is if the same girl that screwed it up does it again? You guys are nuts. She may not even have hair if she colors it again. Seriously people... I would not spend a cent there unless I’m wanting to go bald, or get a hair cut that looks like a 5 year old did it.. no thanks..

I had a spa pedicure yesterday with Kimmy. This was my first pedicure at Beauty Brands and it was wonderful. The spa room was nice and relaxing with soft music. Kimmy, master nail tech, did my pedicure and she was great. It was a wonderful experience!

Sami is AMAZING! I have been going to her for approximately 3 years. It was a fluke that I got her...I went in on a color correct and she was the only one available. Since then, I have gone to her for all my hair needs :). She is timely, personable, reasonably priced and does a FANTASTIC job every time.

Have Ben going here since 2005. Always helpful and always great service.

This girl named Raychel was so rude. I called her four times because she kept hanging up on me. I didn’t even finish me sentence. I just wanted to know how to make a winged eyeliner.

They have all the products I need. However it seems every time I go in I stand at the register for a while before anyone notices Im ready to checkout.

I made an appointment at Beauty Brands for a blowout. The girl I had scheduled with was running behind, so we got started 15 minutes later than my scheduled appointment time. That normally wouldnt bother me except I had to be some place right after. I told her that and she said that the blowout would only take 20 minutes. I said, Really? Because the last one I got took about an hour. She said, No no it doesnt take that long at all. Now I see why her blow outs dont take long... she doesnt do anything. I could have gotten more volume doing it myself at home. She complained about how tangly my hair was which I felt was off beat considering she was the one who had just washed it and put product in it. She also did not ask how I wanted my hair styled (curled, straight, beachy waves) and she definitely didnt round brush dry correctly. Basically I wasted my money for someone to do something I could have easily done better (and trust me, Im not great at blow outs which is why I scheduled for one in the first place). Pretty disappointed.

One of the worst brow waxing experiences Ive ever had. I went there because they did a good job on one of my roommates brows. I agree with the comment below about the catty front desk girls, they were openly gossiping about salon drama. The girl who I had for my appointment forgot to clean up after her last client and sent me back out into the waiting area. I had been growing my brows out so I could have them reshaped and told the esthetician to only clean them up. When she gave me the mirror to check her work, I was horrified. She completely reshaped them! They were curved and one eyebrow had an arch and the other didnt! She then asked me what to do. I have never ever had to tell an esthetician what to do. She argued with me about the arches and I left nearly in tears. The girls at the front desk ignored me when I went up to pay, instead choosing to keep gossiping. The next day I noticed that some of my skin around my brows had been removed with the wax. Im pretty sure I wont be going back, nor will I be recommending their services to anyone I know.

Terrible place to have done a haircut or coloring. The first time i went in to color my hair this girl didnt washed my hair properly that went I went home my scalp and under my neck itch so bad. The second time two years later I went in again to color my hair, the coloring was done ok this time. I didnt go in for a haircut but this one woman convinced me to cut the ends and I say ok, I told the lady cut it just a little bit of my layers next thing I knew she cut a big chunk of my hair and my layers were gone and my hair looked terrible almost 2 inches of my hair was gone ..... and thats not what I agreed on with her , I was so upset...... my hair looked short and horrible I was about to cry....... the manger came out to talk to me but she wasnt able to find the solution for the problem, the hairstyles came out and argued with me in front of her manager instead of apologizing for her mistake. The manager said Ill charge you for the coloring not for the haircut I was like seriously? You actually expect me to pay for the damaged that your hairstyles did, I dont think so! I dont recommend to any of my friends to go to this place to do their haircut or coloring.

Just went to the store to buy some oil treatment for my hair. When I walked in there were a few workers there and no one asked if I needed help. Then when it was time to check it no one was in site. Honestly I considered just walking out with my product.

Sale just started and they did not have the variety I wanted. They said to keep checking back.
