Best in town, I have had a lot of lady issues and they are always quick to get me in. Sometimes there is a wait to make an appointment or a wait while in the office but by far the best and worth the wait. Everyone is always so helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The entire staff has always made me feel like a priority even when they are busy. Best around and definitely recommend!

I shockingly experienced vaccination prejudice from Tammy Renolds and staff because I asked for them to fill out a medical accommodations request to wave the vaccination due to personal medical reasons. The front staff immediately treated me differently due to this request. I asked to speak to the doctor on why she would not fill out the forms from my employer and the front staff refused. After pushing for this Tammy Renolds did call me back and when I mentioned she would be held liable if anything were to happen to me medically after receiving the vaccine she then opted to NOT treat me as a patient because I mentioned she would be held liable.Folks the covid 19 vaccination prejudice begins from WHASN and Tammy Renolds. I am surprised this is even a thing and was shocked at their treatment towards me. Id prefer having a doctor whos patient, truly cares and understands their patients needs. This office is just grabbing money without seriously caring or considering patient needs.

This office is horrific!!!!! Do not come here and absolutely do not schedule with Stephanie she is a total flake just doesn’t show up and calls after to call out!!! Don’t trust your body with these people absolutely do not recommend!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I went for a visit a month ago. I asked multiple times if they took my insurance and they said yes. I even saw the doctor. A month later..3 days before my follow up they call me to let me know that they dont take my insurance and I need to pay cash. I worked in a doctors office before its not that hard to check insurance. It usually gets done before the patient even comes into the office. Now I have to scramble around to look for a new doctor and pay out of pocket for the first visit because they are obviously not good at doing their job. I still dont understand why this was just brought to their attention a month later. Now I am having a hard time finding a doctor and I am at 12 weeks. Most places are booked until I am 17 weeks and others are telling me I have to get approved to be seen by the doctor because they are so busy. All of this would have been avoided if the staff gave me a notice a month ago instead of 3 days before I became 12 weeks pregnant. I do not recommend this office. They obviously do not know what they are doing or care.Update: 3/8/22 I have reached to y’all on the website and no response. I have called twice to the billing department and no answer. I even called the Tenaya office and asked to be called by the front desk manager or the office manager. No answer. Not sure how to get a hold of anyone if I call and email and no one answers. Should I reach out via the BBB?

Received a letter from the doctor saying he will no longer treat me, and gave me 30 days to retrieve my records. Because of this, Im no longer allowed to see any doctor with Womens Health of SN.Mind you, this doctor also adviced me Im Precancerous. What doctor on earth feels morally content releasing a patient after telling them their precancerous.If I had conclude any reason why, it was due to the fact that I cancelled an appointment due to the flu, out of consideration for the expecting mothers I did not want to share my virus with.If I could rate 0 stars, I would.To any woman in Southern Nevada, do yourself a huge favor and seek medical care elsewhere.

At a previous appointment, the wait time was at least an hour and a half. I’m trying g now to call and try to get an early am appointment, in the hopes that the wait time doesn’t exceed 20 minutes….I’ve called twice today to schedule something, but one picks up the phones at this office. I sent an email and I’m waiting to hear back. I may need to go in to the office to schedule (and in the mean time looking for a different office/practice altogether)…

Horrible waited over a hour . horrible staff.. will never come here again . Just came for my annual seen several families arrive after me and been seen and left while I still sit here n wait to be seen

I had the most awful experience in this office.I am 43 and I came into the office with an ultra sound that showed Nabothian cysts and I was having a period that would not stop.I was seen by Dr. Daniel Richards, who disregarded anything I told him about my symptoms and proceeded to tell me that it may all be because I was old.He recommended hormones and scheduled me for a biopsy with a more senior doctor. The appointment would be a month later, but a month later, a day before the appointment they called me to reschedule because they forgot to secure the equipment.They then rescheduled me back with Dr. Richards who, for obvious reasons, I did not feel comfortable with. I asked to changed doctors and they had to wait 3 days to approve my request. Once they approved my request, they rescheduled me with another doctors another month later.When I very politely asked to speak to the Manager Angie (they would not give me her last name) she did not bother to hear me out.Also, I had to call their office again and again for them to send my prescription to the pharmacy after that first visit.This office dynamics are just not positive, to say the very least. I recommend you find a different place.

Physical visit was great. Check-in process was hectic and crowded... didn’t feel Covid safe. I’m trying to figure out why they needed my social. I left it blank like I do every doctors office I go to, because doctors DON’T need social security numbers. And I was called up and told I couldn’t be seen if I didn’t give my social. No explanation as to why they need it, and no guarantee that they will protect my info. Confused and annoyed, but content with the medical staff.

Their wait time in just getting through to a receptionist is aggravating. I absolutely love Andrea Hill and Tammy Reynolds, but since moving to their new Tenaya location it has been a pain. The number I have been reaching out to is the one on their website. Please if there may be another number to get a hold of them in a quicker manner, (we have been waiting 30 minutes each call and I’m not exaggerating), please let us know. We are 7 months pregnant and do not have the time to wait this long just to book an appointment.

The providers are amazing, especially Dr Reynolds and her PAs. But YOU WILL WAIT. For my first appt I waited 90 minutes before seeing the dr. I was furious. I wish I could say that was an unusual experience, but honestly waiting 45 minutes in the waiting room was pretty much the norm. This is not ok and they need to figure out their scheduling problem ASAP.

After waiting for an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment I was finally seen. When I expressed my disappointment I was told things happen and that the dr didnt want to hear all that and asked several times if I still wanted to be seen. Well I was still there the exam lasted literally 10 min by the time I was dressed and left the exam room to check out the whole office was empty. The lights in the waiting room were off and I wasnt able to check out. How do you forget that a patient is still in the office??? Isnt this some kind of HIPPA thing I could have easily went through files or stolen something! Very disappointing and sad to be left and forgotten.

We expressed some concerns about this office. A week later, we received a letter saying they no longer want to treat us. Pretty wild.

Do not bother with their automated checkin, it doesn’t work. You’ll be asked to refill it in, wasting your time again. When you ask, they’re snarky and don’t care - “oh, okay.”, no we’re working on it or empathy. They don’t seem to want to fix it.Waiting to see if the rest of their setup is as incompetently done as the first impression gives.Edit - it was MUCH more incompetent than expected. I personally saw the lack of care of patient data - witnessing a what I believe to be a HIPPA breach right in-front of me via nurses by seeing multiple patients names, date of birth, and records written on pieces of paper. I complained and was dismissed, later the practice sent a registered letter telling us we are no longer welcome. I am filing a formal HIPPA complaint of breaches with the HHS. The doctor we saw was great, the problem seems to be with the nurses and front of house.

Dr Martin and his office are always professional and polite. Dr Martin is awesome. He cares about his patients, doesn’t make you feel rushed, and knows what he is doing. OB offices do tend to have a long wait time, so if you can’t do that and happen to know of an OB office where you won’t wait, I’d suggest you stick with it. Otherwise, these Doctors are worth your time.

I have only been there twice and my experience was good. My appt. was with Dr. Martin, but I saw Sheila both times and she is wonderful so easy to talk to. She addressed all my concerns. The wait time was not too long in the waiting area. Once in the room I did not wait long at all. It was nice to have blood drawn there without going to a different location. I will return

Dr. Martin is the best in Las Vegas. He’s well worth the wait to see him. His offices and staff are always friendly and helpful. I will never go anywhere else!

I have been a patient of Dr. Martins and Stephanie Dastrup, the Nurse Practitioner for 9 years now. While at the beginning the front office girls were horrible, it all has changed now. At the time I put up with their attitude as Doctor Martin and Stephi were worth all the aggravation. In the last five years or so, most of them are really helpful and kind. I was called in to the waiting room in about 10 minutes. Incredibly, Stephi, even if I only see her once a year thankfully, remembers things about my life that we had talked about in my last visit.I was in and out of the office in 45 minutes. Yayyy!!!Highly recommend them!.

I went in for a follow up yesterday and was told I had a copay which I wasn’t aware of with my new insurance which is my fault I understand that so I wasn’t mad . I became upset when I asked if they could just bill me and charge my card on Friday when I got paid because I had serious concerns since we just found out we are pregnant On Sunday and I haven’t had a period in about 2 years and I had no clue how far along I am and I was high risk with my first child and they still told me no knowing I had serious concerns. I will never go back here again which is sad because I enjoyed Going to Andrea Hill but the staff is very rude and didn’t take me serious with my concerns about me and my baby.

Dr. Tammy Reynolds was extremely kind and sweet but unfortunately the intake nurse was not friendly at all. The intake nurse also did not put the correct medication on my digital file after I was clear on my paper document. I had to tell the physician about it. Paying close attention to detail is crucial. Especially when dealing with someone’s health.

I have been a patient of Dr. Martins for 18 years. Dr. Martin and everyone that works there, are wonderful! They truly are special people. They really care about their patients, and they spend time with you. Its the best in overall care and treatment for women.

I have seen both Dr. Martin and Dr. Swainston...OUTSTANDING!Both show kindness and professionalism with their patients. Never does a patient feel rushed through an appointment.If there is a longer than normal wait, I know they are providing optimal care for other patients and I will certainly be given the same quality of care.Their staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate.Grateful to have found these doctors...so much so that if my insurance wasn’t accepted in their office, I’d gladly pay out of pocket.

The medical assistant put me in a room. I waited over 30 minutes. the bed is comfortable.staff was niceI did not like waiting over 30 minutes for an annual exam

Came in for my appointment. I checked in and asked to use the restroom. Wasnt told anything except directions on how to get to the restroom. Came back, had a seat. 45 minutes pass by and I notice people that came in after me were being seen first. When I approached the desk, the receptionist admitted that she never signed me in because I asked to use the restroom and I never came back to the front desk! What a waste of time! Also, my visit before this one, I was here for excruciating pain and they were so passive. The doctor didnt even have me sit on the exam table! She just looked at me, I told her what was going on, prescribed me some ibuprofen. It was the worst.

Nurses, doctors and PA’s are all great and take there time with you.

Dr. Swaintson was running behind due to having to deliver a baby and I needed to go pick up my son from school and they gave me the option to see the Nurse Practitioner right away. It was nice that they were able to give me options

The office is always very friendly and gets you in and out very quickly.

If this company can afford to hire good doctors, they should be able to hire more knowledgeable and professional staff. Messages also given differently by different staff and it is not very considerate for patients who need to run around and make numerous phone calls to find out the final answers...

I am still waiting for the results of my exam. Also I have phoned twice for my mammogram referral. Still waiting after two weeks.
